We've been bringing our fur babies to Jenn for at least 10 years and I can't say enough. She's been grooming Zeke (boston terrier), Zoe (pittie-lab), Zelda and Fred (long hair felines) and they always come home looking beautiful and smelling so good. Thanks, Jenn! You're the best!

I cant say enough about Jenn and Jenns Mutt Hutt! She has been caring for my dogs for about 5yrs now. I refuse to bring my animals to anyone else but her! She has amazing staff and she is truly amazing with her love, care and devotion in her craft. She is the best groomer out there, I will vouch for that!!!

i had an unforgettable experience with Jenn’s Mutt Hutt! my dog is my absolute pride and joy and i don’t trust easily when it comes to groomers. she went from a dog who was not particularly happy to be bathed, to a dog who gets excited when we tell her she’s going to be groomed! i would recommend to anyone i know, definitely worth a visit!

I've had a wonderful experience every time we've taken our pets there. They did a beautiful job on our high spirited English Sheppard and when she was returned after being dog-napped Jen came into the shop on a Sunday to check her for fleas and remove over 100 ticks. She has taken such good care of our four legged family over the year. Even the cat enjoys hr trip to the spa. I can not recommend highly enough!!!!

Not sure what happened with Sue, but I've followed Jen for 12 years. We always have a pair of standard poodles and struggled to find a groomer when we moved to Randolph. My dogs love Jen and they come home happy and beautiful. This is a competent and caring groomer. I highly recommend her.

Brought my 22-pound cat to be groomed for the first time 4 months ago. I had tried to wash her myself and ended up with her fur all matted. Jen did a fantastic job! Angelina was calm and happy, looked and smelled wonderful. They also clipped her nails and cleaned her ears. I'm a huge fan and just scheduled my next grooming appointment with Jen.

Great People! When you bring your dogs here, you can rest assured that they are in good hands. The staff is very professional and friendly.They are patient and take the time to make the dogs comfortable. If I could give 6 stars I would... the service, quality, professionalism etc are all top notch. I have been bringing my Lab to Jen’s Mutt Hutt for almost 2 years and I can’t imagine bringing her elsewhere. My dog comes home groomed beautifully and exhausted from playing with all of her friends (both human and dog)! Every single employee shows extra TLC to me and my pup that you don’t see every day... thank you to all at Jen’s Mutt Hutt!!!

I have been taking all my petsto Jens Mutt Hutt for over 6 years now! Jen is the perfect groomer! The grooms always turn out perfect and the animals love it themselves! I have one cat who has a high level of anxiety i’ve had problems with her with other groomers in the past but not jen! She enjoys jen and her haircuts everytime! Thank you Jen!

Dropped off cat at 2pm appt time. Was told about 4 hours. At 5:45 I stopped to check and they still had one dog ahead of our cat and said about 2 more hours. Really?. It is not humane to keep any animal in a cage that long without a break plus it’s rude not to at least call and say you are running 2 hours behind. We have used many groomers for dogs and cats so I know scheduling can be better.

All I can say is wow! My pup smells amazing a whole 24 hours later even in the rain! Great place. He even had an accident and was re-washed. Very fair price.

I have brought my small shih tzu mix here at least ten times but will never return again due to my last visit. I live 30 minutes away and would bring my dog here when I had time, if not I would go to the local Petco. This last time I was greeted at the front desk by someone I had never seen before. When I went to pick my dog up she told me that my dog had been bad and they were going to charge me an extra $15. I asked what happened and was told that he was screaming when they were trimming around his legs and paws. I had never heard this before from any groomer and mentioned that perhaps it was a new groomer. (side note: I groomed my dog myself one time and he never made a peep!) I was told that the groomer who worked on him was amazing, but never groomed him previously and that I should request this groomer on his appointment to familiarize him - yeah right! I was made to feel as if I had a bad dog. I paid the extra charge and left. That was late in the day on a Friday. Over the weekend I noticed that my dog was cut on his chest near his leg. This really upset me, not because they had cut him as I understand things happen and he can easily get cut, but because this is the reason WHY HE WAS SCREAMING! I called the following Monday and left a voicemail as they are not open on Mondays. I received a call back from someone (I think she was the manager?) late on Tuesday who said that Jenn had asked that she call me and ask what was going on. I explained what happened and said that I wasn't upset that they had cut my dog but rather how everything played out and left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told that Jenn would call me the following day. THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I think it is a real shame too as when Jenn and her mother were present and working with the animals this place was much better. I haven't seen Jenn my past few visits and it is seems that she no longer cares. WILL NEVER RETURN.PS. My dog is extremely friendly - loves both people and dogs, I think he even likes people better. He has never bit any person or dog.

BEYOND UPSET!!I brought my cat there so that he wouldn't be around a lot of dogs and scared. They told me they had a separate spot for cats.Well I dropped him off at 11 am and when I called at 4 pm to get an update they told me he would be ready by 5 pm!That means he has sat in a cage for 6 HOURS!! UNACCEPTABLE! They told me it would be a couple of hours. A couple of hours is 2 or 3 NOT 6!!!I wouldn't have dropped him off so early if I had known that this was going to take 6 HOURS!I am sure he is as scared and upset as I am!After 6 hours and 15 minutes I picked up my cat. I was told I was being ridiculous for being upset that my cat was left in a cage surrounded by dogs. That to me is basically torture!My cat is part of my family. He is my pet and if the owner of Jen's Mutt Hutt doesn't understand why someone would be upset that their beloved pet was left for 6 hours in a cage maybe she has no business taking care of animals!To call a customer ridiculous for a grievance shows she shouldn't be in business either!

The ladies at Jen's Mutt Hutt Too are fabulous! They recently groomed 2 Great Pyrenees rescues that I am fostering who came to me in rough shape to put it lightly. What they accomplished was nothing short of a miracle! The boys look and feel amazing! We can't thank you all enough!

When picking up our dog, my husband went in through the side door and got yelled at for Accidentally going in the wrong door. He had never been there and parked on the street how was he supposed to know..the door was unlocked and there was no sign.Then when he went inside he saw a worker yelling at our dog for barking . He explained that it was because he was locked in a cage and we dont lock our dog in the cage.Horrible experience.Lastly, I understand my dog is a little difficult when cutting hair, but no reason to charge $100 for a DOG'S haircut, even if it takes 2 people to work on him.

These girls are all amazing and when I say amazing I mean it. We have two dogs One which is a rescue. He's kinda a pain in the tuckus around other dogs, he's not mean or aggressive, he just whines obsessively due to excitement and sometimes can be VERY rambunctious in addition to that, he hates getting his nails cut. Most places can't even touch his nails. These girls will not be deterred! They get it done and he looks great every time. Our little one, always turns out just as cute as can be! They do a great job cutting her. She's not as hard as the bigger one but the end result is still the same. Absolutely phenomenal. I would totally recommend them to all. Anyone who says otherswise is prolly a very difficult person to please.

I will begin by saying that the cut my dog received today was very good. The store front is cute and it seems very clean inside. However, I was underwhelmed by the customer service. The person who took my info and ended up cashing me out was beyond bored and didn't bother to try and cover it up. The groomer told me that my dog is 'typical spoiled dog' when I asked how he did. I think they need a refresher is customer service. Not impressed.

Like many other customers have stated, they kept our dogs for 8 hours or more for grooming. How could it possibly take that long for a grooming appointment? It is very cruel to hold them for that long; it put our senior dogs in a very stressful situation. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Was Never told the cat needed proof for a rabies shot. Called once for appointment (not told then) and the had to reschedule (not told then) then drive all the way to Chester to be told my cat needed it. If I were told either time, he would have had the shot and could have gotten groomed. Receptionist is rude and sarcastic. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give negative 1 for a rating I would. My puppy Great Pyrenees was taken for grooming at 1 pm and was not done until 8:45 PM.They will be reported to the BBB and ASPCA tomorrow am.This is animal cruelty to hold a pet that long just so they don't lose a customer. Well, they tried this with the wrong dog and family.NEVER EVER BRING YOUR PET THERE - IT IS A DETRIMENT TO YOU PET.ALSO NOTED: MANY, MANY RED MARKS COVERING ABDOMINAL AREA WHICH WERE NOT THERE BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT. A VETERENARIAN IS SCHEDULED TO EXAMINE HER TO DETERMINE WHAT CAUSE THIS SITUATION and any UNDUE PAIN TO OUR PET.
