HANDS DOWN the best grooming experience in the South Jersey area! I searched far and wide and was looking for a more upscale spa like atmosphere for my baby where I could find a variety of services and I was fortunate enough to find The Posh Pooch. I’ve been taking my girl Bailee here since she was 8 weeks old. She’s now a year and the ladies at Posh Pooch have become like family. Both Erin and Stephanie are masters at their craft and love the way they groom my bichpoo. They are patient with me even though I ask for multiple services each time I go. I love the mud mask treatment, the cologne they use, the high quality of their products, as well as their technique in coloring. Erin has amazing customer service skills and always meets mine and Bailee’s needs. Oh and I also LOVE that you can watch your pup on the live webcams when they are getting groomed and think that shoes a true level of transparency by the owner! I always say quality over quantity so if you are looking for quality services and want to treat your fur baby like royalty than The Posh Pooch is the place for you!!

Posh Pooch is the best groomer I have ever used for my dogs . Laura is great with both of them, the staff are friendly and professional and communication is great . I will never take my fur babies anywhere else! Highly recommend !

I actually brought my dog here because a girl I went to elementary school with, who also happened to leave a review on here 5m ago, brings her dog here. So I brought my dog here for the first time after terrible pet store salon experiences. I just wanted to find a reliable groomer to take my pup to! A few things really impressed me. First, when I walked in, I could see a bunch of happy dogs through the glass doors. They all looked happy! That shocked me because when you’re in pet stores and look at the dogs through the glass that are getting services, they usually don’t look thrilled and are barking nonstop. At posh pooch it was the calmest, happiest environment I’ve walked into! All of the employees were nice and welcoming. I told the girl who cut my dog’s hair a general description of what kind of cut we wanted for our pup & left the rest up to her to make judgement calls on (for example: around the ears) and she nailed it. She absolutely nailed it. She rounded my dogs paws and I didn’t realize how much of a difference little things like that make. He looks adorable, his round paws make him look like a little teddy bear! I will definitely be taking my dog here again, and I may look into what other services they offer! My husband wanted to get my dog a mullet so in the pic that I’m attaching his hair is a bit poofy on top but that is on purpose lol

I take my 3 dogs and I always have a great experience. Stephanie has been grooming my dogs since they are puppies and she's absolutely awesome!The entire staff is friendly and the place is quite which is great since my dogs get a little nervous going out. Highly recommend!

Stevie has received her second cut from The Posh Pooch and I wanted to update again! I took her in this week for her summer shave and while it's been a few days, I still grab her head in my hands and stare her directly in the eye and say, "You are such a tiny cute baby!" over and over and over again.I was nervous to get Stevie shaved because I love her long, thick fur, but I knew she was really hot in the warm weather. I brought her in and explained a bit of vague direction to the stylist, mostly that I wanted her "shaved but not like, THAT shaved, you know?" and wanted to keep her tail fluffy. The result is exactly what I imagined and I have no idea how the stylist got into my brain and absolutely crushed the haircut!The staff at The Posh Pooch are masters of their craft, and I'm so grateful that they make Stevie look so beautiful!Original review:I was so excited to take my dog to The Posh Pooch for her first haircut since we adopted her 4 months ago. She had been found as a stray and got a necessary complete shave from animal control, so this was her first real pampering in her new life after we let her fur (and mostly her bangs) grow in since October.Erin did an incredible job and gave Stevie the exact haircut I was imagining in my mind, but having a hard time describing. She totally heard my vision and gave Stevie exactly that! She kept her beautiful, fluffy fur on the longer side, but gave her a transformative trim and clean-up, especially around her face and her feet! Her feet are absolutely killing me. They're the cutest feet I've ever seen. She also smells better than any dog I've ever met in my life.Stevie KNOWS she looks good. I couldn't be happier with Erin's service from the making the appointment, to the friendliness at the front desk, to the final result. I didn't know I could possibly love my dog any more, but this hair cut did it!

So I’ll start with the positive things about posh pooch which is my pup smells good and the hair cut looks great. But I’m still not understanding or happy with how they clipped his side with the clippers and now he has a white patch. They said when they were doing his paws he was moving a lot because he didn’t like it… but if he was uncomfortable why wouldn’t you pause for a second to let him settled or move the clippers away if the dog was moving around.

We were looking for a new groomer for our Yorkie, Chanel. We called and scheduled an appointment. I am so glad we did. Our baby was truly pampered and looked fabulous. We are so happy we have finally found a groomer we love. Highly recommend

My bichon frise came back with a small skerf that we thought it was cute, however, the dog has been depressed for the past two days, refuse to eat, hiding himself all the time, today, we found the area under neck an evidence of bleeding. And shaking hands hair cut on the right side neck, and bud area. Awful. What shall we do about it ?Vet identified this is 100% caused by the groomer. We have been awaiting the said shop civilian video for the past 7 days, still being ignored.

Today was the first time my father and I took our Golden Retriever Sage here. We decided to take her here since it was close to our house and we were trying to find a place that would groom her in a timely fashion. When we brought Sage here the two ladies who worked here couldn’t have been nicer to her and it made her feel at home immediately, which is not an easy task as it takes her time to get acclimated to new places. She went in the back with the two women and two hours later we got a call. When we came back to get her we were very impressed with how she looked and we will definitely be being Sage back here. If you want a groomer that gets your dog in and out in a timely fashion without compromising quality this is the place to go!

Bentley LOVES coming to visit and spend a few hours with his friends. The staff is great and friendly. They treat Bentley like their own dog. Prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to their new overnight boarding. I take Bentley there a few times a week and also once a month for grooming.

Our puppy is 8 months and we have been going to Posh Pooch since her first haircut. Lexi, our groomer has been fabulous. She loves our puppy and takes very good care of her. Everything that we ask is her concern and makes sure that the dog looks great and we are happy. She even takes care of things we have not realized were in need. Our puppy is happy and playful every time we pick her up.Erin, the Owner of the Posh Pooch has a staff who really cares. They do a great job interacting with the dogs as well as the owners. The staff we don’t always see and the usual front desk staff are also happy and helpful.We have not used their doggy day care as of yet. The grooming area is completely visible from outside the shop so you can see how they work and interact. When the dogs are done, they are kept in that area and they interact and play, look out the windowed doors, so cute.We are very happy with Posh Pooch and will continue to enjoy taking our puppy and visiting with the staff.

My dog loves coming here to get groomed. He comes out when he is done soooo happy and smiling. Never before, with other groomers could he do this. He was always stressed and traumatized. Here at Posh, he is comfortable because of their care for the dogs and excellent treatment. I appreciate Erin’s work so much. My dog also gets the cutest haircut!

We have been taking our dog, River, here since she was a puppy! We have a cavachon and were unsure how we wanted her to look the first couple of times getting groomed and the girls have always been so helpful. We’ve been seeing Alexis the last couple of times and she’s been so sweet to our pup, and her cuts have always been consistent. We totally feel safe leaving River with the staff for a few hours that she’ll be treated kindly before during and after her hair cut! Worth the price !

Alexis has been fabulous with our golden retriever puppy! We were having issues cutting his nails, so decided to bring him to a professional for grooming… and she had ZERO issues!! Zeus has had numerous grooming appointments with her, she is the sweetest. We also have Zeus stay at the dog daycare 1-2x/week and he truly loves it there. It’s a small group of dogs and they all get along well. The daycare workers even take the dogs on a potty trip ever 2ish hrs. We love Posh Pooch!!

I've taken my puppy to Posh Pooch a few times now. What I like is that I pick her up and she's pooped from a full day of play. It is convenient to be able to have my pup groomed while she's there too. She comes back smelling and looking great and tired...that's a win. The staff is super friendly. It's obviously that they care about their 4-legged visitors and aim to provide a better than average experience for both pup and pup parent.

I've heard good things about the posh pooch. I went in there one day and booked an appointment but they asked for a $45 deposit. It was my first time coming here and have never heard of any groomer asking for a deposit before. I spoke with a friend that also had booked a first time appointment but over the phone and she did not have to put down any deposit. I was wanting to collaborate with the owner with my business as well and the receptionist was extremely rude and said that the owner doesn't have the time to get back to me and call me. Being a business owner, this is super unprofessional and discriminatory for having me put down a deposit for my dog when we have never been here before. I have read your terms and conditions and there is NOTHING in there stating that you need a deposit for first-time customers. I had higher expectations from the posh pooch and will not be coming back.

Erin is the best! She is capable of groomingany dog! I have taken my little rescue dogs to her and she always did a great job and made them feel comfortable. Anna did such a beautiful job on my Pomsky, Smokey. She was super nice and super caring towards Smokey like he was her own. My mom unfortunately had no patience for a groomer appointment I set up at another shop and completely messed up my dog’s fur so he had knots and uneven hair LOL. I kind of booked last minute because I needed his fur fixed asap. Anna fixed him up and he looks beautiful. Definitely coming here again.

Before finding Posh Pooch, I was told my dog was an extreme behavior problem. I took him to Posh Pooch, he met Kayleigh and she did a wonderful job on him. When I picked him up he wasn't crying and shaking like everywhere else. She said he did fine. Really?Now, every time he goes to see her, he gets excited. He loves to go there and always comes home looking and smelling amazing. He adores Kayleigh and I'm thrilled with the services. I highly recommend going to Posh Pooch.

We have been taking our two dogs here for a while and love it! One of our dogs had a bad experience at a different groomer as a puppy and is now terrified of getting groomed. But since taking him here, we have seen such an improvement!! Erin is so passionate about animals and takes great care of our fur babies. I’m very overprotective of them but I trust Erin at the posh pooch 100%. Our dogs always come home looking great and smelling even better. I can’t recommend her enough! We don’t have a single complaint.

Took my dog there today, and she looks so good the owner was very kind and knew what she was doing she did a good job and my dog usually comes home nervous and shaky from other groomers and this time she did not, I think my dog enjoyed her time there. I was also able to see her on the live cam which I liked and it looked like she was being a good girl and not scared at all. I will be returning glad I gave them a try.

We have been going to Maria and her staff at Posh Pets for many years, from her original location on Brace Road to her new location in Collingswood. She is excellent with grooming our dogs. As long as we have dogs (and we always plan to have one, our latest being our 2nd cairn terrier) Maria can never retire. Love this place.
