I’m going to paint you a picture that hopefully serves as a cautionary tale as to why you should avoid this pharmacy. Hopefully you won’t have to learn the hard way like me. 5 days ago i go to call in my script here and I get the cursed “no refills left” message from the automatic answering machine. I immediately text me doctor to call it in. Rite aid tells me in one business day they will call him too and takes my phone number to call me back (which they already have) He calls it in the next day, and a miscommunication occurred and i didn’t know. Like most medications, this one is critical to my quality of life. Days go by until i start getting short with my doctor for ignoring me. he tells me that he already called it in 3 days ago. So i call rite aid aaaand It’s sitting there filled. I had to suffer through days of withdrawal because they couldn’t be bothered to send me even a lousy automated call or text. Never would I have imagined such blatant dereliction from people who definitely should understand the ramifications of dragging their feet on medication people rely on to carry on living a normal life.

It's a shame I got transferred to this small store from 1509 NJ38 Cherry Hill Store. Shame on Riteaid corporation for closing a new big store and replacing with this small place. Shameful!Riteaid, you clearly know what led to this review. You transferred me from such a big store that was modern, spacious, even a drive in window and plenty of parking to such a small place. While companies try to grow up and move forward, Riteaid seems to be walking backwards by closing nice, good proximity stores and transferring to smaller ones. Also this store rating has a 3.3 Google rating, a clear indication this store has poor customer satisfaction. It's shameful. Never returning back!

Great experience at the Pharmacy. Pharmacist was kind, greeted immediately and very thorough. Saved on the cost of the prescription at this location compared to other pharmacies in the area. We will definitely be using this pharmacy again!

My prescriptions were moved to this store after another store on Rt 38 Cherry Hill shut down. This store doesn't even have a drive thru and the staff here is not as friendly or helpful as the ones at the other store. Disappointed that Riteaid shut down doors of a good store and moved me to this smaller place. Moving my prescriptions to Wegmans due to poor experience and bad location.

Pharmacy is usually really friendly. I have a 2 year old that needs all of my attention and I am waiting for a prescription while in pain. I am trying to call plenty of times and no one picks up at the pharmacy. Called the store and been placed on hold for 12 minutes, hung up and called again.. placed on hold for 6 more minutes. Hung up to try and call again to speak with a manager, nobody picks up anymore... very rude

I had originally made an online appointment for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine which was removed from the market . They were able to reschedule the COVID vaccine for Moderna - 7 days earlier . Due to NO Shows I watched the staff offer vaccines to Walk in customers. I was impressed with the pharmacist as well as the assistant manager. Getting people in the state of N J vaccinated is so important .Thanks for a job well done - Will return in a few weeks

THEY DO NOT DO COVID PCR TESTS ANYMORE. IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOU SIGNED UP THROUGH A THIRD PARTY APP ONLINE, WHEN YOU SHOW UP, THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY AND SAY “Oh yeah, we’ve been meaning to get that taken down, we don’t do those here anymore.” THEN WHY CAN YOU STILL SIGN UP ONLINE??? Pharmaceutical staff acted like it was my fault for scheduling the confirmed appointment with them… FIX YOUR WEBSITE THEN.

I just called on 8/21 @1:16pm and spoke with the pharmacist who is so rude & refuse to assist me getting my medications. This pharmacy does not want to go above & beyond to see their customers happy. Also the pharmacist hung up the phone on me not once but twice. Unbelievable service if I can give negative stars I would. Some from the corporate office needs to look into customer service at this Rite Aid.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Failure to answer the phone, lack of updates or delayed, I finally had someone return my call- they picked up, I heard them literally breathing in the phone and was hung up on. Never ever again will I deal with this location!

There were two women working and I only saw one name tag. Her name was like Suzanne and the other was an Indian woman whom I never saw her name tag. The Indian woman was so incredibly rude to the other woman working and I felt horrible. Suzane was having a conversation with a customer and the other woman butts in, “are you done, like there’s a line” so loudly and I felt so bad for the customer as well since that’s just plain rude and uncalled for. I work customer service myself and you can’t really walk away from a customer conversation at register you’re kind of just stuck there. The lady then checked my items out and when I asked a question she made me feel so stupid. Then she continued to make rude comments towards her associate. Like seriously? Just put a bad taste in my mouth.

My man was accused of shoplifting because he is a black man. He was humiliated and searched infront of entire store. The bad thing is that it was a black woman who called the police. They say they didnt search him but i was inline and saw the whole thing.. Very ignorant without any proof. All becauce he went back for 2 same name vitamins to get the buy one get one half off.

Very rude and ignorant employees. Not 1 but all of the employees. Entrance is also a fire hazard, 2 of 4 doors are always locked. If something happens and people can get hurt which result in a lawsuit against the store and the company.
