All the staff are very friendly there and their prices on pet food are better than anywhere else. Does anyone ever have trouble navigating the turns to find the way in for that particular location?

My pup has always gotten nervous with hairdryers, but the groomer has been patient with her each visit, and this time my pupper was able to handle the turbo dryer. She looks great and most importantly, she's happy post grooming.

Actually, I used to frequent the Nixon Drive PetSmart, but my groomer transferred, bringing me back to the Cherry Hill one, and I find it much nicer, well stocked, clean and friendly associates. Not saying Nixon Dr didn't also have friendly associates, but there's a different vibe in Cherry Hill

My dogs love Petsmart!! I love how pet friendly they are. They are so welcoming to my fur babies. The associates greet them and they love it. One of them even went out her way to get me info for their Halloween costume contest. Very nice and inviting. They got new harness that day.

Did a very poor job on my dogs nails polish . Got the nail polish on her fur and I had to pay $10 extra with the pedicure plus so almost 34 dollars . This time just wasn’t happy so upset I gonna have to polish myself . They said something about because I have a frenchie she has to have express service so maybe that’s why her nail polish was rushed I don’t know but this is the first time I wasn’t happy with the nail polish service .

Great service. Sarah helped me after I was done working on their AC in the rain. Sarah gave me paper towels to dry off. You don't find many employees that would do something like that.

Hailey Smith; dog trainer at pets mart is wonderful. We had the best experience today from her. We went to switch our dogs food and was unsure about some things and she gave us so much information on how to better care for our pup. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught us so many new things! She is so helpful and takes her time to explain everything. She was amazing!!! Best service ever received. Also, the cashier was very sweet as well. This pets mart is wonderful to go to! Thank you so much for everything

Great experience there today... Associate went out of her way to check backstock and in the coming inventory for me so I could have the exact item I wanted, & I didn't even have to ASK! Now I don't have to GUESS when it's coming IN. She let me know when!

The stylists at Pet Smart were extremely professional, caring, dedicated and provided a rememberable experience for pet and owner along with myself who came along. I must say I was surprised to learn the level of education and initial practical hours required for licensure in the state of NJ. Upwards to over 1000 hours!!! Wow, true commitment and servitude which clearly translates through “Jenny’s” beautiful manicure and pedicure. Jenny jumped right up onto the platform and placed her paws out like a regular salon pro and now shows off these beautifully trimmed and manicured paws with great pride. Her owner shared his happiness along with an emotionally driven story which the stylists broke into tears-well worth every minute and penny!!!

Great selection and plenty of inventory. They do sell small animals here and help adopt cats. The person helping with the cats never acknowledged us other than shooing our dog away (we wanted to see how our dog would be around cats and we're looking to adopt one - dog was fine cats were cautious), so we didn't ask them any questions and we'll likely go elsewhere to apply now.There is also a groomer on site as well as dog behavior classes.

I was in there earlier today. Tara was absolutely amazing helping me out! I'm still new to aquariums so it was awesome having someone who lead me in the right direction with honesty. Didn't feel at all like I was just being pushed to a product I didn't need. I rarely ask for help in a store for this reason but I'm very glad I did approach her for assistance :)

Overall the store was ok but while my girlfriend was in the store I ran inside to show her the correct collar to buy then came right back out and some lady in the car next to us called the cops and said we left our dogs out in a hot car! Please my dogs were fine I was literally in there for less than 2 minutes and all 4 of the Windows where down halfway! And the woman saw me go in the store and come right back out! My dogs travel with me and are quite fine with our truck and being inside of it so mind your own business and save the officer who was quite annoyed at the call and walked away with his hands up in the air some time! He thought he was coming to some emergency and there was none! Don't waste their time unless it's an actual problem!

It's OK dog full groom prices are high for small dogs under 10 lbs. No giveaways they make you think every thing simple and common like clip nails is included until you get the final price. 72$ wow not matted not very hairy not a difficult dog to cut

No customer service unless you ask, and the people in 'pet care' do not give a $&!+ giving the animals proper care. Too many dead fish. Empty cages etc. This is a store for dogs, cats and other small mammals. PetSmart is a bad place. If you want healthy fish and animals go to the Value Pet Center in Pennsauken on Crescent Blvd.

Me and boyfriend came here to adopt our first cat & were pleasantly surprised with how nice all the employees were. In particular, Zach, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our experience was great! Highly recommend

The staff seems nice. However I took my husky to the groomers here and she doesn't like her nails being clipped. I thought they'd be gentle with her but when I went to pick her up she seemed very agitated. She sulked when we got home and wasn't herself for 24 hours. It seems as though she was treated very horribly for her to be in this state. Thankfully she was back to her happy outgoing self in after a day. They also always seem to be in a rush. They overbook and then rush you in and out and don't care about taking the time to care for your pets.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Zack at the Cherry Hill PetSmart. He went above and beyond what one might expect from.a staff member. While helping me in the store he noticed that I was not having a very good day. Honestly, it was a horrible day and I was barely holding myself together. Zack was so kind and caring. He totally changed my mindset with his good nature. I wish the world could be filled with a lot more people like Zack. Just that kindness he expressed meant so much to me. PetSmart has a loyal customer, me. A million thanks to Zack. I hope he knows that he’s so appreciated and he made a huge difference that day.
