They were horrible. I took my dog to the groomer. She said that the dog is too matted and told me to go to the vet . What’s the point of going to the vet to get a haircut and then bringing her back to the salon? Don’t waste your time here. They’re just paid minimum wage and they don’t want to do work !!!!

Robert was friendly, courteous, and pleasant to work with. My baby, Ozzy was scared because it was his first time visiting Petco or any professional service. I usually bathe him at home but needed someone to cut his nails. He did not like the straps on the neck and the waist but I understand why they are used. Robert understood that Ozzy is my baby and took excellent care of him. If I need to trim his nails - I will definitely reach out to Petco again. I liked the convenience of the scheduling system.

The staff in grooming were very nice and extremely professional. The associate that checked us in was very helpful in explaining what services I selected. My pup was glowing when we left. We were very pleased.

I’ve been taking my dog Sulley to be groomed for 6 months now since we’ve moved to the area. I just love the girls that work there! They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable! I feel more at ease knowing they are taking care of Sulley. Thank you!!

I can easily schedule an appointment and Devon is friendly and caring of our Boston Terrier. I brought in the vaccination form, failing to see that the rabies shot wasn't recent. Devon called my vet and confirmed the rabies vax was good until 2022.

My groomer, Elaine, went over and above just giving Harley a great haircut. She pointed out his overly dry skin and even used medicated shampoo on him.
