Petco is just plain and simple. Awesome.Sign up for total care for your animal like 20 bucks a month but you get back $15 a month in spending credit so it's like almost nothing.Covers all your visits to the vet and check ups.Medication is obviously extra if something should be need.

Way smaller store than the original location, by about 10,000 sq. ft. actually. Probably the smallest Petco I've ever been in. Out of stock on many items. You would think that after being open for over a month now that they would be fully stocked. Strict/weird return policy. My purchase history is in their system because I have Vital Care, but I still had to bring in my physical receipt when returning fish.I also don't recommend adopting any cats from this location (Camden Companions). Returned the cat next day because was feral. The adoption manager who found this 2-year-old cat told me she had him locked up in a separate bedroom in her home for about 2-3 weeks!

Definitely one of the most favorite place that I like to shop for my pet it’s always fun to be here and always fun to take my kids with me they are experience all the animals that they have while I’m doing my shopping also we doing some grooming here and I see they have also adoption so it’s really cool.Definitely recommend for everybody to shop here friendly and nice 😊

Never the type to leave a review but this just upset me so so much that I have to. I Brought my dog over and the groomer didn’t have time to give my dog a full haircut. Instead of asking me to comeback tomorrow to finish she fully charged me $70 and told me next time we’ll have time for a “full haircut” . What are you charging me the full $70 for if you didn’t give my dog the full haircut ? My girlfriend was so mad when we got back she just trimmed him herself.You may have gotten this $70 from me but this will be my LAST time ever going to Petco.

George from the Petco in Cherry Hill was very helpful!!!!! He was very patient with me. I had a return, price matching, and coupons. He took the time to make sure that I was taken care of. It really made me feel special. I will continue to come back just because of George!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

i purchased dog food and i tried to tell the cashier that i was overcharged, i went back to look at the same dog food and it was cheaper than what i paid. I tried showing the cashier the receipt and the picture and she couldn’t bother to look at either one and told me it was tax.. Terrible experience.. can’t believe a cashier was trying to gaslight me into thinking the price was different because of tax. Yet everyone knows this kind of stuff gets taxed.

Went yesterday and Valerie assisted me. She took her time and care with me. I had an issue with a coupon, and she was able to rectify it for me. It was my first time in the new building since the move & she started my renewed relationship with Petco beautifully.She deserves a raise, a day of PTO, paid for lunch, AND a boost on her 401K match!Thank you Valerie!

Visit could have been better the previous customer caused a scene made us miss our app by 15 mins and when we checked in was told we'd have to wait because we missed our app even though I watched the whole damn thing and waited patiently and they saw me waiting the entire time. Kind of a joke but at least the other appointments there were quick and only added another 30 mins making it a total of 45mins wasted. Thanks Karen. 😉

I just took my dog Molly to the vet and groomer here and I cannot recommend this Petco enough. Molly was just groomed by Lauren C. Not only did Lauren give her a cute cut she was also very understanding that Molly gets nervous and jumpy while getting groomed. Within seconds Molly warmed right up to her. I have had groomers say that although she is not a biter she is very difficult in the past. Lauren was so kind and made my dog feel safe and only had the nicest things to say about her. On the vet side everyone was so friendly and patient with Molly. The Vet tech and Doctor were very compassionate and took their time to explain the different vaccines to me when I asked. Overall, I had a great experience and will be bringing my other dog here too.

There needs to be a better process to get assistance with fish. I hate to come here to get fish. I feel like every time I come here it takes forever to get anyone to help. I don't know what a better process is, but the current way frustrates this customer.

Absolutely great grooming service here for your furry loved ones! I love this place and the prices are great plus the service! Very professional staff who are genuinely interested in making your dog look presentable. They take their time with the dogs and are very kind. Elaine is a really sweet person she always makes my dog look his very best even when sometimes he could have gone longer than usual for a haircut.

Attempted to use the self dog wash ate. It was not a great experience. Over half of the shampoo and conditioner supplies were empty. Basically, I just wet my dog for $20. No one answered at the grooming counter and was forced to go to the front and lost our place in line. I learned later you are supposed to get a wash basket, which was never given to me.

Dog wash station was not clean, and they handed us 2 gross towels to dry my dog. The shampoo is in a machine and no matter how many times I washed he didn't smell clean. For 20 bucks a wash, Pet Supplies WAYYY better.

Booked a grooming appointment here with Coleen in May. She did not brush Toby’s theeth because I could see the same gunk that was there before. It’s not stuck or difficult to remove because I had to do it when I got home. She did not remove a mat that he had because he’s a husky he can easily mat even when combed. All she did was a small but trim and spent hours on shampoo and de shedding. Don’t was your money here with Coleen as the stylish with your long hair dog.This Petco is predatory. Because I told the truth above they flagged my dog as aggressive. I’ve called corporate and their manager without an update. Now my sweet dog can’t get his hair cut because this place choose not to do their job. They never told me my dog was aggressive and they finished his hair “cut” and took my money. Do not go here

REALLY BAD THEY HAD TOLD US TO GIVE OUR SMALL 18 POUND A SEDATIVE BEFORE WE BROUGHT HIM BACK BECAUSE AT OUR APT IN NOVEMBER THEY COULDNT CUT HIS HAIR BECAUSE HE WAS TWISTING AND FIGHTING HE DOESNT BIGHT SO WE PAID 120.00 AT OUR VET TO GET HIM SETIVATIVE AS DIRECTED BY YOURE EMPLOYEE AT OUR NOV VISIT ON 2/7/24 WHEN WE BROUGHT HIM BACK THEY TOLD US THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR HIM BECAUSE HE WAS SADATIVED I TOOK THE DAY OFF FROM WORK FOR THE VIP VISIT BECAUSE YOU WERE BOOKED UP FOR SAT VISITS VERRY VERRY UNHAPPY WITH THE STAFF THEY WERE RUDE I LOST A DAYS PAY FOR NO REASON WHEN I WAS JUST FOLLOWING WHAT YOURE STAFF TOLD ME TO DO NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN TOOK HIM TO NEARBY GROOMER AND THEY DID THE JOB QUITE WELL

I took my dog to get groomed on Monday and as soon as she was picked up she had a respiratory attack which isn’t uncommon but weird because it is very rare for her to get. Once we made it home she kept on having these attacks, she wouldn’t eat and refuse to walk. I took her to the vet and was told that her attacks come from being choked either by hand or by a collar being on too tight. Mind you my dog has NEVER IN HER LIFE come home in this state, I called Petco and spoke to the manager who stated that this is normal because my dog was anxious since she was in a new environment. There was zero accountability by them and the manager seemed to find the situation funny. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETCO IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE SAFE AND CARED FOR. These pigs are only after money and the people they hire aren’t professional nor trained to do their mfk job.

Terrible experience in vetco department. I have been twice with scheduled appointments and neither time was my pet treated/ seen by the actual vet! The first time I spent nearly an hour waiting to get vaccines, ran through the list of shots we could do and waited 20 more minutes just to be told she was 5 days too young and come back next week. Such a waste of time! The second time the pink haired tech was very rude and complained about another customer to me. I then waited in the room for an hour and a half, the pinked haired tech said it was because I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and may have to wait another hour. I had to leave because a 2 hour wait is ridiculous, all my pet needed was vaccines! This location wasted my time, gas and threw my puppy off her schedule twice only to not treat her, highly suggests going anywhere else.

I took my dog for a haircut & shower his 10 months old. He didn’t let them give him the haircut and the lady call me saying “ come put up your nasty dog” I feel like that wasn’t very professional. They didn’t finish giving him the haircut and also don’t want to receive him again.

In a true irony for a store committed to animal well-being, the animals are suffering at Petco. Betta fish are kept in fetid water in 6 ounce plastic cups, many of them already dead, floating on their sides. Reptiles are cared for in cramped cages by inexperienced employees. Do not give this company your business. Do not support this cruelty. Shop for pet supplies at stores that don't exploit wild animals for profit.

This is a brand new store and every one was wonderful, but I’ve never seen such disgusting bathrooms in my life. They look like they haven’t been cleaned since it was built. Lint/hairballs everywhere, the toilets have never been cleaned, and stuff all over the floor.
