We had a great experience at Pawllywood Grooming in Cherry Hill. Jen Staffieri was the best. She took excellent care of my dog and gave him the cutest cut. She did an excellent job. It was my puppy's first grooming experience and it was definitely a positive one. I highly recommend her.

We had a good experience with Pawllywood. We have brought our grandpuppy there before and they did a good job. This particular time he did not smell as good as he normally would when we picked him up. Also, his haircut could have been shorter but, overall we were pleased.

Omg! They did an amazing job on our cat. It was hard to find a place that grooms cats because most only focus on dogs but I am happy I found this place and will continue to bring our cat here. She looks so cute and everybody was so polite ❤️

I love this place I have been bringing my cats here for the past 3yrs. They know how to keep them calm and they are always so polite and accommodating with my schedule. Cats don't always have as many options as dogs, but this place makes my girls feel like they are not missing anything.

The staff is very nice and they love thier jobs. You can tell because when you walk in you are always greeted with a smile. I have tried other groomers in the area and always come back to Pawllywood! My shitzu always looks great and they add accessories that makes her stand out. Absolutely love this place.

Pawllywood Grooming is the only place I will take my Golden Retriever to for grooming. They are amazing, and extremely knowledgeable on how to groom every breed of dogs there are. Pawllywood is phenomenal.They also groom cats.

Worst experience. Asked that my cat be bathed, brushed and nails trimmed. Her nails are trimmed however she clearly hasn’t had a bath. She smells like dry urine (must have urinated in the carrier) it was dry when I dropped her off. I dropped her off at 11. Was told 3 hours however when I called at 2 to see if she was almost ready the answer was rudely stated that we will call you when she is ready. At 4 I decided enough was enough and went to pick her up. Paid $80 for a urine smelling cat with cut nails. My fault for paying. I just wanted to get her home at this point. She is 13 years old and needed her dinner. Disgusted with this place and will not return.

Always get the job done with my Maltese, he's not an easy one, but they know to handle him better than any shop. The owners are also very nice and seem to be genuinely passionate about pets.

Took my cat in for grooming and was super happy with the outcome. He was trimmed nicely and smelled amazing, as my previous groomer left him choppy but not the case here. This was the first time trying Pawllywood, and I will definitely come again. They helped with so many suggestions as my cat would go to the groomers regularly but the last appt we had was super traumatizing and I hadn’t taken him anywhere since then. Here, they took very good care of him and gave him breaks so he wouldn’t get too worked up. Great place to bring your pet!

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and wanted to get our 2 cats groomed before moving them into their new home. I called a few places which were all booked months out. Pawllywood offered to stay after closing the day I called to accommodate us. Our cats look wonderful and we are so pleased with the excellent customer service we received. This place is wonderful! I have two rescues: a chocolate lab who was abused and scared of people and a hound mix who is very difficult when having his nails trimmed. Elise, Marcelo and staff are always very accomodating and efficient and handle my dogs extremely well when other places haven’t been able to. I’m so glad to have found this place and will never go anywhere else!

I've brought my Yorkie here and also my kittens/cats. First of all, it smells so good when you enter and it is super clean. It is family owned and the owners are always so pleasant and they especially always let you visit with their own little beauty, miniature maltese, Annabell. My animals are always happy and look great when I pick them up. They might cost a little more then others but they really take pride in what they do and they treat your pet with love like their own and it shows. I recommend Pawlywood to everyone. :) :) Thank you!! -

I took my dog Codi here for bathing and grooming and I'm very happy to have found a great groomer. My dog looks and smells great! Elise clearly takes her time with each dog and the end results speak for themselves. The staff is very friendly and very happy to help the owner in any way they can. I'm a very satisfied customer that will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
