My dogs are half chihuahua half miniature pincher and they both got really sick for weeks and we couldn’t figure out why. Took them to the Vet, couldn’t figure out why. The employee here suggests we switch them to a raw food diet and it literally changed our lives. He was so informative and I will definitely be making this my permanent pet supply store. Unfortunately I can’t recall his name but he was an older gentleman and he was excellent.

This place is HANDS DOWN the best pet store to go to meet amazing staff members. The employees ensure to make time for not only you but your pet as well. I have had issues with my French bulldog for the last few months where he was having unhealthy digestive movement and the only thing suggested by my vet was rice and chicken. Thankfully, the other week I had walked into the this pet store to transition my dog back to kibble. An associate named Maddy took the time to explain issues regarding allergies, dog IBS, and probiotic health recommendations for my Frenchie. After a few moments she recommended trying goat milk and this product called “BUT BAR”, and within a short few days my French bulldog was having healthy bowel movement. I sincerely cannot thank this employee enough, especially being a dog parent. Aside from this occurrence, their employee Sabrina took the time to explain every ingredient within their “yak dog bones” and training events that occur at their store. Overall, amazing customer service and I would highly recommend.

Great staff and great experience to bring your pupper. Way better dog selection than large pet stores. Prices a bit higher, but I'd much rather support a local business than a corporate behemoth.

This place has pretty diverse and mainstream options for food, treats etc. I go here very often since I live practically across the street. The staff is always so helpful and great at recommending new products that have actually worked! Reasonable prices for all pet supplies.

I recently had an emergency situation caring for a friend's dogs after he suffered an emergency medical situation. Diamond dog food company donated some dog food to assist in the situation and I was told to go there and pick up the food. When I got there the employees were very empathetic and helpful

The store is very clean and the sales people are excellent! Especially Rosie who was just beyond patient with me and my dog. He is so picky with treats and she helped me find training mini treats that he is actually still eating. Those of you who have picky eaters know how much money is wasted trying to figure this out! Thank you Rosie! Lamb lungs for the win🤣🤢🤷🏻‍♀️

Great store. Impressive, looks great, staff is great, helpful and friendly. A huge selection of some of the best foods and accessories. The staffIs helpful and friendly. Rosie and Brian are really nice people. I will be shopping here for all my little boy Charlie's needs.

Concord stores are independently owned, and it's obvious they really care about animals and customers. They carry top-line food and a huge variety of toys and apparel. I go out of my way to support them, and always feel good interacting with the associates. They are knowledgeable and nice.

Staff are very helpful, I stopped in to check out their selection of foods in preparation for getting my puppy in a few weeks. The employee I spoke with was very helpful and answered my many questions. They have an excellent selection of everything you can imagine. I was looking for a particular brand of raw dig food. They didn't have it in stock, I would prefer that they did, but they can order it for me.

We are regular customers and can't say enough good things about the Concord Pet store in Cherry Hill. They are the only local store that sells our favorite brand of dog food, and they know me by name. A great place to find high quality pet products with the rare combination of competitive prices and personal customer service. Great job, Concord Pet!

Concord Pet store is my go to store for everything that I need for my picky eater Yorkie. They carry everything from beds, toys, treats, dry, canned or raw pet food. They even have the frozen, raw goat milk

The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable on various types of food, and therefore can help you with any breed of animal you have. Most of the employees I’ve met talk from experience, which is refreshing to have since some people talk straight out of their behinds. Moreover, great job to the staff!

Friendly staff, and a gigantic selection of pet food, beds, treats, and supplies. Open for people to bring their dogs in and walk around.Preference is the boxes of treats they have open. Grab a bag, and pick out the treats, pay by the pound, $5 per pound currently. Great deal, and the dog can sniff them out first (but if yours is like mine, they won't care to sniff, only eat)

They have a great selection of dog/cat food and supplies. The staff is helpful and will offer to help you carry your purchase to your vehicle. If you can wait for sales and stock up, Concord's prices can be high.

Prices are slightly higher here but I like having the wide selection of high quality products. Additionally, staff is always on point and tentative unlike the other big box pet stores. Finally, I enjoy shopping here to support my local community since they are a relatively small business compared to the other big box stores.Edit... Knocking down to 1 star due to recent experience I had. I went to purchase my usual food for my cat. At checkout I give my phone number for the frequent buyer program. This is one of the main reasons i shop here. However I am told this is my first purchase for this food. I personally know this is my 5th bag of food. The assistant manager Beverley comes over and I explain my situation. She said the only way to verify is to return with all my receipts. Now while I keep records of important things for years, reciepts for my pets food is not one of them. I try to explain this only to be told that is the only way. Now usually I would be okay with this however there are two things that I felt were not right. First being the tone in which she was using with me. I seemed like she thought I was lying. Secondly it was the lack of respect I was given as a customer. When I asked what I can do no other solutions were given and when I asked to speak to a manager she said "Im right here". At this point I was getting frustrated since I could easily buy my food elsewhere but I like to support them since they are local. I told her that to which she replied, "It was nice knowing you." This is where the respect aspect comes in. I unfortunately will not be returning to this store because of her actions . It also speaks to Concord that this is the type of person they hire as a manager. One who is quick to shoot you down, disrespect a paying customer, and one who does not offer solutions besides saying to bring in years old receipts... My recommendation has changed and I would not recommend visiting this location. The one up near Moorestown Mall seems to have managers that are more respectful; at least this was the case last time I visited over two years ago.

Concord Pets in Cherry Hill, NJ is the only Pet store I buy my Golden Retriever’s food, toys, brushing & combing items, treats, & etc. the owner, Brian, has gone out of his way every time I have asked for assistance or had a question. The help at the store are always outgoing & friendly. Concord Pets in Cherry Hill, NJ is the best place in South Jersey to get your pet supplies.

really knowledgeable and kind people work here. I was helped by two gentleman who really knew a lot about dog food and what is in each brand. they also walked it to my car for me. I won’t go anywhere else to get my pet food.

Val greeted us and the desk and immediately greeted and played with our pup we had with us, at 5 months old, he was extremely excited to play, he had a little piddling going on. She assured us it was no big deal and showed us around the place, food specifically was why we were there. She showed had Norman (our mini goldendoodle) do his set of tricks he knew and taught him a new one! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just be careful, there are a lot of chewables within easy reach for a dog on a leash, grabbing them was easy for the pup, not so easy for use to grab them back..

I used to shop here when it was Cutters Mill. I've been in the store probably 6 times since it became concord. The one time at the register I accidentally referred to it as cuttersmill & the girl waiting on me very rudely corrected me. Every time I've been in there the people working there aren't very nice. The one time I bought a harness for my dog, it was marked x-large but looked very small I have a springer spaniel that weighs about 53lbs when I brought it back because it was too small I mentioned to the man that I thought it was marked wrong because it said x-l and didn't fit my med dog he looked at the tag & said no it's an X-L, it's too big for your dog I told him it was way too small he shook his head, he made me feel like I was doing something wrong. i picked up a different harness I wasn't sure how it went on so I went to the counter and asked the man. How does this go on he grabbed it out of my hand and flipped it over and said like this see the hook that's where you clip the leash, how else could it go. Very rude I returned the one I bought and got a gift card because they don't reimburse cash only store credit. I went there again to spend the gift card I bought a cake mix for my dog because her 13th birthday is coming up there was a young girl working on the floor she asked me if I needed help that was the first time anyone that worked there ever offered help or was pleasant. I'm not sure where she disappeared to but I didn't see her again, it's a shame because they do have a lot of different toys my dogs have every toy that petsmart, precious pets & bills pet store carry but I won't be going back there again. I feel like the people that work at the concord pet store in Barclays farms in cherry hill either hate there jobs or just don't need me as a customer. I'd rather shop somewhere that I'm treated nicely

Owner and staff very professional. They are aware & knowledgeable of all the products they sell. Caring to any pets you bring. Clean friendly and polite staff. Highly recommended. They all remember your pets name. Baby loves visiting them.
