Normally when I shop at Kings in Chatham it’s a pleasant experience, but that didn’t happen this afternoon. A group of about 8 middle school boys were running in the isles and screaming so loud I almost dropped my groceries!When I asked one of the boys please not to scream so loud in the store he was insolent and disrespectful. So I told him I would make a complaint to the store if they didn’t stop. He then told me I couldn’t do that because his father was the store manager and he went on to repeat this two or three more times!Not a good shopping experience...

Kings has always been one of my all time favorite grocery stores so I was excited to have one close to our new home. My old store was in Whitehouse Station. Since COVID, I noticed the selection has decreased in terms of the salad bar selections and fresh deli salads which stinks because that's always a highlight for me. But this location has good produce, nice flowers and all the same draws as other locations. Some of the staff, especially the check out ladies, are super nice and helpful. I've caught the deli clerks give other customers attitude on more than one occasion and as such, generally avoid the area unless absolutely necessary. Overall, I'd recommend this store.

Really nice store with plenty of parking. 1 single person restroom for the entire store! Plus no baby changing table so I had to change the baby standing up, which is awful.

The customer service is horrible in the place and a cashier was monitoring me where I put my cart made a big issue and everytime I ordered a permaid salad it is rotten not fresh

Great service. 2 employees kindly asked if I needed assistance finding anything and pointed me to the correct aisle when I did. The store is clean, aisles are properly labeled and there are several artisanal selections.

Have always loved shopping at Kings because of the selection of foods, the freshness of meat and fish, and the cleanliness of the store. Then, the one closest to me moved. Went to another reasonably close one today and was so happy. Found almost everything I wanted (except tahini. What kind of upscale store doesn't carry tahini these days?) and enjoyed cruising through the aisles. Capers! Three kinds of capers! I'll be back.

This may be the rich man's convenience store, but if I want to walk to the supermarket, it's a great option. The fact that you don't realize it's there from the road is a huge plus--nice design idea. The prices might be on the high side, but the quality has always been good.

5 stars for the shortest lines and easy parking, but 1 star for everything costing 25%-50% higher than every other supermarket including Whole Foods. Average 3 stars.

For a small supermarket, it has a decent selection however prices are higher than other supermarkets. Often has better quality produce and items that larger supermarkets don't have.

Kings always has a nice selection of fresh bread, meats, and produce. I'm also very thankful for their gluten free section! 😊

Nice and clean place to go for food shopping.. they offer salad bar and a varieties of soup and many more lunch options..Love their brownies 👍.

I don't do alot of shopping here, overpriced for sure but I do run in for certain things not found elsewhere and their produce is top notch which is huge for me.
