If you need your meds within a week - don't go here! Dropped off prescription on a Monday - checked back on Tuesday to make sure it would be filled in the next day or 2 - remidned him I only had meds for another 2 days...asked for a call or text to let me know when it came in. Thursday I called to find out if it was ready and was told "the wholesaler had a problem getting the meds". No call, no notice. When I complained, the pharmacist was incredibly blase.

I want to take this opportunity to praise the outstanding service provided by thepharmacists and staff of Towne Pharmacy in Cedar Knolls. My family moved to CedarKnolls recently, and we needed a pharmacy for my wife, who has had MS for 30 yearsand relies on a variety of medications. We used one “family pharmacy” in the pastbecause of the close relationship with the pharmacists and staff. We were looking fora pharmacy in Cedar Knolls that provided the same outstanding service. We found thatwith Towne Pharmacy.On my first telephone call to Towne Pharmacy, I spoke with Sapan Patel, the headpharmacist, and explained our situation and the need to work closely with thepharmacist and staff. I found out later that Sapan telephoned our prior pharmacistand reviewed all of the specifics of my wife’s medications and her unique needs. Sincethat first phone call, Sapan, Helen (another pharmacist), and the rest of the staff havebecome an integral part of my wife’s treatment. I found them all to be knowledgeable,diligent, competent and, qualified. In addition, and most importantly, they are all kind,compassionate and understanding. I unconditionally recommend Town Pharmacy inCedar Knolls to anyone in need of a pharmacy.

Overall very in professional place. I have had multiple negative encounters here as well as lack of knowledge of what they are doing. I have been denied my medication back in October, only to get double the next month because I didn’t “pick them up” which is a lie (since I went in and was told I couldn’t have them in October). On Friday I went in to pick up a medication that was called in a month prior so I would have it in time for my trip. Only to come in and be welcomed with a horrible attitude and aggressiveness when looking for my name. Then to tell me no such medication was called in or even in the system. Which there is no way that could be true since I pick up on a regular basis every month and have a years worth of a prescription since September. As well as just got off the phone with my physician. I have finally had enough and I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are a few professional and nice employees. But the woman I last dealt with was very rude and unprofessional and that completely ruined it for me.

This is a great find!!!! The staff is very friendly, go out of their way to help you and review your medications!!! The wait time is so NOT like CVS. They know your name when you come in!! My son needed a compounded medication, Yes they do compounded meds. Great technicians. I wish i could give more stars!!!!! Kudos to Sapan and staff!!! Keep up the great work. Guys are great, was here working for JCP&L for the storm. Had a script written to them. Unfortunately had to move to a new area and was hours away. They had no issue sending my script to a different pharmacy for me.
