I know I could have purchased the things I needed for my dog online but since this store is within walking distance to my home I decided to give it a try. I recently adopted a dog and needed a few things. I have to say the employees I met were extra helpful. One younger guy walked me to the isle and pointed out the item I needed. Then a younger girl actually fixed the straps on the harness I was buying and put it on my dog. So helpful. That experience was so rare I had to leave a review.

Wish we had stopped in here before the other bigger pet shops. Sorry I forget the girls name-I think it started with an E, had red hair...anyway she was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our new pet. She was also patient and great with my curious 4 year old daughter lol. Place is clean, people were friendly, well stocked, and they take good care of the animals there.

This place is the best. The staff is above and beyond. Took my 105 dog for a bath, he’s really afraid of the shower but their groomer and a staff member, Kalil, helped me get him calm and into the shower stall. The rest was smooth sailing. Love this place

I used the self-service wash for the first time and was surprised with how easy and efficient it was. I loved it, and it was sooooo much easier than the baths we were giving at home. Will definitely continue doing bath time in the store!

Amanda is the best ! Our pup started her grooming with their introduction puppy groom and Saturday she had her 1st “big girl” cut / grooming the works … she wasn’t stressed one bit and looks fabulous ! We are so pleased !

The self service dog wash is clean, always fresh towels and filled bottles. There is a staff member dedicated to keeping the place clean .Love the 3 stall option- even during the pandemic they kept everything clean and safe for all.We love this store - the labelling is on point, you can easily find someone to answer any questions, the variety of pet food is amazing (and they keep adding new ones)

This pet store is great. Jay is super nice and well informed. He is usually there when I go and he is always ready to help and is knowledgeable about pet issues and has suggestions on how to fix them. Nice Store and great staff! My go to for all my pets needs

Amanda is an excellent groomer, and is very sweet. The store has a very friendly staff and a great selection of higher end products. Grooming cost is not the cheapest in town, but we love how Amanda grooms our dog, so we are willing to pay more.

The day we picked up our adopted puppy we took him straight to Pet Supplies Plus for a bath. He had just come off a fifteen-hour transport from Georgia and was a liiiiiiitle smelly. The bathing area was clean and well-stocked and the staff was very helpful in getting us situated. After his bath, we walked him around the store (also well-stocked) and picked out a couple of toys and a highly recommended puppy food (staff pick). Love this store and will continue to be a customer.

Way better than your ordinary chain pet store. Great value/deals and friendly staff. I’ve been going to this particular location for a few years now. I like going here to check out their assortment of fish as they sometimes have cool varieties at a reasonable price. Ben, who I believe is the store manager, is an incredibly knowledgeable staff member who never hesitates to offer his guidance and help. He even vented the African cichlids to determine which were males and females! Definitely would recommend this Pet Supply Plus location.

I have been coming to this store since it opened and have always had a great experience. They have an excellent variety of pet food and supplies, all of which are reasonably priced. They also have a good deal of sales and coupons which help to cut down on prices when you become a member. Also, The sales reps, managers, and owner are very kind and helpful. My dog had her 1st dog wash today and it was excellent. I highly recommended this store for your pet's needs.

Love this location! Super friendly staff, very clean store & love the self service bath. They supply multiple options for shampoo & towels. My dog hated baths before I brought her here. I do wish the blow dryer was stronger and had heat but besides that it's an amazing deal for a bath, either $10 for a bath but I buy the card when you get 5 baths for $25. Can't beat it!

The people are always so friendly and helpful. A good variety of supplies for it being a smaller store. They appear to take good care of their live animals for sale as well. My one complaint (which is very minor) is there is not enough supplies for less common pets (which is to be expected as they are less common) like birds, fish, etc. If you have a cat or dog however you can likely find what you’re looking for here.

The team at this store is so helpful whether it be a food/treat/toy recommendation, a full delivery order, grooming or self wash.
