I go to the Staples in Cedar Grove, NJ at least 3-4x/week. I sell merchandise from numerous platforms, where orders need to be shipped out immediately. As soon as a purchase is made, all I have to do is take the item(s) that the buyer ordered to Staples in Cedar Grove, & nothing else…..they do the rest!Not only do they print out the shipping labels, but they have every single supply I need in order to complete my shipment. From bubble wrap, to a large variety of envelopes & boxes of every size, shelves full with different kinds of “thank you” stationary, rows upon rows of different types of stickers, packing tape, notepad’s, binders or cash books to track my sales, & much, much more!The staff is so extremely friendly, I know them all by name! They’ll even put everything together for me so it’s ready to be picked up by the USPS/UPS when the delivery driver arrives. They’re truly amazing! I’m always confident that my packages will go out the same day, or the next day at the latest if I arrive later in the day/evening.I’ve had 5 packages at once to be shipped out, & I was in & out of there in less than 10 minutes. There were even 3 other customers ahead of me in the store being helped at the same time while my order was being taken care of.My point is that this store is so organized & the staff is so extremely knowledgeable, that you would think such a lengthy process, like the one I just described, especially with existing customers in the store, should take much longer than 10 minutes….and you’re right, because it should’ve!If it weren’t for the organization combined with the friendly & educated full staffed members, I would have for sure been late for work that day.I walked into Staples at 6:25p.m., & was out the door, labels printed, packages fully packed & labeled, paid for, put aside for shipment, & walking out the door…..all by 6:35p.m.!!This is a normal occurrence every single time I go into the Cedar Grove store. I’ve even gotten some quick shopping done while they’ve gotten my packages together in order to save some of my time, which they know & consider to be precious. That’s how much they appreciate their customers, & why they provide the best service possible.This is just one example of many as to how amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, & capable the staff is…..not to even mention the endless amount of merchandise that store always has in stock! If Staple’s in Cedar Grove doesn’t carry it, most likely, you’re not going to find it anywhere else.Go to this store and save yourself the headache of experiencing what similar stores have to offer. You’ll never go anywhere else again 😊They definitely have my loyalty 💯! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an outstanding experience at this Staples location. I needed to ship out a small, fragile musical instrument, and was having a bit of trouble figuring out how to do so. I took it to several other shipping centers, and was told it would cost $75 for them to pack (it was going to cost $25 just for the box if I wanted to do it myself).I decided to try Staples, and not only did they have the materials I needed to pack it in a secure way, but they also did it for me - for NO EXTRA COST. They were so kind and helpful, and for just a few dollars for the box and a roll of bubble wrap, I was on my way. It made my day, and I will certainly be back.

We were picking up quite a few school supplies for the local food pantry to include in backpacks for students. We worked with Christian who could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. He took his time to make sure that we had everything we need. We felt that Christian went above and beyond in providing great customer service. Thank you so much.

Music a little loud, but otherwise good store, wide selection and ample parking. Has a UPS drop off in the print shop, and unlike going to a UPS store, no fees are charged for printing out return labels for packages. Also, use of tape is free. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Normally this store is great to deal with, today i went in to have a photo printed and the lady working the counter told me it would be $48.00 now or $39.00 later.Now all we’re talking is the counter person pressing the button for the print machine that was just sitting there. For a recurring customer I think this is a rip off and signs should posted about the urgent fee

Hurry up and close the store!!I ran out of paper for home printer, so I headed out to pick up a ream at Cedar Grove store. I found a few other things as well. Stood at register for almost 15 minutes. Three girls were "working" in the back, one even looked at me and just ignored me. I just left everything on the counter and walked out. Not the way it used to be.

We ordered print services online from the Staples website. We had major issues with the delivery, and no one from the customer service line did anything to help us. We went to this Staples location and the Assistant Manger Ryan fixed the problem (very professionally). Everyone here is so helpful! We are very happy with this Staples location.

I needed to buy a Google product and the sales person that came to me really didn't know anything about the product at all, he was very nice I assume he was new because he had to ask the manager to help him out on the register to use my rewards. But if you're going to send someone to help me and answer my questions they should know the product.

Just received some excellent service from Michael in the printing department. While waiting for my order I also observed him being super helpful to several other customers. Definitely the best service I've received in a while.

Nice but like all big box stores right now there's a lack of staff to assist... No one was entirely certain if they carried charges for iPads (of course they do but there is very little official Apple official products in the store). They had some kind of flood so they are still fixing things up.

I absolutely LOVE their printing service. They did such a great job with my order and everyone seemed so nice! I wish i went to this location before. Best Staples store I've been to. Will drive 20 extra minutes to go to this store again.

Went to copy center to pick up an order that I placed online. Two posters and few prints. Posters were terrible colors and even the employee knew that. She said they have had this problem for a while and didn't know what was wrong.
