Since my last review things at the CVS have gone down hill. Customer service is horrible. No one wants to work. You ask them a question and it feels like you’re asking them to run 5 miles. Then the pharmacy, you clearly see people are sick, waiting in line, coughing and sneezing every where. People want to grab their medication and get home to rest. But, no. The girl with the glasses wants to sit there and talk about her make up products that’s best for her face and how she contours. Really?! I just can’t with people and it’s inconsiderate to make people who are sick wait in line like that.This is my go to for CVS! Customer service is great and friendly. Pharmacy techs are also very welcoming and helpful. Def have to get that CVS CARE PASS CARD if you haven’t already. The amount of money I save is ridiculous. I love it.

Absolutely horrible service! No one answered the drive up window for over 20 minutes!I went into the store and waited on the Pharmacy line for 15 minutes to be told that my prescription , which was ready at 11:38 according to a text they sent me, wouldn’t be ready for another 20 to 20 minutes!

We moved fromBrooklyn NY to Little Falls. We were so stressed by the service in Flatbush ave CVS. People were so rude. I was totally satisfied after seeing this 1041 POMPTON ave CVS . Here people are so helpful and they are outstanding in their service. I am really blessed to have this CVS

They are the best pharmacy that I every dealt with. All the workers are exceptional people and deserve a raise for all they do for the costumers which is greatly appreciated and I thank them
