I scheduled a Covid test last week. I booked it for today after work at 5:20p..I Soo need this test in order to travel in 3 days. This morning, I get a text message from CVS in Cedar Grove, NJ, stating that my appointment was cancelled due to temporary closure. I found the number n called, someone picked up n said the store is open not closed. I told him my story, he then said he would transfer me to pharmacy but he really transferred the call to corporate. Again, I explained the story to Christina, who was helpful and found out that the store does not do testing after 4p..WTH! She then told me to go back on the website to see if there are any openings. (Oh!! I'm still at work with all this happening) or go up the street to another facility. As I told her, cvs should accommodate me as I set the appointment as indicated and they need to update their website to reflect the correct information. Ugh!! Well at least there is a City MD that takes walk-ins.

I haven't had issues at this CVS. The people on site are nice and helpful when asked questions. They're probably short staffed like everyone in the country right now but they do their best to service customers.

Just moved to the area, so far not impressed. My 2 prescriptions that I've never had issues filling are all of a sudden becoming an issue to fill. The pharmacy staff doesn't seem to research issues fully before making suggestions.

The Minute Clinic is Good, but the head pharmacist is impossible. Recently transferred a RX there, called with a question, and he chastised me for asking for the pharmacist! 3 weeks and 2 discussions with Manager later, my question is still unanswered. I've done general shopping at this location for years, but no more. Go elsewhere.

It is a constant wait for pick up, a constant barrage of requests for pickup and renewal, 90 day refill to find the prescription is returned. It’s a money seeking scam and has nothing to do with quality patient care. The store is dirty looking and the pharmacy staff just look at you with a blank stare. In addition, the cost for a prescription is more than other local pharmacies.

Horrible service from the minute clinic! My boyfriend Walked in at 7:05 and started to sign in when the staff on site came out and said that she was leaving and her last appointment is at 7. Prior to driving the additional 25.minutes he checked The website which states the clinic closes at 7:30 pm. He also did his due diligence and called ahead to double check the time matches. He was not told that the staff would be leaving early and expected the level of service that when a Business states it will be open they will because a client arrived within the appropriate time. Nurse said sorry but she leaves at that time. After workingaall day sick this was the time he was available to go and he thought the most convenient.I don't understand why thhy have the clinic state its open until 7:30pm if the staff isn't going to be held to that responsibility. At the very least they can learn to commicate with the rest of the staff answering the phone that they won't work be held to the hours they have posted. God. Forbid they actually take the time To change it. Horrible Horrible Horrible! A Joke of a place. Save yourself the headache and go Somewhere else!

I'm here almost 5 times a week, being a college student who doesn't always have time to go for a grocery run and having odd hours. This place is great because the staff is very nice and helpful, and it's open 24 hours. It's a large store too, which makes the selection vast. Love this place.

I had an epidural injection and stopped at the CVS to fill my pain medication prescription. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription stating that I had never filled one of my prescriptions in Cedar Grove. I explained that I am staying at my boyfriends house for the weekend who lives in Cedargrove and that is why I came to the store. I also explained I use CVS in my town and have for years and that I have gotten this medication filled there Recently since I’ve been getting the injections over the last couple months. I was told I needed to go to that CVS which was over a half an hour away to fill it, That that was their policy. He didn’t seem to care that I have been a CVS customer for 20 years and that I was in a lot of pain. I went to the other CVS in town and they could not believe that he would not fill my prescription. They did not have enough of the medication so they contacted to other stores to see who had it. I was able to fill it in CVS in Clifton.

I was a customer here for 10 years and will NEVER be again. I went to print out an 8x10 photo from my Engagement Session (from 4 years ago) that was on a CD. Now, I have printed at the Kodak machines there several times without being bothered. Today, some miserable girl decided to give me an issue because I did not carry around a "waiver" with me stating that I owned my photos that I clearly did. She looked over my shoulder at the pictures I was getting ready to print and right away started giving me a problem. Asking me if I "owned the rights to my pictures". Right away, I could see this was not going to be easy, friendly service. She refused to sell me my own picture with my face and name on it! The manager came out and was telling me to "call the photographer" from 4 years ago so that I could buy my own picture! All of this because the photos were on a disk and not on my cell phone. Who calls their wedding photographer from 4years ago while they're in line in CVS to print a picture? I thought it was a joke. Needless to say, not only did I decide I will NEVER go back there (because I went right down the street to Walgreens that gave me friendly and kind service) but I will make their lack of customer service known to the public to hopefully save someone else the trip and the aggravation.

If I could give it zero stars - I would. Ever since Pharmacist Patel has been at the location; the lines are longer in ever, the customers are waiting for over 30 mins so it’s hard to social distance, people are constantly complaining to the pharmacist and staff. So if people keep having problems - maybe the problem is with the pharmacist.

It's clean, modern, and has a particularly helpful pharmacy staff. Prices are about average. Never had a problem with customer service, though I'm a self-checkout kind of guy.

Pharmacy services is horrible. Always makes me contact to my doctor to get a new prescription. Even though doctor noted any replacement allowed. I ended up to get my prescription 3 to 4 times visit cuz they are always not ready!!!!!!!! and always blame on the other.

Slow. Poor stock. Even when they tell you they have it they don’t. Prices for drugs are higher than elsewhere. System issues constantly with plan and prescriptions. Terrible place.

Excellent location and great customer service. I was looking for something that I wasn’t sure would be at this location, an associate went out of her way to help me look and find the product. She didn’t really have to that extra mile helped my day become better.
