The Pharmacy located at 1027 Pompton Avenue Cedar Grove is a disaster. Wrong information, non responsive, out of stock meds they lie and tell you are ready you get there wait in line sometimes over an hour t o either get wrong medication or none at all. Sick people need medication. Your staff is rude. At one point hte Pharmacist waited 3 times to open a safe to get a medication that we waited for for 3 days and each time the safe opened she missed getting the medication. The worse is the incompetence of the staff. You can never get through on the phone. I am working to transfer all of my family health needs some where else. This store should be closed of no value to the community

The pharmacy department is a complete mess here. You have to go to a different person for different things. One person is unable to help you. There are no signs saying who does what and the entire process is confusing & ridiculous. Incompetent at best.

This store is always clean, well maintained, and stocked. The staff is friendly, very professional and helpful which speaks volumes when considering that it's open 24hrs. Jeremy was specially helpful on my latest visit. I couldn't get what I needed; I went late at night and the item was secured in the pharmacy. Despite of that, Jeremy checked multiple places where the item could be and also verified their inventory. Lastly, he checked other CVS stores and pointed me to one that had what I was looking for. This is the type of customer service that should be the standard.

This pharmacy always makes mistakes with my prescriptions. That’s why I never leave the store without checking the medication first and making sure they give me what the prescription says.

Prescription for kids often out of stock. Even times after them telling us they have it and we wait and then they say they don’t. Prices are higher than other pharmacies. The final straw for never going back unless life or death was me showing up for a 1245 vaccine and another woman still there from 1155.

Minute clinic cancelled my appointment with no warning, no notice, and no one knows why. I was there in person, before my scheduled time..i came inside trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked about what to do, an employee at cvs told me to go to the red kiosk because they do not deal with minute clinic...fair enough.There is no one staffed there that knows why. No one at the minute clinic help line knows why. The minute clinic help line woman was very apologetic.The nurse practitioner on duty on 1/14/23 completely stared through me, ignored me in the waiting room for close to two hours, when all I needed was a TB read, which was negative, which needed to be done for employment verification.Due to the nature of how this needs to be done, it was outside of the 72 hour window and I am unable to have it read. I am hoping my employment offer is not rescinded because of CVS MINUTE clinic's inept customer service. If you see someone sitting for a while, nurse practitioners at cvs MINUTE clinic, you should have the understanding that you should at least say "can I help you?" Basic human courtesy.

The Assistant at cosmetics section was wonderful, helpful and pleasant however the store Manager Dominicia who was working at the cash register had an attitude problem. She was irritable, impatient and obviously annoyed she had to work the cash desk. Not a good example to set for her employees.

This CVS minute clinic is amazing!! The customer service was excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased with my nurses Olga and Christina. Both of them were so compassionate, pleasant, and professional . I will becoming back for sure !!!

After learning that I had been administered the wrong COVID test for travel purposes I was told to go to another CVS store. I had called the hotline to inquire about the test several times to make sure that the test I needed could be done at this site. I have been shopping at this store location for many years and the people are friendly and helpful for the most part. But the COVID testing site is small. I felt bad for the very attentive staff. I did not realize that the nasal test I received was not the PCR test I needed. I only realized the difference when they called me an hour later with results. It was only then that I confirmed It could not be the test I had solicited on-line when I made the appointment and which would require a 1-2 day wait time.However, my gripe is with the way the COVID test appointments are organized. My husband and I had to get retested with the appropriate COVID test at 1041 Pompton Avenue. Mr. Yon, (I am not sure if I have spelled his name correctly) was great. He helped me fill out the form which I had difficulty seeing because I did not have my reading glasses. I applaud his empathy and caring. I suggest the site make a distinction between one site and the other as far as the services for COVID testing. Specificity is the key.

Carol, kevin . I love these employees, they alwasy help me everytime i purchase at this cvs. They always go above and beyond to help me, if theres an item i want thats not on the shelves, they always look for more in the back. Theyre very kind, they always greet you, theyre respectful, great mannerism, they deserve a raise!

It was good,they had everything I needed.the only problem was checking out at register. They have it set up very confusing. I think they should work on that.one line would be good.when your done at register to run into people using self check out.i think they have it backwards. The first thing you think of is, what brains thought of this.its actually kind of funny then sad.

Just got my Covid booster and flu shot here. The pharmacy staff were efficient and helpful. The staff member administering the vaccines was super sweet and kind.

Had a great experience getting a rapid Covid test at this location. I scheduled an appointment in advance and the staff was very polite. Make sure you don’t accidentally go to the other cvs down the road like I did at first.

Cvs minute clinic protocol is designed to make people sick. Everyone weather you are sick and want to get tested or just getting test for travel must go into the same tiny room, remove their mask and administer the test. As if it’s soo dem difficult to do the same thing while being in the car! This whole design is awful and frightening. But I didn’t have a choice since I needed theTest asap for travel! If I could give it( -10 )start I would!!! Someone needs to change this system. We are so behind the world here in US it’s just sad!
