Went to pharmacy to pick up meds.1. Not ready. Even though it was called in 3 days ago2. Waited in line 15 mins, just to be told, go by drop off.3. Pharmacist was so lazy, she stood there and took 20 mins to just process the claim.4. Went back on other line to pick up and after 10 more, once I got to register, asked if I can pay couple of items which I picked from store while waiting on them. Register tech said sure. Codes to scan for prescription wasn’t still ready. While holding off line, waiting on pharmacist who is chit chatting with a random friend who is at drop off window.5. After standing 5 more mins at register, she came to scan the prescription. Asked if I can pay the items which has been sitting at register and other tech agrees to, she said no.While furiated at service, I grabbed all items and went to front to scan separately.After waiting 45 mins for prescriptions, least they could’ve done was scan my items.Asian register tech was nice to say yes but white pharmacist lady was not only rude but slow and lazy.Thanks for trash service, I would be taking my prescription business elsewhere.Would give zero stars if I could. ❌❌❌👎🏻👎🏻

Aweful…there’s always some problem getting prescriptions here. This place is a constant headache at times when u already have one. I wind up driving back to the other cvs and then they don’t forward the script so u have to drive all the way back because they don’t answer the phone either. Back and forth and no help…horrendous. Almost forgot…it’s been 4 hours since I started trying to pick up. Still no end in sight.

The worst! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The gave the WRONG medication to my elderly mother TWICE and refused to fix it. Now she needs to pay out of pocket for mistakes the pharmacist made. Totally unprofessional and reckless!

Check ahead. There are some prescriptions that are on long back order. Check with manufacturer coupons for prescription medications. Many can not be honored due to their system being under cyber attack ( as per CVS Caremark representative)

This review is actually negative 5 stars because CVS pharmacy is so horrific. Understaffed (so that the owners can pocket more money rather than pay their employees ) and yet they somehow manage to close for 30 minutes, ever single day, for "lunch". The drive up window has been closed for weeks and when you go inside to pick up an RX, it is incorrect.I moved all my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy and that is where they will stay. I will never step foot into another CVS and I hope they all go bankrupt.

There is always some sort of problem when i go to pickup any of my medications. Multipule trips, calls to track down my medications despite being told via the app that it is ready for pickup. Endlessly frustrating.

Shopping was fine. I was on line for checkout when I decided to go out the self checkout. One self checkout was being used.As I approached the self check out I then noticed a closed sign on the machine. I lost my place on line and had to wait till the other machine became free. The cashier didn't even look up to see what was going on, while I was standing there looking at her.

I didn’t know that answering the phone was apparently optional. No matter when I call, no one answers. I am just glad I’m not disabled and can go in person, but this place is crazy understaffed and CVS in general is just a trainwreck.

although crowded, they do their very best to get you out as fast as possible.The pharmacy deals with so many people and is very helpful and efficient.Matt gets kudos for having a phone in each ear, while filling prescriptions ans helping patients.Its a tough job, thanks guys and girlsMike

People with disabilities use cvs drive though because it's hard to stand inside. This cvs has on multiple occasions had a sign saying drive through is down...

If they have 0 star I could do it. Its system never work if this is a big company tell me how they never consider to change the system I was trying to return an Item and the people working there never know how that works they can’t find history purchase. they don’t know how to return a product. They know nothing about that system the only solution they gave to me was credit store. I had this problems 3 times in this store.Not sure if they are already do this bc they don’t know the system or bc they don’t wanna return the money. It is my right return an item is not working. Def people there don’t know what they are doing please the manager do something change your people or give them an appropriate training.

Worst service ever. Ordered a pre refill online and prepaid for that. When coming to pick it up, their system showed a different price and they said cannot give me the prescription. Their system is a real garbage. Costs me almost one hour for a 5-min easy pickup.

The staff at this CVS branch is horrible, especially pharmacy!! Every time, and I do mean EVERYTIME, I go to pick up my subscriptions there is an issue. I have to fight them every time about the number of prescriptions I am picking up or which ones and it is NEVER ready.It is to the point where I have been calling up before I go otherwise, I stand there for 30mins waiting/arguing with them. Even then, It takes 20mins to get through, provided they don't hang up on me, which happens quite frequently. "Your prescriptions will be ready in 15", I say great, come two hours later and it is if I never called because I go through the entire ordeal again.One may ask, why do you keep going? Well, it's 2mins away from me where as the other one is 15mins away. I am honestly fed up, the 20min extra drive to another store is worth avoiding the incompetent staff here. How the manager allows his store to run like this is amazing.

Both employees on 12/7/22 nightshift were so attentive, professional and friendly. The male employee went above and beyond with customer service and made it so easy to navigate my cvs app since it’s still new to me. The store was organized & clean. Can’t wait to visit that store and refer to my friends & family 👍🏼👍🏼

I LOVED this location. I recently moved into this town a few months ago and was raving about this cvs. How nice, accommodating, effective, and MAINLY their care level was NEVER QUESTIONED. HOWEVER TONIGHT. 12/21/2022, a NEW Young adult no older than 20 looked at me as I was juggling items, said "we're closed." Naturally, I said oh...okay....I'll just put this down then. Left the store since I clearly was inconvienting her. Very thin skinny girl. Looked very unahppy. AS IM WRITING THIS I SEE AND HEAR THE EMPLOYEES yell at customers approaching the store"WE'RE CLOSED WE'RE CLOSED GO HOME GO HOME!!!! OF COURSE, like any LOYAL customer I hear them say all REALISTIC reasons as to why they don't need to come here..To have TEENAGERS come and close with NO supervision and yell at people saying sorry bye we're closed AS THEY GET INTO THEIR CARS.......mind you it isn't the time they officially close...they closed 30 mins before OFFICIALLY CLOSEING. So I had to go home to my 80 YEAR OLD MOM and say sorry the children running the store said they were closed and your medicine obivoulsnt doesn't matter. I PROMISE you they will hear from me from forthis location. THIS made us happy in little falls now enraged to see how quickly customer service has sank. Very heartbroken.

4.11.2021: still my favorite CVS; had what I came for, inside organized & clean. Easy checkout. Recommend alcohol wipes by automated check out & card payment machines. Customers can have the option to clean area before touching public used items (ya know, C0vid h0ax)Old Review: Giving THIS STORE four stars because I am always pleased with my experience. The store is always neat, well stocked; with items I can’t find at other CVS stores. I buy them out of stock at times because of it. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was July 31st, before my 8pm shift. The CSR saw my item was past the expiration date. He offered to check if a store closer to my job had stock. He found their store had more product but it wasn’t on the shelves. He quickly went to the back and returned with unexpired products. For store purposes, I will always come here first, despite living 3 towns over. I can’t comment on the pharmacy because I’ve never used it.

Worst pharmacist you could ever deal with! She’s nasty, rude, incompetent, and should not be dealing with patients or their drugs. Save your time and go elsewhere. She gives wrong information, says she’s going to order it if it’s not in stock doesn’t order it and a week later you still don’t have your drug. By far the worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with.

This store has gone downhill. My prescriptions are never ready despite receiving a text telling me the prescription is ready for pickup. Many times the store is out of items. I used to like this particular CVS when it first open but lately I've starting going elsewhere. Staff are always sweet and they try to be helpful but recently I had to tell them not to refill a prescription four times. I received four calls all about the same medicine.

Not sure why all the negative reviews… we’ve been going here for years. Everyone very helpful and friendly including the pharmacy. Maybe people don’t understand how busy they are and how important the need is for them to focus.

I was looking for a flu shot. I phoned the pharmacy and listened to a recording that said, "Come in. Get your flu shot. No appointment necessary." I drove over, only to be told that they had no flu shots available and would probably not have any more this season. I suggest that CVS should change it's phone message. I had intended to also pick up a few items while I was there. Needless to say, I did not feel at all like doing that after talking to the pharmacist. Unhappy customer, not because I didn't get the flu shot, but for the bad information that wasted my time.

The new manager, Afty, is so rude and unproffesional. This is my third time having a problem with him. He didnt want to apply my coupons when i had a purchase of 40$ or more. i have always came to this store and have never had a problem with doing purchases like these with any of the employees or past managers, but ever since he came, theres always been a problem.

The most incompetent staff I ever dealt with. The pharmacy hardly has any medications in stock and they are always in "back order". When they don't have the medication they don't even have the common decency to give you a call to inform and the pharmacy manager is rude and obnoxious. They work very slow when filling in prescriptions and they always claim that their system didn't get the order from the physician when in fact the physician sent it the day before!! I really hope the district manager reads this review and does something to remedy this situation and provide additional training to the pharmacy staff specially the manager who is always rude. Part of being in the healthcare field involves being compassionate and caring to patients; the manager on the other hand is the complete opposite. She can certainly benefit from extensive customer service training.

The cashier was an idiot. They didn’t have a certain product in stock, so I asked if there was any way to check. Instead of trying and asking a coworker, she just blankly says she doesn’t know, no effort given.Then she gives me the wrong change. The manager spends at least 20 minutes doing a register count but then came back to us and explained that he already ended the day and that I can’t get my change back until tomorrow. But my question is; if he was the one who ended the day at 6pm (even though he should’ve closed after the store was closed), shouldn’t he have known that he wouldn’t be able to access the recent transactions? Why waste my time when he should’ve known he’d be unable to see it? And what kind of store can’t access their recent transactions from literally 20 minutes prior?! Not to mention during that 20 minutes, a line was building up and the cashier was like a sitting duck. She didn’t even know how to pick up the phone correctly, either.I even asked if he can review the camera because I clearly handed her a 20 dollar bill, like it said on the receipt. He dismissed me saying it wouldn’t be clear enough on the camera. I find that hard to believe, as it should be clear enough to recognize faces in case of burglary.After all that, I now have to wait until tomorrow, when I won’t even be in the same state, to get my money back.I work at a Walgreens. I know how good service is supposed to be. We can do register counts on the spot in a quarter of the time. We have enough people on the floor that if the line gets long we can call someone else to help out. Our cameras are clear enough to distinguish enough detail. When we’re out of stock and someone asks, we go to the back and double check. We don’t just shrug and say “I don’t know”. This isn’t how customers should be treated. Period.
