Sadly, this place has gone downhill. Besides a huge language barrier, they’re incompetent. I get a very simple order, plain bagel (not a burnt one) cut in half, on one side you put butter and on the other side you put cream cheese. Then cut it down the middle as normal. They’ve messed it up nearly every single time. But will charge you double if they mess up on one bagel and have to make another one. Latest debacle, there was a hair baked into the bagel. Threw it out and I’ll never go there again. I can only imagine how filthy it is back there in the kitchen area 🤮🤮. Will drive to other towns for better bagels and customer service.

The ladies at the front were friendly when I went yesterday, and it was busy for the holiday. The breakfast sandwiches were better than some other places in the area. However, as a former business owner, I have a pet peeve for prices that are higher than what's posted on the menu boards. Otherwise, a good experience.

It’s actually impressive how consistently inaccurate they are. Every single time I order there they get something wrong. You get home and it’s the wrong meat or wrong bagel or topping.Food is pretty good but it’s like roulette everytime you open your bag at home.

Very rude server. I ordered 2 pancakes and 1 bagel . Paid 27.00 dollars. The male server who took my order gave me 1 order of pancakes and 1 bagel . When I went to confront him he said that I confused him. How is that possible if they charged me that much ! The women at the register wanted to give me my money back for the 1 order of pancakes that I didn’t get but at that moment I was so upset to what he said I just left . So if the woman at the register understood my order why didn’t he ? I spoke to them at the same time . I think he’s the one that is confused and has issues ! He was so rude from the beginning that when I walked into the shop I asked for more time to order and he rolled his eyes at me and there wasn’t even a line .

The people who work here are grossly incompetent. EVERY order has been screwed up somehow. EVERY single one . I’m not sure how that is even possible but here it is. It’s not even a language barrier per se …. It’s more of a they don’t really care barrier. Food is standard bagel stuff , nothing special.It’s a shame. Good location but try to find elsewhere

I’m giving one start only because customer services SUCKS! Today I went to get breakfast, this lady (white lady i don’t know her name) was very very rude, idk what was her problem but she started talking to me with an attitude, very disrespectful. I had to talk with other employee who apologized with me. Why you work in customer service if you don’t like?? It doesn’t make sense!!!

I went today and something has changed. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and a plain bagel. They put the be&c on a plain bagel and blamed me. I’d repeated the order several times. But the cook is new, I’ve not seen him before. He was extremely rude. Too bad. This was once a great place.

Very small spot in a small strip mall, great service, lots of counter help, bacon, egg and cheese on an everything was good stuff, lots of drink selections, lot parking

They always mess up me and my husband's order and its the same order every weekend. Plain bagel with cream cheese and lox, and an everything bagel with olive cream cheese. They always mix up the bagels.. When he brings it back they always make him feel like it was his fault that it was messed up.

You know its bad when you unwrap your breakfast sandwich and a big fly fly's out of the wrap. You know its bad when you get charged to toast whatever you ordered. You know its bad when prices are ALWAYS inconsistent & expensive. You know its bad when a simple please add salt pepper ketchup & has none of it in it. You know its bad when someone that loves breakfast places and lets most things slide but has to write a complaint on this one in particular. I'm done with this place, there's a plethora of other better breakfast spots out there, this ain't it.

Love their bagels and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, but their tacos are the main attraction for lunchtime!! We think they're the best local and low key spot for tacos. Please try them!

Had a bagel and coffee and they were excellent. I sat inside to eat and the chairs are comfortable. Staff is super nice! I definitely recommend this over dunkin or Starbucks the coffee here is way better than either

I walked out in frustration. She put the bagel in the toaster and proceeded to talk. Completely ignored me as I waited. Even as I hovered over the conversation, they ignored me. From past experience, the bagels are just ok. I go for convenience. I will not go any more.

I would never eat from here again. I went here about 2 Thursdays ago and as I was very hungry I walk in to see maybe the owner the Chinese or Asian guy sweeping straight ahead in the kitchen hall area and we both gave each other eye contact so he comes to the from the back may i help you with his one glove on and i was expecting him to take off his glove and change it..he grabbed my bagel with the same glove that he touched the broom with and started to put my cream cheese on I walk out disgusted and never went back...and before this I had a young boy scratching his stomach and I seen people touch their face or nose..that's why everytime I go in there I tell them can they change their gloves or can they use two gloves when they make my bagel and some of them are nice about it but I had the Chinese guy or whatever he is as well as another spanish guy say his glove is clean and sometimes they catch an attitude laugh and start talking in spanish. I just can imagine what they do when I didnt see or before I came in there smh...

Poor customer service. Bagels are okay, but not worth dealing with the incompetent women who will talk nasty about you in Spanish with you right in front of them :) closest bagel place to my house and I'll always drive the extra 5 min to little falls or Verona to avoid.

Excellent breakfast/lunch carryout. Cramped front counter is mildly annoying, but the staff is quick and very friendly. A great choice to grab coffee and breakfast on the run.

They charge extra to toast your bagel. They charge for the bagel and tax and another charge that they dont list. Only place that does this that I know about

Food is always fresh. Counter people very friendly. The bagels are wonderful.
