I had given this business multiple chances (x5) before coming here to share my experiences. Their lack of regard for customers, loyalty, and retention is evident. It's clear they are unenthusiastic and unwilling to put in the effort required to make their business prosper.Every order I place with them experiences significant delays, often resulting in me receiving my purchases 1-2 weeks after ordering without any courtesy notices of any such delays.My most recent order was placed on August 17th, and I had mentally prepared myself to wait for up to two weeks. However, by August 29th, I had not received a shipping notification, so I decided to reach out:"Hello, good morning, I placed this order about 2 weeks ago and it has not even shipped yet. Can you please advise, today, as to when this will be arriving to me? Thank you."David responded with, "Sorry for the delay, your order will be shipped this Friday."I promptly followed up with, "Hi David, Thank you for the update!Will this be the new shipping timeline, 2+weeks? It is ideal to use the same provider for my pup's snacks and I want to be able to manage my expectations as well as our supply. These are his absolute favorite so I try to keep them available to him at home at all times. Thanks!"Unfortunately, I received no response.To no one's surprise, my order was not shipped on the promised Friday. It eventually shipped a few days later, and despite the promised 1-2 day shipping, I won't receive my order until September 8th, assuming there are no further delays on the USPS side of things. It's noteworthy that this business is located just 30 minutes from my home.David consistently displays a sassy demeanor, behaving as if he's doing customers a favor. A company that exhibits such carelessness and negligence is unlikely to inspire trust in the quality or safety of their products. It is also not one I will continue doing business with so the order was unfortunately my last.
