She would not help me , told me she was too busy. I will never step foot in that store again. I went to cvs where the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. I didn't go to walgreens that muchany way . But I will drive right past to cvs from now on. They care

The BEST Walgreens in NJ!!! The pharmacy and staff care so much about their customers. They went above and beyond to hand deliver to my elderly mother who lives far from me and isn't able to drive - important medication. Thank you so much Holly & Lauren for saving the day! You girls are AMAZING!!! I appreciate you both so much!!!!!

Have always been treated well at this pharmacy. They are doing the best they can with the huge influx of new patients that transferred from Rio Grande. So like anything else, it’s worth being patient. Take a deep breath and realize that if your Prescription is refused it is probably an insurance issue. Not a pharmacy staffs fault. Walgreens have the best deals on Toilet Paper Paper Towels.. Their Customer Service Few Of Them Are Very Friendly & Outgoing .. I have good experience here and I've had bad experience where I felt the lady was being very disrespectful towards my mother in law and very rude towards me like discrimination like I asked a question got an ignorant reply.. If you don't like your job or blacks your in the wrong business .. My Wife & I are gas attendants for a living and we have some people we dont like but hey its our JOB and pays good...Thank you

Terrible pharmacy. I scheduled a Covid test online and received an email confirmation, I called twice to double-check on the confirmation, only to be essentially hung up on. Since I still had an email confirmation and received no further information, I decided to go to the store to see if I could get a covid test.When I arrive the Drive Through was closed, so I walked inside to the pharmacy. I showed the lady at the counter my email confirmation and told her I have a confirmed Covid test at this site for 4:30 (it was 4:25 at the time). She rudely said they didn't have any covid tests and they close at 5 (I'm not really sure how that's relevant since covid tests take about 30 seconds). She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer any sort of solution to the problem. Her demeaner was incredibly rude in response to a reasonable question and concern, and it seems nothing was done to address the issue of this Walgreens sending confirmations to testing appointments that cannot be fulfilled.I understand this Walgreens may be understaffed and the sudden unavailability of covid tests is outside of their control. I'm usually not one to care too much about customer service but I believe this is simply unacceptable. Every other Walgreens I've been to has had great customer service and has had helpful employees.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. The Walgreens store itself is great. But the pharmacy? I've had I don't know how many issues with them messing things up or refusing to fill prescriptions for NON-CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS. They refused to fill my little sister's autoimmune disorder medication. I've spoke to friends about their pharmacy and about half of them have experienced similar issues. Thus, one star for the pharmacy.The store? I'd give it 4 stars. They're overpriced so I only buy the items they have on sale and then I use a 25% to 30% coupon to get the price down even lower. (Make sure you always use your rewards card at checkout. Otherwise it won't print out any coupons for you to use next time you're there.) At that point, it's a reasonable price LOL. Seriously, you need to buy an item on sale and use a coupon to get a fair deal. BUT the staff is great and so long as you know never to buy an item at full price, it's a good store.But again, DON'T USE THEIR PHARMACY.

Went in to get flu shot at 4pm, no one else at pharmacy, pharmacist listed as on duty for another hourTurn me away saying I need to make appointment, website says no opening until 11 am the next dayDrive over to CVS, even with other customers they got me in and out in 5 minutesWalgreens pharmacy is pathetic/service is non-existent, give your business to CVS!

We went in and had 2 mins left we grabbed what we needed and the customer service was horrible. We said thank you twice and they did not acknowledge it. Management was right next to cashier. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
