We noticed the store and thought we would grab a few treats for our pups.The customer service was very poor.No greeting as we entered the empty store. A person came in after us to a warm greeting. She ignored me as I was the only person waiting to check out. She was working on another order at the time, but not even “I will be with you shortly”. And then I asked that our dog cookies be put in the same plastic bag and she ignored my request and put each cookie in its own bag.I should have just left, but I wanted some nice for my pups. I would have done better at pet smart.

We are always so hesitant to give my dog a hair cut, cause they end up cutting her hair too short and seems to have a bad experience. However! First timers here and we loved it! Super dog friendly as my pup got a little shy upon entering. Very sweet. My dog also looked super cute and fresh and didnt seem scared at all afterwards!

Pristine clean with everything you would need to groom your pet. The young lady managing the facility could not be more helpful and accommodating. This was our first time and we will definitely come back. Even our “Tripp” enjoyed his spa treatment.

We love Muddy Paws!! My daughter was able to help bathe Molly and we had so much fun doing this! Everyone was so friendly and Molly kept getting kisses from the lady that works there. It was so sweet! We will definitely be coming back!

Passing through town when my pup got a prickly burr from a beach walk entangled in his paw. I was fortunate to find Muddy Paws open and available to assist. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We stayed for a mango scented doggie wash. Enjoyed the clean and bright atmosphere, and picked up a nice canine bow-tie from the boutique for the trip home.

One of the reasons why my family, and I love to come to the Cape May area is that it is a dog, friendly Township. Since bringing our dog with us for this trip, my children love to find places that have various types of treats for our family member. We stumbled on the Muddy Paws location while we were eating at a nearby restaurant. The place is located in a very nice area. There is ample parking. The store is also very clean and has various types of items for customers to consider.

I was down the shore for the weekend and wanted my dog groomed last minute. They took me right in and supplied everything I needed to get him cleaned up. They were very affordable and offered great service.

Our pup, Cayenne is so happy and comfy after having an awesome experience at Muddy Paws! The staff was very accommodating and gave us everything we needed for the self-service bath. Overall amazing experience and we loved being able to just walk in and bathe our pup ourselves! It's a great way to bond with your doggo and give them the spa treatment they deserve. :)

We go here nearly every week. The owners are so nice and helpful and its always clean. Will continue to bring my dog here for self service baths. Best part..tubs are human height so you don't break your back leaning over!

We love Muddy Paws, thrilled we can bring our fur baby in for a full spa day 😃. Chloé loves the toys & accessories along with the treats bar. We haven't yet tried the ice cream but have heard good things.

Excellent friendly customer service! Their wash bays are nice and high, great shampoo selection, even have chamois type cloth to help dry your dog before the blow dryer. Each station has a selection of brushes, ear wipes, towels and aprons. They set the water temp for you, and clean up after.

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is exceptionally clean and has everything you could think of needing for a dog bath. Their boutique is also full of tasty treats and toys!

I totally forgot about my appt but was able to fit my second dog in for her appt and I am so happy I did. Our husky was raggitty. When I went to pick her pick up she was happy, defluffed, and beautiful. You ladies did an amazing job. Can't wait till next time.

Was visiting from FL and wanted to give my dog a bath before heading back home. Stopped in Muddy Paws and was greeted by the friendly staff, who gave me instructions on how to use the equipment. This place was very clean, and was a back saver. I would definitely recommend Muddy Paws to anyone in the area who wants an easy way to bath their dog.

Great place to get some treats and take care of your pups grooming needs. They have everything you need, the shampoo, the dryer, the towels, ect. And the best part is they clean up all the wet towels and so on.

Baby Bob (a slightly heavy English Bulldog) LOVES Kate and Nikos. The salon is immaculate and the shampoos are suitable (great) for any dog/cat. They even provide a gentle face shampoo.Bob tries to “shoplift “ a toy or a treat each time - because he loves them so much!

This was a fantastic place to bring our two dogs for a self service dog wash. It was very clean and the owners provided all kinds of amenities and as well as assistance. A very friendly and calm vibe. Our dogs have never been cleaner!

Muddy Paws is the best place to take your dog for a bath! We take our 1 year old Golden Retriever when she is wet and sandy from our beach hikes. The wash stations have everything you need and the owners are there to assist you.
