My dog Honey has been going here for 3 yrs. They always call me back quickly and are flexible with appts. Then send texts as a reminder and to confirm your appt. She always looks so nice after her grooming appt.

I was very upset with the grooming job done recently on my dog. I was told he was matted and they had to cut him short to remove the matting. But did they need to cut him so short that his skin was red?!! I think not. Plus they trimmed about an inch off the end of his tail which wasn’t necessary. Never again!!

The women take very good care of my fussy dog, Teddy. They care for him as if he is their own. When they have finished grooming Teddy they send we a friendly message with a nice portrait. They are so kind and caring. I highly recommend this business.

Lauren does a wonderful job with our dogs. She’s been taking care of them for a number of years. She’s always patient and kind to them. She’s a true dog lover. She’s very understanding. When you have emergencies or you might be running late, she never gets upset with you. She is always there to lend a hand and taking care of your dogs. We have a dog who has anxiety issues and separation issues. She is the only one that he will go to. She is fantastic.

Dallas our red lab loves Kaseys and they are the only ones who can trim his nails! They are awesome at communicating when your dog is ready and very competitive with other groomers in the area on pricing. Love kaseys!

I'm sorry to report a fairly bad experience with my 2 dogs. (A shih tzu, and Maltese mix) I asked for them to be shaved down completely leaving some fluff around the ears, tail, and mouth, with a clean face. (Around the eyes, nose). Once I got them home and was able to really examine them, I found a very uneven, choppy cut everywhere. And, their fur was almost an inch long in some spots. It looked like an amateur groomed them. My dogs are 10 and 12 years old and I have had them groomed numerous times over the years, as you can imagine. This has been one of the worst jobs I've ever experienced. I know Kasey's has been in our community for many years and is well thought of and recommended. Not sure who groomed my pups there, but it seems they need some instruction. Kasey's has been around for such a long time. She is such a kind soul who I can tell genuinely cares about the animals. She always greets my dog by name and she usually brings her dogs in who are sweet as pie. My dog doesn't normally like getting his nails cut but she never complains about his grumpiness, and he always looks SO HANDSOME. I have been bringing my dogs here for years and recommend her to everyone.

First off, I’d like to say that I 100% support small business especially during COVID. I am a local and have been bringing my dog to Kasey’s for a little more than a year. I’ve never been disappointed but, Lucy’s ( my dog ) last visit is something I am very disappointed and angered about. My dog was attacked by another dog while she was being groomed. First off? I have an English Creme Golden Retriever who, by nature is sweet and passive. I don’t believe that the dogs are being separated enough and that their influx of appointments has lead to them being overwhelmed. I will not be going back, and Kasey didn’t offer much in the way of an apology. My dog came home scarred and whimpering for hours, and I want to advise other owners to be careful during this time, and maybe for Kasey to not take on too many appointments. While I understand dogs have different temperaments, we did place trust in her groomer to ensure that she was safe. I am extremely disappointed and sad. I would attach a picture if I could but, sadly I cannot.

What a wonderful hair cut my Shih Tzu received. She trimmed up his face and feet so nicely, and kept him all morning for me. What a blessing it was to greet my clean, well groomed and happy dog. Took my pug here to get shaved and she did an amazing job. I've gone to other places around town and they always messed up the cut. She went above and beyond and the shave/nails were perfect. Will definitely go back!

They are very friendly and affordable compared to others in the area. My dog smelled so fresh and clean and looked like a beautofully groomed teddy bear when she came out. They were quick too, all in all, it took about one and a half hours.
