This store is a lot nicer than the other ones in this community besides courthouse. But one thing they do not have great is the frozen aisle where the @yasso bars are. The display is not neat and never refilled.

Nice place to shop. Produce is usually very good. Some things are a bit more expensive than elsewhere. Their hot Chicken Pot Pie is outstanding. Good selection of greeting cards. When I'm in the area and need something I'll go to the North Cape May or Cape May Acme.

New Store director is not good for the business and pharmacy workers aren't really good at there jobs make customers wait to long and The purple haired pharmacy worker is rude and always angry and acts fake and gets away with harassment Slander defamation of character and Bullying in the workplace and is allowed to talk about coworkers behind there backs creating a hostile work environment that nothing was done about hands down horrible job done and The asset protection guy There absolutely sucks and is very rude and ignorant and definitely needs a job refresh course immediately

Asked the butcher to cut a roast in half. At first he said he'd have to throw the other half out because who would want it? What? There are many single people who need a 1 lb. roast 'you will sell it' I told him. He complied and I got my $5.60 roast and he put the other half out for sale. Please keep your items within the budgets of single income households. Pay attention to what your customer wants. The butcher made a good call. Great store overall.

Staff was not very helpful. I asked one guy where the parmesian cheese was kept as I looked all over with no success. He said it was probably in the deli section (ir wasn't), but he never offered to look. Also, there was no line at the cash register. The cashier was not too friendly and walked away after checking me out, leaving me to bag my groceries. I was the only one in line, so I felt that she should have offered to bag. I'm visiting from out of state and the only reason I go there at all is because it's practically around the corner from where I'm visiting. I'm not impressed.

Terrible, don t shop here if you don t have a smartphone because you need their app for the sale items or you will pay full price for everything.I don t need another app on my phone or more spam. Shoprite n alot of other stores have a machine in front where you can print out the digital coupons. Not Acme. A 75 year old person doesn't use apps, some don t even have a smartphone. That is North Cape May's Acme policy an while they will have customer service load the app for you you, you will probably need an account and maybe give it access to all your pics n contacts. Why don t they just show the discount at the register to all the items on sale w/o the app. Probably because they don t want you to get it. I cannot shop at this store or Acme any more.

Many many choices of brands of food. Great grapes and watermelon. Shelves seemed full on the isles we went down. Friendly staff, quick self serve or help at checkout. The prices are better with the store discounts. We always go and shop here when we visit cape may. There is a smaller one in the beach commons and the larger store just a few miles over the bridge.

Nice little store for the community. The shelves were well stocked and had a great variety. The staff are very polite and professional.My only suggestion would be to reorganize the store so the beer, wine, and spirits section to another location in the store so the aisles are not broken up. Right now, you have to walk past the that section, go down an aisle, turn right, and then turn again. It would be more efficient if you could walk right down the aisle like the others.

I was traveling and spending Thanksgiving alone so I bought an eight-piece fried chicken. Four of the eight pieces were very much over-cooked and almost burned as you can see in the photo below. Those four pieces were so dry they were almost inedible. The other four pieces were also over-cooked and dry, though not quite as badly. The fried chicken was a complete waste of money. Whoever cooked and packaged the chicken could tell just by looking at it that it was not suitable for sale, and it should never have been sold.

Best Acme in the Wildwood/Cape May area. Good selection, great floral options that actually last for many days, plenty of self checkout lanes. If you are purchasing a less popular brand/ item just check the best buy date. The local population isn't nearly as high off season so I have found "short" dates on some items. But otherwise a great choice to shop at.

Nice store. The deli needs the innovation of figuring out how much of each lunch meat they slice at 8 to 9 am and pre-slice 3/4 of that amount so people can grab and go. This isn't a new idea. A lot of stores do this.

Ran-up to the store for a few items on Sunday night at 10:25pm. Online it says the store is open till 11 pm. When I got to the store there was a rude lady who snapped at me that they were closed, I said online it says 11 and she yelled at me that it’s Sunday. I will never step foot in this store again.

The people who work at this acme are the friendliest people I have experience in a supermarket. And I worked in a supermarket chain for 20 years. So I know when it's not genuine these people don't have to be as friendly as they are. they are still good people.

Good place to shop at, pricey compared to other places but quality is good with baked goods and deli. I would continue using acme, seems to be clean The only thing is they are taking away human registers and replacing them with more and more self checkouts

Great staff expedited my return of a 11-pack (I tried one and it was terrible) of Orange Vanilla Zero. Sorry, Coke, it was terrible!Appreciated that I was able to show my receipt and exchange it for Dr. Pepper Zero (which is great), without hassle. I rarely return items, but just could not drink the Orange Vanilla!

When your hours say your open till 12 you should stay open till then not close early because you just decide to close early especially during times like this pandemic and there are sick people needing medicine. I needed one thing and they come to the door and said sorry we are closed well it's only 11 and says your open till 12 so I should be able to get the medicine I need to be able to actually breath. This place really irked me tonight and im a very loyal customer to this place spend 100's a week

Took my 5 star away, I was verbally assaulted by a worker who was clocked out in the store at checkout. I was in line and she busted ahead of me, then proceeded to verbally attack me when she realized I was on line. To top it off she said " I work here " as to assume that she has right to bust in line. Then she went to a cashier two lines over and her , another male worker and the cashier did nothing but talk about me and laughter as they did thier check out.This ACME is the worst in caoe may county as the employees and big wigs treat customers horribly and ignorantly to anyone and more.

My stars do not reflect the workers who were attentive and efficient.My 2 stars are because I went to the deli at 1 in the afternoon to pick up some fried chicken for my lunch and had to wait over 25 minutes to be served. There was only one woman waiting on these 2 older women who were placing big orders. The other people behind the deli were all doing other things and no one came to help til 1:25.I really enjoy the variety of deli salads and fried chicken that Acme has to offer and have never been to this store before today.I don't know if this was just a bad day to do so but please have more people working during lunch.

Every time I go something has changed. I understand its all a part of the transition to our new normal. Its one way in and another way out. I am paying more attention to the one way shopping aisles so things are settling in....I think. I had to tell my birthdate to purchase alcohol...that's new too. Overall I like ACME and give kudos as they transition pleasantly to our new normal. We are all learning.

Tried to go at 1030PM to find out that they closed at 10PM but their store hours say 11PM. Was told they were closed by a group of three people standing outside of their doors. One of which was an employee. When I asked her about the hours she said that they have been trying to get it changed for a year now and google hasn’t allowed it. But as seen in the screenshot below their hours were updated 4 days ago.

Acme prices are little high. Cashier we had wasn't the very friendly. He probably wanted to be on the beach. 🏖️Had a very nice cashier today. It makes you want to come back.

Living less than five minutes away and always having what I need make this the perfect spot for groceries. Store is always clean and I don't think I've ever seen empty shelves (besides the water). I wish they still had self checkout, but I'm not going to remove a star because that's out of their control. The cashiers for quick checkout work fast when customers only have one or two things to purchase.

They are always stocked, really nice employees and have alot of sales, store is clean. Normally every Acme is situated the same but this one is the opposite. For instance produce usually on the right in this store it's on the left.
