I'm extremely pleased with the courteous and friendly tech, James M. who treated our property today. I'm requesting James treat our residence as part of our monthly treatment subscription. James took the time to listen about our seasonal ant problem and assured me of effective and safe treatment at that application time. James also got rid of a nasty-looking black widow spider and her egg sac. Whew. Thanks again, James M!

After dealing for days with another vendor to have a black faced hornet nest removed. My initial appointment on Friday pm was missed, probably due to 110 heat index. Viking called me that evening and apologized and said I would be first in line for today. Got a text from the technician when he was underway. Showed up as expected, prompt and. Wry professional. Worked hard to subdue the nasty biters so that he could remove the nest. Cleaned up afterward, and told us what to do to remove the dust later. Emphasized that if we saw ANY signs of return to call right away. Great service, great job, great results. And Bill A. Is a gem!

I signed up for Viking's monthly service when I purchased my new home and it has absolutely been worth it! The monthly fee is very reasonable, and I have had to call a few times already for service. They always come out within a few days - and the reps have been on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgable. They take the time to explain everything to you to make sure you fully understand, and the applications they have provided at my home for pest control have all been working very well. The gentleman who came to my home was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in detail that he was going to do. Treated outside around the house, under the crawl space and left bait in the bathroom where the ants were noticed. I have 60 days to call back if another treatment is required. They charge my credit card every month but I haven't had a service since March and they only came then because I had to call to request an appointment. So I had to call again to make my upcoming appointment making ten monthly payments this year for two services. Never had this problem when it was in Cape May Court House. Several years ago would have given them a high rating but that is no longer the case.

Absolutely non responsive to customers..I prepaid 1348.00 for termite remediation and service for 2 yrs . Showed up 2 x in 2 years years. They never return multiple calls.Do yourself a favor .. when u call hit existing customerand see what kind of response you get . So unlike the person who you speak with when you hire them ,Ask where there is a physical location that you can speak with someone from their company..The only way to make them talk to you is call for estimatesWould never hire this company again

Our guy, Mark Santora, does exceptional service each and every time he services my parents house. My mom-who is in a wheelchair-goes on and on about just how great Mark is and watching him interact with her is priceless. He takes the time to talk to her and listen while doing a stellar job! All reps should take a page out of his book when it comes to customer service! Also the prices and quality of service is comparable to others in the are. In this kind of situation you get what you pay for-and if you want to be bug free than you need Viking!
