This is a larger home depot with a bigger selection than the smaller Home Depot stores. They have a dedicated tools section just like the other Home Depot locations but I wish it were bigger than 3 isles for more tools. Considering circumstances surrounding the supply chain disruption I'm surprised there is a large selection of tools and lumber. You will notice a lot of the availability based on my photos. The staff is friendly and helps you but keep in mind this store gets super busy from the weeks prior to Memoral Day to the weeks after Labor Day since it services the Jersey Shore area. So be patient if you are not helped or can't find help immediately. This Home Depot is U Do It approved.

Great plant selection! They have a wide selection of furnace filters and other home maintenance stuff. I also had bought a good Christmas tree here at a decent price!

Burleigh, NJ Home Depot. I went to pick up a ladder and I had no idea what kind I needed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jeremy and he asked if I needed help. Not only did he go with me to find the ladders he directed me to find the best one for me. Awesome 👌 job Jeremy and I appreciate your help. I will only go to this home depot for anything I need in the future. I hope Home Depot values you and appreciates your service like I did. Best experience I had in any store in a while.

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Both online and physical stores are easy to shop. I like the lockers to pick up small things when I shop online. The only star missing is because for big items pickup, calling them to let them know of the lane number don't work well. Many times, I get off my truck to go inside the store for customer service and tell them the lane number since phone call isn't available - either it rings for many minutes and got hang up or the automatic voice prompts hang up.

I love this store. I’m there almost everyday getting something, but the girl with the blue hair who works at the customer service desk should really learn what customer service is. She is horrible to deal with. Has zero customer service skills. Put her out back somewhere so she doesn’t have to deal with the public.

This is one of the better Home Depot’s within 100 miles. Especially the staff they go out of their way to help you and I’ve had some complicated exchanges and returns and they have been on the money..The Cape May location has maintained decent supplies and have kept prices reasonable to the best of their ability .

I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation, new everything appliances, counter tops, base and wall cabinets flooring and lighting. Almost finished the project, had an issue with the cabinet knobs getting delivered to the wrong address. Customer service refused to help with this issue. They refused to even help me order replacement knobs. The assistant manager was very rude and refused to talk with me. Did not help resolve the issue

Your big box homeowners fix it store with plenty of stock in all departments from appliances to windows, paint, hardware, chemicals and some plants in season. Gets busy sometimes especially on the weekends in summer but usually not to long of a wait.

This Home Depot is excellent and head-and-shoulders above the one in my (city) home town. I must have had at least 5-6 people ask if I needed help as I wandered around. Plus, this store is very well stocked, clean and orderly. I'm in marketing so I pay close attention to the stores I visit. Good job in this one, Home Depot. I found everything I needed.One request. Please change the god-awful country music you were playing my last visit. How about oldies?

1st lets say my house is not over run by bugs lol. This was a one stop shop for me to keep bugs from being an annoyance in my house this summer.My wife and kids freak out about the tiniest spiders, I bought terro spray to keep spiders out of bedrooms and from getting through doorways. Try not to breathe this stuff when you are spraying it, it can't be good for you. If the spiders get past the spray then hopefully they end up in the terro insect glue traps I discretely placed around the house under furniture up against walls.I hate the little moths that get in the pantry, black flag makes nice glue trap for the inside the pantry to catch pests. I bought a bag of terro granules to shake around the foundation to stop the tiny ants that get in the house supposed to last 3 months. I like the Rescue fly trap to put out near my trash cans to cut down on the fly population, easy to use, stinks something terrible when activated but I like it in my trash can area it works great on catching thousands and thousands of flies. The occasion flying bug that gets into the house gets caught on the Raid window fly trap. I'm always amazed how many different insects the window trap catches. There are definitely a bunch of solutions to combat bugs that get in your house. This combination of traps cut down in nuisance bugs making your home insect free year round.

This was a very nice home Depot it was very easy to get in and out of. It is on the small side but they had everything that I was looking for and I love being able to look an item up in the app and find out where it is in the store very easily.

What's going on in the appliance department? Two weeks ago my daughter ordered a double wide refrigerator paid for it up front. The day of delivery. They sent her an email that it would take another 2 weeks to get the refrigerator. So, I've got to ask you what's going on with the appliance department? They did refund my daughter her money and we went to Dave's appliance in Wildwood and got the appliance we were looking for plus next day delivery. I think we'll stick with you Dave.

I really only shop here not because it is anything special but strictly because Lowes is just so extremely terrible with the way the conduct their business I cannot tolerate it at all so I do all my shopping at Home Depot. They do have some good online deals when it comes to brand name power tools also which is an added benefit. Most of the staff is also super friendly especially the lady at the self check out that just absolutely loves when my dog is with me and she can play with him while I am ringing up. Her happiness is definitely contagious.

John in the Appliance Department at the Cape May Court House, NJ, Home Depot went above and beyond helping me to find a odd-sized refrigerator. I wish I had saved myself hours of searching and frustration and gone to John first. He was fast, professional, and provided fantastic customer service. Thank you, John.

I've spent 6+ figures at the Cape May Home Depot alone. On that basis, they deserve five stars. Since this store opened, I'm sure I've made over 1000 purchases. The current staff is the most friendly and helpful they've had since the beginning. They have the ability to price match and their return policy is better than at the surrounding area stores'. The Depot app actually works and makes it easy to order online. I'll be there again in the morning.

the customer service girl in paint was so incredibly rude . she scared my kids, yelled at them multiple times, they were about in tears. (they were all behaving) we left with nothing and i will 100 percent not go back to this store because of how uncomfortable we were .

I was in my Favorite place today and I accidentally left my wallet and of course I didn’t realize till later. I came back seriously knowing that it was going to be there. I love visiting this location, I know pretty much all the employees on a first name basis. They are ALWAYS kind and helpful so finding out the they had found my wallet was such a relief!!
