We usually groom and bathe ourselves , we were in town and Lou needed a bath a trim so I took him here and the staff greeted us warmly and told me it would be about two hours so they called me about an hour later and said they were done which was nice and when I picked him up he was looking great and happy wagging so I just wanted to say they did a great job at a great price and would recommend them. Thanks

My dog loves the attentive staff. She always comes home happy. Just a mix up last time with no regular scheduled appointment. We have to wait more than 5 weeks for an appointment this time so she hasn't been groomed in several months. Somehow never scheduled and my dog is really dirty. Love the off season when the regulars are scheduled conveniently and regularly.

Three of my family’s dogs have come here. We took our Pomerania first because we thought he would be the best behaved. They let me hold my dog while they cut his nails and I stayed for the groom. The staff in the back bathing area (Bea and Kristina) were wonderful and really good working with him- he has a heart murmur and bad anxiety and they made sure he was ok the whole time. Lindsay was his groomer and she is fantastic- we now bring him regularly because of how wonderful they were with him. After our experience with our first dog w now bring the other two too.The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate with all of the animals - they even groom bunnies too!

The first time I took my dogs here for grooming the girls did an excellent job, however the next 2 visits were not the same as the first. They barely trimmed my dogs , nails were not trimmed and my pom had knotted hair behind his ears when I picked him up. The price was the same each time I took my dogs and each time the groomer did less grooming. Was very satisfied initially but no longer happy

Best groomers ever!Roxy is always a little hesitant around strangers, but desperately needed her nails and hair done. We tried this place because it is easily accessible and not far from home. The staff was fantastic, Roxy seemed almost excited to go with them for a bath.I chose to wait, and while I sat there they were working on another dog, and what I think might have been a bear, (it was referred to as a "Newfie"). The girls were doing a great job with clipping the dogs hair, everything was calm and relaxed, even the dogs.Roxy came out cleaner and happy as a new pup again! I will definitely be back, and just as importantly, I believe Roxy regarded it as a positive experience, which makes bringing her back easier.

We have two small, long haired dogs who require regular grooming. One of my dogs is anxious and I was worried about her being aggressive. Lindsay allowed me to make a late appointment with my dog and be there to support her during her first groom. I'm so thankful for her and her team. Lindsay and her staff are so knowledgeable about grooming and it's obvious that they love what they do. It shows in their work! I can't reccomend them enough, I will definitely be bringing both my dogs here from now on.

Excellent service & please let me explain. IMHO, this is THE BEST service,cleanest place, best cut & caring people I've been too & my dog is 14 yrs old. They were mindful on all aspects I named. 1. You could smell just how cleansly as well as see. 2. They cut exactly how I had asked - very mindful to leave her bandana loose & it just looks freakin' adorable. No one has ever had this idea 3.the lady was too sweet ,.I wish I got her name & hope it's in the computer. She was patient with my elderly doggie even though it was her last cut she took her time. Also there were waste bags & room to walk her, they didn't rush me either & understood she's older. They just cared so much. In my experience, unfortunetly I've been to 1 bad place. The rest were decent I must add but this was best I've seen. I appreciate you guys & will be back. Thank you!Oh & on second thought my dog never came out so content, it was awesome!

They did a Harrble job on my Cavalier . I asked for his ears n near his ears not to be touched n his legs to be left aliitle long. The owner Butcher him now he can not be shown. This groomer does not know how to cut show dogs and she said that after she charged me $59. Didn't offer to refund for the Butcher job. Its sad I was told she was a good groomer. This won't let me post pics.

Got one because couldnt give zero. Had our yorkie for 4 hours and after throwing a scrap of a bandana on him and spraying him with some sort of deodorizer sent him home with the slightest of a joke of a trim and no nails trimmed!!!! Second time we took him here and last! Paid cash this time because we noticed first visit the credit card was charged additional fees to cover their processing fees without telling us!!!! Did a great job first time but this time "wasn't their fault cause he was squirmy". As pet groomers i find it pathetic to #1 not be able to deal with a squirmy animal and #2 charge full price for half a job. The rudeness of certain staff is ridiculous as well!!

My son's cat, Alphonse, needs grooming several times a year due to being a Norwegian forest cat. She is not the easiest cat to work on - but the ladies manage to always make her look great! They also trim my Cachine's nails regularly. Great place!

Took our Westie Rags to Suds and Scissors a couple of months ago. When they brought Rags out he looked so handsome. I will not take him anywhere else to get groomed. Not only did they do a fantastic job they are the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a pet grooming salon and they were so patient with my handsome little man. We have a place in one of the campsites on Route 9 and we plan on taking him down there in the winter.

Chrissy was incredible! I have a very tough time finding a groomer that my nervous cat takes to in the past, so it was a huge relief to find someone so good. My cat was call and happy afterwards. What a nice experience!

The folks at S&S take SUCH great care of our boy. He typically is anxious at the groomer but they're so patient with him - especially with his nails, which he hates. They're speedy but thorough.

I have my 5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sparky, groomed (puppy cut) 3 or 4 times a year. As a "snowbird" between Vermont & Florida, I've had Sparky trimmed at a number of different facilities.While visiting friends in Cape May Court House, I drove by and noticed the sign for Scissors & Suds and decided to give them a call. Boy, am I glad I did!By far, this is the best haircut Sparky has ever received! She looks beautiful. The problem is, from now on, my expectations of other groomers will be awfully high.....(Hmmm. Maybe I can schedule future visits with my friends around Sparky's need for a clip.......) It's only an 8 hour drive down from VT. LOLWorth it IMO.Highly recommend!!

Very nice establishment. We took our in-laws dog here for a cut a nail trimming. The prices we very reasonable and the staff was very polite and friendly. I reccomend this establishment to anyone for all your dog grooming needs.

Horrible experience with management. Charged my card without me being present. Owner screamed profanities. Don't patronage this vendor. Kept the dog for four hours and didn't even service her..... Horrible!!
