Love the awesome self-serve dog wash!! The staff is very nice and helpful. My dog was a little unsure at first, but eventually he settled down and enjoyed (okay, endured) his bath.It is so much better than struggling with the hose or the tub at home. You don’t have to bend over and break your back. They supply the tub, towels, multiple shampoos, conditioners, water, dryer and treats. Very reasonably priced. They have 3 tubs; 2 for bigger dogs, like my 80-lb boy, and 1 for smaller dogs.The store seemed very neat and clean and organized.I will definitely go back!

Seriously amazing! First time shopping today and we got such great deals on a collar, tag and two bags of dog food. We saved so much money! The worker who helped us was super friendly and even gave us a book with coupons for our new puppy. We will be back ...and this will be our new shop for dog food. P.s my dog loved the cute colorful cannoli.

Great place for the pets, especially dog lovers since they love a social animal. This is our go to place for our dog's bathing needs. Whether you bring your own supplies or use theirs it's a convenient stop, not to mention easy on the budget. With the rewards program it's even easier to support. They also carry our pet's favorite treat it can share with its humans fro the Barkery in Kansas City. Another great place to visit if you happen to go the Country Club Plaza in KC, MO.

Pet Valu has a great staff from what I have seen, very courteous and we'll rounded. They helped me find what I needed as much as they could.Products wise, they carry great treats and products. Store is more dog based than other pets. They do not carry some run of the mill chews and such like PetSmart, but the variety of grain free and style is up there.Overall, I shop there more frequently due to location, store staff, and products.

Anywhere you can bring your dog gets extra points from me!Lots of dog food brands available, unfortunately I was unable to find fromms brand chow.I did find a suitable food, and supplemental glucosamine and condroitin hip and joint treats.Prices were on par with anywhere else.I have yet to use the dog bathing service available, but I was allowed to bring Roxy there to familiarize her with the place.Clean store, very well stocked and organized. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.Excellent experience.

I shop at this store frequently. I have never had an issue there before, until tonight. The sales person was pretty rude to me and my kids. She was unfriendly and not helpful at all. She should not have a job where she has to deal with people. Get some customer service skills please.

I love this place. Very helpful staff. I purchased small affordable dog toys for Christmas that were a hit for our lasapoo. Also purchased hamster treats and chew toys for our Lilly. Great location. No complaints.

Great if you have a dog or cat. A little lacking in selection for the more "non traditional" pet owner. I can't fault them for that though, it would be a great store for probably 90% of pet owners.

Great personal service here and a good selection. I come here only when we visit our second home but every time the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I like to come here to this store and appreciate the helpful environment.

Great team and a great deal for dog owners. You can't do better than a $10 do it yourself dog bath where they even supply yhe shampoo and towels.

Stop you in a small blocked area at doorway, so when others walk in your way to close to each other for social distance. Ok for workers not to clean but what about us.
