I’m almost afraid to tell anyone about Ocean View Vets because then the place will be crowded. Every time we go there the staff is friendly and caring . They take care of your issue and have you out the door quickly. That’s why we drive the extra distance. Great place!

Ocean view was remarkable. We knew something was wrong with our boy while away on vacation and were scared and didn’t know what to do. We got him over to Ocean View to be seen. The vet and tech were so kind, compassionate and very thorough. Even the receptionists were so kind and quick with sending reports and getting us an appt. We got some bad news that a growth was found in our boy and they were so compassionate delivering the news. The doctor showed us the scans, the blood work, and sat on the floor with us explaining every little bit. We ended up getting an ultrasound and the doctor that ultimately broke the cancer diagnosis news to me was again, very thorough, very compassionate, very professional. It’s rare to find such genuine service for your pets like this. Unfortunately our boy crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning, but I’m so thankful for Ocean View being there for us through this process. I don’t think any other place would’ve been better. Added a pic of my sweet baby Charlie as a thank you from him as well.

We had traveled to Cape May for vacation when our Schnauzer became acutely ill. The care received by the staff at this facility was outstanding. They are gentle and kind with the animals and very thorough putting together treatment options. Our dog was feeling better within the timeframe Veterinarian predicted. Great job.

Ocean View Veterinary Hospital is the best! The staff is amazing. They have a team that knows how to communicate with professionalism and compassion. I felt 100% at ease putting my trust in all of them with my sick cat. I will definitely bring my other pets there. I didn’t get the feeling from any staff member that they were just there for a job and making it through the day. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help, super refreshing experience.

All I can say is I've been to many VETS in my life and everyone here were like heaven sent all like angels.I can't put into words everything that they did for me that they are even unaware of .emotionally and physically, in the worst time of my with my little angel baby.When I walked in at an intense time of grief. I seriously felt like a little group of angels surrounded me and gently quietly. Ushered me back to a room where they spent so much time with me, comforting me advising me helping my baby. I will absolutely never forget how they made me feel. And the way they supported me .It's just the most remarkable place on Earth.

Having a new puppy is such a new, wonderful and anxious time. Coming to Oceanview quickly makes me realize I have a whole family of people who are caring for Ruby Ballerina. We adopted a kitten that was sneezing and had a glassy eye. Dr. Courtney Gifford met with us in less than 24 hrs. and examined our new boy. She was a delight. We now have eye drops and a bit of medicine. He’s improving everyday. We found our vet!!! Thank you Ocean View 😊🐱

Everyone at Ocean View plays a part in making it a such special place to get care for our furry family members. The staff is always very helpful over the phone and welcoming upon arrival. We’ve seen a few different doctor over the years and have never been disappointed, felt rushed or made to feel “silly” with our questions. Most recently, Dr. Gifford has been a genuine pleasure - taking time to walk us through every aspect of our very senior dog’s ailments and needs… she was even kind enough to let me participate over the phone, since I couldn’t join my husband at the appointment. Despite spending the majority of our time in Delaware County, in the off-season, we continue to take the ride down to Ocean View each and every time we’ve needed to make an appointment for Penny, because they’re simply the best!

From the front desk staff to the techs, nurses and doctors everyone is patient and focused on providing the best care possible for my dog. Everyone at Oceanview is wonderful! We met with Dr. Fathi. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and did not push unnecessary procedures or medications on us for our 17 year old little lady. Our dog is on the mend and we are thankful.

My dog ran into a post I thought she broke her leg it was Sunday and they were open! I got appointment for 1pm and was there little early waited outside then came in. When I came in they told me they ready checked me in and to fill out papers. Within 2 minutes I was going to a room . Nurse got her weight asked few questions and 2 minutes later vet came in. He looked over my dog, they all were extremely nice and kinda and caring towards Montana . He asked to do x-rays. I was able to leave the room go walk my other dog and come back and within 5 minutes vet was back to show me all the x-rays he took. He went over them with me showed me and explained. He than gave her some meds and how to care for her. I was so relieved I cried. When you don't have children these pets become our children so it was a awesome experience. I than went to the front to pay and everyone at the counter asked how she was. The caring and time management of this place is outstanding . I was helping my dog out the front door before 2. A+ SERVICE . I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Everyone was helpful and compassionate. I am from north Jersey and don’t have a veterinarian down here, but I felt so comfortable having my 17 year old cat being cared for by them. They offered follow up instructions for when I get back to my cat’s veterinarian up north. I would go back to Ocean View if I felt I had to.

Great bedside manner, very attentive, educational throughout the exams. We brought 3 cats in and they were relaxed with the doctor and his assistant. We unfortunately returned a few days later for our elderly dog. They showed nothing but kindness, compassion, and respect throughout the process of saying goodbye. So grateful to have such great veterinary care locally.

Dr. Natalie La Torre was wonderful with my sheltie Chloe. Her diagnosis was quick and checked with labs. She has compassion for animals and does not want them to be in pain as I do. I had almost 10 1/2 beautiful years with Chloe but know it’s coming to an end in future …. As long as she is happy and pain free and medication works…. Blessed with Chloe and her Doctor!

So kind and caring. We had our dog put down after 14 1/2 years. She had cancer for the last 2 years but was really struggling for the past few days and not eating. They had a nice quiet room for us and lots of additional treats for Daisy. Saying goodbye is never easy but seeing her at peace and resting comfortably was a true blessing. They let us stay with her as long as we wanted and took care of her afterwards. We had her cremated and she was returned to us quickly in only 2 days. Thank you for all you did for me and my son and of course our dear sweet girl Daisy.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the Ocean View staff. They were wonderful and super friendly even though they were working on Memorial Day! I’m so grateful they were open because our dog Daisy wasn’t feeling well. They took loving care of her and explained her situation to me throughly. I left there feeling so relieved. 5 star rating!!!

Oceanview is not my regular vet but unfortunately I have had to go there for sick animals or to put animals down when my regular vet was not open. From the receptionists to the vet techs to the veterinarians, they are the most compassionate animal lovers ever. They know what you are going through even though they probably see it every day but understand your grief. Thank you Oceanview for all that you do.

Ocean view and its crew of quality Veterinarians led by Dr. Ira is probably the best 👍 animal care facility in South Jersey. They have been our general care Vets as well as our 24/7 Emergency Care for all of our pets since we moved down here from New York City ~20 years ago. His exceptional Staff are truly devoted ❤️ to Pet Care, and shared our tears when we've had to put our beloved Harry and Wanda to sleep years ago 😢. They work with "Pets at Peace" to provide Cremation and Burial services in a respectful and comforting way 🙏. There's no other place for our remaining Fuzzy Kids.

Ever since another vet messed up my one dogs diagnosis and Ocean View helped us with my Cowan, this is the only place we go. Sadly we had to put our boy down due to his cancer not being caught in time but even then they were kind, helpful and understanding. Now we take our Turbo there and if our car has to go there that’s where they’ll go. Highly recommend
