CVS is failing badly since the new Pharmacist arrived in the Fall 2023. Staff is rude and lazy. I switched my business to ACME Savon Pharmacy— I recommend you do the same.

Friendly service. There is a new person at the pharmacy counter try to learn. People need to be more patient with staff. They helped me 10 minutes before closing. No problem. i love going there especially after the summer people leave. Great service. 👍

The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist clearly were not going to do any work after 540 when the closing time of 6 PM. My call in prescription arrived at 5:42. The pharmacist said “we cannot fill this because we’re closing at six.” So my daughter will have 12 more hours of earache crying in pain because the pharmacist team could not be inconvenienced.

This is a very busy pharmacy during the summer. I have had a great experience so far. I guess my experience is different from most, but they have been very helpful and friendly to me. I just tried to re-fill a prescription for the first time, and they walked me through the process over the phone. My doctor had doubled the dosage since the origanal script, they explained I had to renew the new dosage script. Took two seconds tops, life is good! Kudos to the folks there. I wish a few other folks that have had a good experience would chime in. If they were as bad as the other reviews would lead you to believe, why are they always so busy?

The Pharmacy department needs a little help. Calling people and telling them their prescriptions are in and then you go there and they don't know what you're talkin about. I used this Pharmacy for over 30 years till it got to the point where the pharmacist was disrespectful to me when I was getting robocalls telling me my prescriptions were in and they were never there. Then the Pharmacy would bill me for three prescriptions in one month and then I have to deal with the insurance company. The respect is lacking towards the customer's in the pharmaceutical Department. It's a shame. So, I left and everybody's happier now.

I waited over an hour for a script that that I was told would take "30 minutes" to fill. When I asked if they were ready I was told that there was a mistake and they were entered in for pick up the next day. The pharmacy tech told me it was her mistake and the script would be filled immediately. The pharmacy line had been very busy and there was a long line of people waiting. The pharmacist said aloud the name of the medication and the dosage and that my doctor needed to be contacted. I have had that script filled many times at the CVS in the Villas. I maintain all HIPAA regulations for the office I work in and not only was the pharmacist unprofessional but also announcing the medication and dosage in front of all those in line to hear is illegal. I arrived at 4:00pm which gave her plenty of time to contact my physician,however, they did not process my script until after 6:00pm and the doctors office had closed for the weekend. Not only was I forgotten about for over an hour and a half, but also embarrassed since my personal information was announced to all those waiting today. The pharmacist should be ashamed of herself and be required to take refresher courses in HIPAA policies. I am not sure what her name was but she had the professionalism of a child and the personality of a pet rock.

My daughter had had same day surgery across the steet. Hospital staff sent me to get the scripts filled. The nice gentleman behind the counter expedited the scripts for me, because I explained the situation. The young pharmacist, Kelly Lawn was so angry that he made that accommodation she wanted to spit fire! She was evil! Never will I use this pharmacy again! I hope the poor kid at the register takes a transfer! (Joey) So much for her customer service & the home town feel! Take your time Kelly my daughter is sitting in a wheelchair in front of the hospital!

This cvs is quite literally the worst I’ve ever been to. The female pharmacist was so rude the last time I was there. The line for the pharmacy was running all the way to the front of the store and she just took her sweet old time, and spoke very rudely to an elderly customer in front of me (to the point that myself and the others in line jumped up to help him). This place is horrible it’s embarrassing.

I would have giving it more stars but when I went to the pharmacy the lady that was at the register got an attitude when I ask her about a prescription I ask her to recheck the name said there wasn't nothing she could do I had to go to drop off I went to drop off and the lady was very nice and helped me but the last at the register needs to change her attitude

I have never written a negative review but I felt so compelled to write this because of how NASTY Kelly from the pharmacy is; and it's pretty clear from these reviews, I am not alone, she has quite a reputation. This woman is vile and disgusting. She should NOT be allowed to interact with customers because she is inhumane and does not know how to treat people or TALK to them. It's deal with her or else in that pharmacy. Her poor staff looks extremely terrified of her too. Wicked Witch of Courthouse CVS.I waited 3 days for my prescription to be filled because SHE was requesting extra information that the Dr's office said they'd never been asked. Kelly had claimed that she left "several messages" with the Dr, yet the Dr's office said they never even got 1!Once Kelly got her info I asked her when the prescription would be ready and she tells me not until after 4:15pm, it was 1:00pm! AND they'd had my prescription for 3 days!!! I told her that was ridiculous, I'm driving from 12 miles away and she says "well we're very busy". WHO.SAYS.THAT? Then she says "we're working on it". So I gave them an hour, I get there and they tell me it's not ready! One of the people on her staff tells me "I'll bump you up, it'll be ready in 15min, they really should've expedited it". I tell her that's very concerning considering Kelly told me 1 hour ago they were working on it. Suddenly the beast popped her head up and started yelling with threat from the back "do you want me to fill this or not? do you want me to fill this or not? do you want me to fill this or not? Cause I don't have to fill this, you can take it to another pharmacy". I tell her you asked me the same question an hour ago, over the phone and I told you to fill it at this point because you've had it for 3 days and an hour ago you were "working on it", why are you being so rude. She comes running from the back, slaps my prescription on the counter and tells me "I'm not filling it, take it elsewhere". I guess CVS is doing so well that their own employees turn down business and suggest you use another pharmacy?I find it very confusing that they would employ someone like this. She is a REAL liability to them. God only knows how she treats the elderly people who probably see her more frequently. CVS must be pretty desperate for pharmacists to have this deplorable working there. After this horrific encounter with Kelly, I took my script to the CVS in West Cape May. WOW. WHAT.A.DIFFERENCE. The friendliest, kindest, most caring staff ever.I mentioned my situation and asked them if they knew who this Kelly person was and I KID YOU NOT, the line of customers behind me chimed into my conversation saying "OMG she is such a nasty person, SO RUDE, we don't go there because of her." This woman apparently has quite the reputation. DISASTER.I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to that CVS unless they get rid of her. BUYER BEWARE.

I probably should of read the reviews before I attempted this pharmacy. I called earlier today and spoke with Kelly who was so unhelpful and beyond rude. I explained to Kelly I am new to the area and have been having a hard time filling my script and getting set up with a local pharmacy. instead of wasting time waiting in line to be told CVS was out of stock, I figured I would call in. Kelly would not tell me if the script was in stock (supposedly this is illegal according to her but no other pharmacy has stated this before to me). Kelly then started questioning if my script was "valid, otherwise why would I be getting the run around." Shame on you Kelly treating a potential new client as you did. Needless to say I will never be in to use this pharmacy. I did call Walgreens in EHT after speaking with Kelly and got much better customer service and will make the extra drive where I don't need to deal with aggravation. Note to CVS corporate: your staff needs better training on customer service and perhaps better screening process on employees!

The absolute worst customer service ever. If they do not have the medicine you need, they will not be bothered to call the doctor and try to get a substitute. They told me to wait until Monday when they could get it, or drive to the CVS in Somers Point (40 miles away from my home). The medicine was for a bacterial infection. By the time I called the doctor, they had left for the day, so I could not be given a different script. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Should have read the reviews.Kelly the pharmacist needs to be fired. I have never in my life written a bad review but after my experience with Kelly I had no choice. My family and I have been using CVS Pharmacy for as long as it's been in existence, we usually go to the one in West Cape May, but they didn't have the medicine until Monday (3 days later) but CVS in Cape May Court House had it in stock, BIG MISTAKE, should have waited for West Cape May CVS. CVS in Court House never filled prescription they said they needed to contact Doctor ( Doctor said during all the years of practice, never heard of any pharmacy needing the information KELLY wanted and even CVS in West Cape May said the same thing). Kelly is very rude and nasty, even her co workers were shocked over her behavior. Took my prescription and went back to West Cape May CVS, told them my story, they weren't surprised It seems like everyone has heard about Kelly and how she treats customers.Take my advise and KEEP AWAY from the CVS in CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, if you don't want your nerves to be wrecked by KELLY.

the girl behind the counter was SO rude. she had to get me a charging block for my phone because it was security locked, and i didn’t have cash to pay at the self checkout so she had to check me out, but i wanted to keep shopping around and she was like “ok i’ll wait up here for you, make it snappy though” then snapped her fingers, meaning hurry up. like really? she said it so rude too. she had a heart ring on her pointer finger and an apple watch. disgustingly rude.

Well Bob, you "why are they always so busy if they're so bad?" That's a silly question with an obvious answer: they're one of the only shows in town. Despite how terrible they actually are (and I say this not based on one negative experience but rather 20 years of bad experiences) they are better than CVS Villas. You're an adult so most likely well aware that people can't just skip the pharmacy altogether bc they're horrible....people still NEED their medication. It is something us locals just have to tolerate, unfortunately.

Be aware be careful I I use the automatic fill on my prescription bottle at CVS prescription 9:15 in the morning March 18th 2017 I get a text at 10:15 in the morning tell me my prescriptions ready I go in the store at I go into the CVS around 11 a.m. to pick up my prescription the lady at the counter tells me Aetna prescription I showed her the text she walks over to the other computer and punches it in she cussed me my prescription was picked up at 10:16 a.m. one minute after I got my text I told her that's impossible she was very rude and told me there's nothing she can do about it that they knew my date of birth. I asked them what am I going to do with that my prescription they told me not their problem to call the police so I called the police police officer came out David he was awesome very understanding why I was upset they have pictures of a gentleman with red and grey beard pretty clear picture you look very familiar to their officer how their CVS just gives away a prescription without asking for ID of that source it had to be an inside job because no one knew I had a prescription there or a prescription ready to be picked up no one knew so they're going to pay it off the detective they got a clear picture of the guy beware of CVS giving out your information to just anybody careful be careful be careful with CVS and your prescriptions the pharmacist that was working there is a temporary pharmacist he was very helpful and understanding I got to give him comes up the rest of that sucks you guys need to get a job that you do enjoy because you're miserable and you make all your customers missable what do you mean there's nothing you can do he's just gave away my prescription to anybody PS shame on you CVS shame on you shame on you shame on you for hiring employees that are giving away people's information and giving away their drugs that they need they sold me my drugs for $56 to hold me over till Monday thanks a lot you did me a big favor yours truly Joseph Ferguson

How dare you CVS you're the one that after giving way my prescription to somebody else and then looking at me like I had the guts to ask for my prescription and now it's on me!!!detectives it's not hard to find out who it was checked there phone records it was between 9 am and 11am three girls working and one man pharmacist thievesHow rude they were to me when they gave my prescription after somebody else without ID they looked on the farm and they saw it wasn't me and they said to me 08 it wasn't you and I asked them what should I do it now how do I get my prescription they said we don't know that's your problem isn't that nice they gave my prescription away to somebody else some total stranger and they told me it was my problem thank you CVSthank you CVS you're a great pharmacy anybody reading this go to Walgreens much better customer service if I could give you zero stars you were getting -25 stars yuck I am 100% faith in the detectives in middle township that they will find these criminals thank you for all your hard work done I'm sure you'll get them and take them to court and punish them to the of the law thank you middle Township Police Department
