First time in this big lots. I go to the big lots where I live. This big lots I was impressed with. Had a lot of Product on the shelves. Much more than the one I go to.

No furniture items in stock "due to Covid" and no display items for sale, however the sales associate girl there was very nice and personable and helped me fund compromises to what I went there for. So overall happy I was even able to get anything. Other than that they had a lot of 9ther things in the store like small throw blankets and throw pillows for reasonable prices.I recommend this location but expect a wait.time if you want a piece of furniture.

Wow what a difference in price compared to the Acme across the street. If you're looking to save money on groceries, and still have a great selection, come here on your vacation.

Some great buys but cashier was complaining about working there. It's disheartening to hear cashier complain about being transferred there , then to tell me not to put my items on counter because she had no room. So I lifted my things from cart and showed her.

This location is fairly clean and well stocked. They do tend to run out of popular items faster than expected, but can't help that.The staff is courteous and eager to offer assistance. Down fall, usually is just one cashier open and the other seems to fail instantly.Overall, constant shopper - especially when I'm in TJMaxxx or Restore

Staff were friendly and helpful. Store's appearance neat and clean. Selection choices were less than I expected of Big Lots. Storage items that are household staples for families weren't available and made shopping experience somewhat disappointing to me.

I prefer the Big Lots in Cape May Court House hands down, it has way more merchandise, always fully stocked. The Big Lots in North Cape May looks empty, like it is going out of business, upon entering the store, the windows and doors are filthy, and the shopping carts are also old and dirty.

Love Big Lots!! When you just need somethings run in and out awesome You can shop furniture, appliance's,cleaning products etc. People that work there great friendly and helpful. Prices good and then use your Big Lots card makes it great.

Great selection of different items. Especially in the food department. They have more items that are a necessity so you can almost purchase what you need in one stop shopping.

I really like this store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because too many items are unpriced. I passed over items I would have liked to purchased but they were not priced.

The bathroom was the most disgusting, dirty bathroom I've ever seen. When I brought it to the manager's attention, her comment was not professional. ("It wouldn't be a holiday weekend without someone pooping all over the bathroom.") While I feel for them because someone obviously dirtied the bathroom on purpose, and I appreciate that it seemed they were going to take care of it quickly, the comment wasn't something to be shared with a customer.

Nice having a local department store that has just about everything here in town without having to go to Rio Grande! Friendly, clean store. Assistant Manager Melissa is a Treasure! So nice and always helpful.

Frequent often. Very kind helpful staff. Shelves have been bare throughout the pandemic...hopefully things will be returning to normal very soon! Stock not being replaced for weeks.

Service was fine however it would have been nice if the store would honor military veterans with a valid VA ID card, especially on the Memorial Day weekend. Such was not the case.
