I went in there right after having surgery to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist had basically zero personality. I forgot my GoodRx card and I told him that they have those at The Rite Aid and he that they don't have those there. He acted like you could care less whether I filled my prescription at Acme or not so I took it and build it at another Pharmacy first time to try to fill a prescription at Acme in the last time for me. My doctor The Philadelphia Hand and shoulder Center is in the same complex so I thought it would be convenient to get the prescription filled at Acme. He could see I just had surgery I'm still wrapped up with the medical IDs and the band isn't he had zero empathy.

Abuse at the hands of Acme Pharmacy !!! I suffer from debilitating pain and look to the pharmaciy to do they’re job in providing the medication I need to manage that pain in aProfessional and timely manner That doesn’t happen. I went to pickup the ordered medication this morning only to find they did not receive the prescription and after a lengthy discussion and they’re receipt of the order we’re told to return in an hour or so. I did only to find they did not even have the Med in stock and furthermore could not guarantee their receipt of it the next day despite it being on order already Obviously at least one person is not doing their job The pharmacy is an obstruction to the prompt and quality care my doctor strive to provide. This is after all their primary function. They should hand over the business to someone who can not only show compassion but DO THE JOB!!!This is just one example of the negligence I have experienced there and elsewhere. Pharmacies MUST be held ACCOUNTABLE!!!

The people at this pharmacy are always friendly and helpful. My insurance keeps pushing for online prescriptions but I opt out because I trust the people at this pharmacy and they are a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came in from out of town, and they were very helpful. They were professional, respectful, and quick. I got my prescription filled in less than 20 minutes. I don't know why all the other reviews are negative.

They are always too rushed and too busy. They act like your questions are a bother and they’re doing you a big favor by filling your script there. Everyone there has an attitude. I’ve had scripts filled at other Savon’s. I’ve never experienced such ill customer service at any other location. I’ve never had a good experience there and I’ve moved on.

They got two stars because they filled my perscription as a new customer. This is the first time and god willing, the last time I ever use this pharmacy agiag. I interacted with 4 separate people, each one was more miserable than the next. I wasn't difficult, no special requests, these employees were just rude, miserable people. The one was screaming "kenny, Kenny!!!!""" Apparently she was talking to me??? Kenny is nowhere in my name. Anyway it's obvious, these people either hate their jobs or hate the public.

I will not use savon pharmacy in cape may court house, again. I was treated unfairly twice at that pharmacy. The pharmacist did not show me respect by at least asking me some question about my script, they just refuse to fill it. I am sure they thought they had reason but so did I. I was hurt by this because I spend a great deal of money in Acme but now I do not want to even shop at Acme because of Savon and how they treated me.Sincerely,So Angry

Just a note to say "thank you" to the pharmacists and staff at Cape May Court House Acme Pharmacy. I've been a customer since the day they opened and couldn't be more pleased with the professional and courteous service.

Have reason to fill a lot of rx there. All staff are so helpful. Have worked with us thru countless problems as insurance changed and when rx needs special authorization.
