I've been visiting this store regularly since it reopen & every time I return I'm even more disappointed.BAD THINGS: The store is a mess. There are more products in carts, boxes, and binds than on the shelves! The shelves look like they are going out•They have no permanent employees at this location. Everyday there are different people even the managers.•They follow people around the store as if they don't have cameras and its super uncomfortable for customers like myself that spend their hard erned money.GOOD THINGS: The cashiers I've encountered have good customer service.☆The managers attitudes are ok as well but I don't think they are stern on the employees about the up keep of the store because no one is permanent.

The staff workers always connect with the customers on a personal level and if you need help, they will sure enough lead you in the right direction. Although the isles are crowded because some of the staff are unloading, and the line is usually always long because there is only one register open, the try their best and do what they can.

It's Not the worse store. Staff tries to be helpful if you ask anything, but the only problem that ever really seems to constantly plague them, is the length of the checkout times, checkout lines; but I guess they can't really help the demand. This store is definitely in a more prominent spot, than the last store, so customers have quadrupled, it looks like.

They're always stocking up during busy hours. lines are too long they and only have one or two person on the register. Again when they stock up during busy hours it's hard to get to the products that you looking for. They're always on their phone talking having their speakers on when they are on your phone while ringing up people. Managers are always in there cussing and doing other things besides helping their employees. They need new management skills new customer service skills and there should be no phones allowed while on register.

The aisles are so overstocked as well as stock not being put away in boxes blocking the aisles that you can't hardly get a cart down through and it doesn't matter what time of day you go there's never enough people at the registers there's always a line and not too many friendly people there. You also have to check the dates on a lot of things. It's a good value if you want to put up with all that

Always disorganized, the aisles are always filled with carts so its hard to get up each row, hard to find the prices. The workers are loud and unprofessional, they talk about their personal business in front of customers and curse. No matter how long the line gets they won't open a 2nd register. The floors are sticky and need to be mopped.

There is a lot of good things about Familly Dollar stores and I don't like to give negative reviews. But there is something really anoying about Familly Dollar and that is: Its always crowded in the isles. Almost everytime there are isles you can't even walk through, empty boxes, merchandise boxes or warehouse carts blocking the way. You cant even hardly move is some isles to get whats in them. Stuff on the floor, boxes and merchandise.I just think that the employees should not take out so much at one time just to let it sit in the isles while they put them on the shelves. You can't even push a cart through some isle and sometimes not even walk through with a basket in your hand.Its a security and safety issue, really in an emergency. Pkease take care of this.Organization and timing is the key.

Well I think because today was. The day before Valentine's day the isles was empty. Then aisles were ridiculously long, but on a regular day they're usually long they have like one cashier the lines be so long on a regular day it was just a drag I don't understand why they can't put people at the registers people need to get in and get out the store not be in the line for a half an hour to 40 minutes that just crazy.

They have stepped up there merchandise, however their crew is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and lack customer service skills. They are terrible from management to the sales & floor workers. If they were conveniently located, I would definitely go somewhere else.

The new staff is doing their best! During the rush hour, there is always a long line but not as bad as before. Just beware of the occasional irate customer

Google says that the store opens at 7am. The manager opens the door by 7:30 or 8am. Shes stealing company time. Shes not giving her employees breaks and its against the law

Everytime i go into the store there is always a long line with only one cashier........the supervisor goes ether in the back room or acts like shes stocking shelves...... and she she could never help me find what i need without having an attitude. I recommend going to the one in Oaklyn over this one

This family dollar is so ghetto! Your workers shouldn’t be wearing slippers on their feet. Also it is rude for your cashier to be playing music on her phone while she is ringing up customers. It is always dirty looking and junky. The cashiers has know training on how to interact with the customers.
