Anyone shopping at Cousins Market should be careful if you are using EBT & Debit Cards. Took my grandmother shopping there 3wks ago to grab a few items that cost $56 we then went to Walmart. Before we checked out she called her card in to check her balance and it said $0. I checked her receipt and her remaining balance stated she had $217 left I called the again to hear her last 10 transactions and it said two transactions was made at $56 and $217 three minutes later at the same store I reported to Welfare and was told to make a police report stop shopping at this

Has a good variety of products. Free parking. Local shopper specials, papers ads at local door steps. Easy to spot from Marlton Pike. Other businesses near by. Accesible from diferent direction of the city. Near mayor streets.

Great service,fast cute girls at registers,most of the stuff is priced at competitive price especially the meat which cant be cheaper than what it is.Always friendly staff,i highly recommend to avoid this place on the 1st week of every month,it gets super packed cause them food stamps.

I was in the store yesterday. I've been coming to this location for years ( Camden), I was making a homemade sauce and needed a few ingredients that i knew Couusins had fastfoward to me checking out i brought it to the cashier's attention that I couldn't find a special cheese I needed, She called over one of the men from the front (LINK), at this point the transaction was over, with receipt in my hand. He assured it was in stock. We walked over to the cheese section, and it was in plain sight it was like he did magic lol. Being that I had already purchased 3 bags of cheese of another brand we was both trying to come up with the money that was owed because this brand was less. I told him "keep it you know how many years y'all been being good to me " Link said back to me "we going to keep being good brother" he came up with the amount we walked back to the front he opened up a register and started the return on the 3 items at the end of the return he was pulling cash out the register and THAT RIGHT there spoke volumes to me because he didn't see the receipt and didn't know how I paid (I paid w EBT) so I told him my payment method he said thanks for being honest and the reason that was big for me I had a similar situation happened at another store (not Couusins) and the cashier didn't even think to ask me how I paid she just amsume so she said "you paid w EBT" and I'm like no" I paid w 1 of my 11 credit cards" but that's another story for another day it's crazy because I come here all the time for quick stuff for the house and never knew any of the guys name in the front but they all are always cordial with me when I'm in so thanks Link for that moment brother God Bless.

Cousin's usually has great meats and seafood. I'm not sure what has happened to this past year. A few months ago they sold my brother spoiled chicken and today I got cook my frozen fish only to find that it was old and spoiled. Honestly I wouldn't eat nothing else from here . Better off paying more money for high quality food somewhere else.

I was at cousin on Thursday on 8/25/22 i went there to buy some shrimp i notice that it said 8.99 so i went and got two bags, as i went to cashier she said price check when the young manager can up to the register he said it was 19.99... i told the manager no there are @ 8.99 as i show him where they were place at he said that who every put them there made a mistake... i told well that not my fault can he honor that price he said to me no where do u think u at your in camden.. i him that was real ignorant of him to said that i told him i live in camden, i coutinue to ask for him to honor that price...he said no im not going to honor that price i went on to purchase what i had and told that i would not ever shop @ that store again that he lost a customer....i would rather shop @ shoprite because they take care of there customer and not come at you with ignorance they would rather keep there customer then lose them

Purchased chicken leg quarters yesterday 6/1/22 and they were spoiled. Had a terrible smell and a slimy film over them. Gross and extremely disappointed as I recommend people to Cousins all of the time.

I bought baby Enfamil when I got home they have gave me the rong one it was late went the next day they didn't want to exchange cost almost $38 dollar and the one I needed was only $19.17 leaving me with no Choice but to buy the right one and spend another 19.17 for the right one they need to change the policy on that when they were the one who handed the item to cashier for it to be scan now I spend $38 can't do nothing with the other baby milk

The store is okay if you live in the area or passing by!! Make sure you don't go around the first of the month, or on it!! Tons of patrons will be with one or two carts full to capacity!! Everyone shops there, but it's a Hispanic store!! Everyone is nice!! Visually nothing like ShopRite

Have to agree with most review and there customer service belongs in the garbage. There deli section smells to me but it could be because they are cutting fresh meats which is always nice. Other than that, nothing else to complain about. May go there again just for some cheap products.

I had been coming here on and off for years, the customer service is horrendous, the store is not very well kept and smells horrible, the meats are iffy to say the least. They just happen to be convenient and hadn't known any other places at the time . There's been times I've come and the foods didn't look so fresh and other times when it was ok. I've decided to stop taking a chance on me and my family's health and just stopped shopping here altogether, not worth it.

Terrific place to save money on meats! Meat is always fresh and not fatty. Decent prices on seafood as well.That's the only thing I'd buy here as everything else is over-priced.

I have visited this location twice. I'd rather travel the extra ten minutes over the bridge to their location on 6th and Berks in Philadelphia. The Camden location has much smaller selection, crammed in a store that makes one feel claustrophobic, with how tight the aisles are. The parking lot each time was nothing short of chaos. I have it two stars simply because I was able to find the Hispanic products I was searching for.

Horrible very Prejudice and racist the manager had an attitude with me and my wife due to the fact that his worker over scanned to potatoes letting the manager know that it's not my problem that his employee messed up before we got into a lot of argument I did the proper thing and left the store because they're not trustworthy and you can't work with him they just horrible people over all... attitude, word of advice go to Walmart

That supermarket has the worst customer service. Cashiers never say Hello or Thank you to customers. Today, the one that took me was going to put cassava on top of tomatoes in my bag. When I told her to put the cassava in a separate bag, she got upset, gave me my receipt and started ringing the next customer leaving the rest of my items on the counter. I made sure she bagged my items though. But, as a customer I always feel like they don't appreciate our business

My mom used to work there back in the day when I was a baby (1990 ish) . They aren't the best quality place but u can find lots of good prices for stuff. Always be careful buying meats. Make sure you clean/cure and prepare properly and you should be fine. I go there to buy chicken in bulk ,teas, Cans and some produce. You can get great prices on can sodas and seasonings too(sazon etc) They are a family owned business of cousins from Jerusalem. Great ppl .

Want to give a zero star but only can give 1 star. I did hate my first experience at Cousin's Supermarket on Marlton Pike. The sampler lady seemed prejudice had an attitude. Cashier was impatient and rude with an ultimate attitude. The manager didn't help the situation either and assumed we were stealing when the cashier didn't scan the item but bagged the item. Felt insulted and cheated. First time shopping here and it will be the last time I'm shopping here. Left the store with a bad taste in my mouth. I will take my shopping elsewhere, that is family friendly and non discriminative or very fast to make bad accusation without asking.2 rules in retail**Customers always come first****Customers always right**

The meat packages and selection has just about everything and they can cut it any size you like. They have good seafood salad and great cold cut deals also.

Pretty decent market. It need a bit variety in the meat dept. Nice to get good fruit and vegetables lets in the same store. Prices are savvy in the dry good dept.

I bought chicken from Cousins even thou the Turkey wings looked bad.As I was separating my chicken I came across several pieces of bad looking meat. Some even had pus coming out of it that was Green.Then I came across a piece that had an actual boil of sometype. I plan on sharing this with the news too.This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.This could of affected my family and I and harmed us really bad. I was so disgusted that I literally vomited. I have never came across anything so vile in my life.

Some prices are great(the meat deals)!, but other items are way overpriced versus other grocery stores, always smells bad/dirty, and not enough space, I like that I can find various ethnic products there that I can't get elsewhere though

It's an ok supermarket you find a large varieties of products from different countries mainly Hispanic . I personally think is to small for the amount of people that go there but will give it a 3 star rating.

Cousins in Camden 🤔 the little short guy that be in the front standing there is so rude and disrespectful.....will never spend my money in that store....don’t have no respect for women and don’t kno how to give customer service to a customer... shouldn’t be in the business.....customer is always Right don’t care if it’s family owned ran by family.... it’s still a business.
