Terrible customer service, quick to cheat you on your change, 24 hrs but constantly closed for “cleaning” for 1-3hrs…yet they’re standing at the register the whole time. They’ll lie to you with a straight face and then get smart with you! The only reason they still have any business is because of the location

Good store, but when I came to report that my gift card I bought wasn't working on my phone one of the cashiers made me buy a small $1 pie to prove it worked. Also there's always a homeless guy out front but at least he holds the door for you.

One star for being close to my home only.They are aways closed with a sign for cleaning but always a different time. Even the time changes a hour extra from what they hang on the door window. The two indian guys who are there are very ignorant, disrespectful, and not customer material at all. I like 7/11 but they need to do better and be better to the public the service. Cleaning 1hr that turns into 3hrs not fair to customers who believe them or depend on the store being open to serve us for work coffee, food, or anything needed that they provide. Being so close in a active area..

Most of the time it's a decent experience at this 7-Eleven. Recently, it seems like the management has improved the quality of this store especially when it comes to their employees. There was a period around the beginning of the year where I had a lot of negative experiences mostly involving under-trained staff who arbitrarily decided when the store would be open. (Keep in mind that it's a 24 hour store) But like I said, it has been much better recently.

Some of the workers are very unprofessional. Always having people hanging around The outside door begging for money. Cashier on the phone when he supposed to be ringing you up. I went in one night before work and they was playing music loud like they was in a nightclub.

Great 7-11. This location stocks a ton of different items, and is open 24 hours! It's also pretty clean (especially for a 7-11), and the staff is actually pretty friendly for a convenience store. The customers are mostly Rutgers students, Camden County cops, and Camden locals, so the whole place has a friendly vibe.

This store has been like my second home for over four years now. I've seen them go through two owners. Love the old one but really love the new owner. He's always giving my baby free bananas. 🍌 They are the best. Friendly, prompt service and especially clean considering the area. Best store ever! Best coffee!

The worst group of employees I have ever come across; extremely rude... especially the chubby hispanic girl. You actually have to match their rudeness to get poor quality of service at best. If you don't like your job... QUIT!

Just had the worst experience trying to buy pizza. The employees there are the worst. Made me wait while on personal call, then asked me If I Was ready. Guy gave me attitude, slung pizza on side and sucked his teeth when I asked why do I have to hand him pizza from refrigerator when I'm ordering a pizza. Pretty soon they'll want you to make it. Told him to shove it. Nice 7/11 but workers real ghetto and lazy! Never again!

Starting to become very disappointed with this location. Not sure of the hours of operation, but this is the second time I’ve visited and the store was closed. Not sure if they have specific hours of breaks, but it’s becoming very frustrating. First experiences was last week the young ladies were outside smoking and said they were given a hour break while it’s a line outside waiting to be helped. Tonight I visited and both employees were sitting behind the register chatting saying they were closed. Please put hours of operation on doors and breaks so that customers don’t have to come out their way to be disappointed. Thank you!

Rude cashier was on her phone the whole time. I asked her a question at checkout and was flat out ignored. I had to ask her twice in order to get her attention from her phone. Was rushed to checkout and didn’t even have time to pull out the app. Don’t recommend going past 12am or whenever she’s working there.

I walked into the store with the refillable Slurpee cup I purchased a week prior at a Philadelphia location. I went down the aisle in front of the cash registers to the Slurpee machine (in clear view of the cashier). I refilled my cup then walked to the cashier to pay. The cashier charged me for the souvenir cup instead of a refill at which time I immediately disputed the charge. He claimed he didn't see me walk in with the cup & I kindly told him I'd wait for him to check the security cameras because I walked in with the cup. Instead of checking the cameras, which would have proved my innocence, he attempted to justify his false accusations. I continued to insist he check the camera because I knew I walked in with the cup and after some further rudeness he finally charged me for the refill claiming he was going to have to check the camera the following day. He clearly wasn't paying attention if he didn't notice a big shiny silver Slurpee cup & he definitely lacked customer service skills.

I actually love 7 Eleven, especially because of their Seven Select line of products, But they struggle keeping items stocked or preventing the theft of many items, which often makes me skip visits to their stores.

Lady at the counter is rude and ignorant. Always rushing, always has an attitude, and gets angry when she makes a mistake. Worst service from a 7/11 I've ever recieved. There's a store that's farther away that I'd rather go to just to avoid the awful service.

This 7/11 is advertised as 24/7. Often times, the evening hour employees will lock the front door and have phone conversations while ignoring customers knocking on the front door.
