It’s been impossible to find a groomer that could handle Ollie who (to say the least) is extremely difficult to work with. But the groomer did a fantastic job! She looks amazing and somehow still has length on her tail despite her and it being covered in mats! We are EXTREMELY grateful! Thank you guys!

Absolutely love this place! Pupcakes is a very professional, excellent service. They did full grooming for my Pomeranian and Beagle and I highly recommend them. Glad to have their business in the neighborhood!

Absolutely worse experience. It took them three hours to give my dog a cut. She kept pushing back the time 3 times. My appointment is at 11:30, didn’t leave until 2:30. They barely gave my dog a hair cut. Claim my dog is too knotted to cut. After 3 hours wait, I just have to take what it was and leave. I will never go back. Choose carefully.

So horrible! My puppy was 8 months old on a cold March day and they shaved her RAW. They said her hair was too matted. The should have called me first! They may "not have a record of me being a customer," because I haven't been back since. It was torture for my poor baby... took at least a month for her hair to cover her skin. It was cold out! She was miserable. I can't believe I paid them! I guess I was in shock, like my puppy.

Owner is not friendly at all… I’ve put up with it for 8 years because the location is convenient… when we got a second dog, they wanted to schedule her for a month out because she was “a new client”… newsflash to you, I am your client, not my dog, and I’ve been going there for almost a decade… thank you for your kind treatment of a decade long client. If your dog come with any mats they will want to shave it off completely. Last straw. Taking my business somewhere else.

Carol did a spectacular job on grooming my pups! They were so white and fresh looking when I came to pick them up! I explained that I had to go to a funeral and that I needed the dogs to look great for all the family coming in and she took me on the same day! Excellent service and my pups even got some free dog treats before we left. 5 stars!!!

They are incredible! I have a little dog who used to be scared of the groomer and Pup-cake makes him so comfortable and he leaves looking amazing, could not be happier with their service and such amazing care. I recommend them to everyone!

They are great. My dog had a hot spot and they informed me right away so I could get him prompt veterinary treatment. They clipped the nails and bathed my shedding corgis so that they walked away gorgeous and happy. I am so impressed with them that I will drive a long distance from Maplewood for their services.

Provided the best cut in town for our goldendoodle at a competitive price. Only issue was our dog was not willing to step near the front entrance out of fear and we never made our second visit (this is the first time our dog exhibited such behavior). Not sure what bothered her about her first - and only visit - but it looks like we won't be able to go back.

After searching for a pet bakery came here to pick a dog cake for my pup 1st birthday and the cake didn't look nothing like on there web page. I paid 25.00 for stale hard as a rock cake, not sure how long it has been sitting on there bakery and the size was a bit bigger than a cupcake. Very disappointed

Rushed my service. It was my first time and was not given any type of a welcoming experience. There was no friendliness just a "come and go" attitude. I didn't get the full service I paid for and my dog was given to me damped. Will not be returning.

Went there today to get a birthday treat for my dog.....person behind the counter wasn’t nice at all.....and when the money was given to her in her hand she put the change on the counter ( one thing i can’t stand I give money in your hand give it back to me in my hand) no thank you nothing.....won’t be back....at least my dog did like the treat!
