Went there to get few things for my home remodel project and I like Lowes selection and inventory.Many great brands available in store.They have great paint selections and huge inventory of tools and hardware to choose from.Big garden center with many evergreen and plants.Very big parking lot

Returns suck and managers are not empowered to provide customer service. I am a frequent shopper of home improvement materials and I rarely return anything because I would rather keep a small stock of spare parts on hand to avoid a trip from time to time. Tonight I did make a trip to return a few tile samples and some overage I had from a backsplash job. I was very dissatisfied by the customer service I received at the return desk.I was told that without a receipt - no return can be processed - without exception. They CAN scan your credit card and see if any matching purchases are found by their system however after scanning every credit card I had they were unable to find any matches.While they were scanning, I searched through my email and found receipts for all but one single solitary tile that I had purchased as a sample. The receipt was only 1 month old and DID show one of the credit cards I had provided but if I didn't have that email, it felt like they were happy to have an excuse to not process my return.That last tile that was worth a dollar and change? They didn't care at all that it could not be returned. That measly dollar and the lack of any apparent desire to provide good customer service is the reason it is going to be a very long time before I can bring myself to go back to any Lowes.

Great experience with returns. No line and the woman working the register was friendly and smart, and it took less than a minute! The only negative is they've got buckets EVERYWHERE because the roof is leaking. A real mess

I like to go to lowes because everything is clean all the time, I can find almost everything there, not too much people, employees are more friendly, some of the products are better quality than the other place( HD), 5% off with the lowes card all the time. very good for me.

Absolutely the worst company for delivery. Placed order 3 weeks in advance and also received confirmation of delivery time frame on day before. Delivery does not show up but that’s not the worst part. called the store who said they couldn’t help me because I placed an online order, then called the distribution facility where it was shipping from and they had no knowledge of anything. Called Lowe’s customer customer service who was unsure what is happening. nobody really understood that the distribution process or where my order was. Now they’re saying another month for delivery. Spent an hour on the phone with no answers and will have to cancel my large order of 4 items needed for my new construction next week.

I bought a $349 pressure washer online & had Lowe's assemble it. It was delivered to me with missing parts, no owners manual & defective sprayer. It literally looks like someone returned it & they just sold me the return. So disappointed! And trying to reach someone at customer service was nearly impossible

Nice store, clean with friendly staff. Strongly suggest to stop by and spend time here you will find what u need or if they don’t have in store they will be happy to order for you or guide you to store which would have your item .

Don't place any large orders with Lowes. I placed an $8K order for composite boards. They missed two delivery dates and then called to tell me my delivery hadn't been strapped down correctly and the ties had snapped on route to the store from the warehouse. Then they put the boards on a delivery truck anyway and brought me the damaged boards you see attached. I refused to sign and asked for them to be taken back. Instead, the delivery driver just drove off.

Save time, money and order parts from Amazon.Store employee treated me like trash and treated a fellow employee badly. Most Lowe’s employees are fantastic and have always treated me well as a customer over the past 15 years.Solved the issue and purchased new part from Amazon that ended up being $2.30 cheaper and delivered directly to my house same day.Good luck to Lowe’s and hope you improve your customer service training to provide a better experience for your customers and employees.

Bought a $500 grill and paid $79 for delivery 5 days later. Day comes and window of delivery time passes. I call the delivery number, the automated service tells me to call specific store. I call the store. Nice person tells me that Lowe's uses a third party and I have to call a different number. I call that number. They tell me that there is no update on the status of the delivery and they will send an email to the "market manager" to ask the status. Yeah. So another hour goes by with no call. I call again. Same person answers. Roosters crowing in the background, dead serious. They tell me they are out of that delivery range and I have to call a different number. I express my frustration and call the number. Service person with same script and very heavy same accent (offshore probably) tells me she will "send an email to the market manager". Oh and there is supposedly no supervisor. Yeah. Now it is six hours in and I have called four different numbers. I tell them I can see where my $10 Uber is and I can see where my $20 pizza is so it is unacceptable that they can't tell me where my $500 grill is. She reads from the script and hangs up. Here I still wait. Absolutely terrible.

Store is the worst. Nobody ever answers the phone and customer service is atrocious.I did a Kitchen remodel a few years back and also purchased a range last year. The remodel took forever and there were countless issues. Ordering the stove was the same thing...it arrived damaged and I had to constantly email and call to get a reimbursement.Better off going to a different store or Home Depot.

Better than Home Depot in most every respect. The store is cleaner and better organized, the selection of products is overall better, and the staff is friendlier and more helpful. Home Depot is much closer to me than Lowe's, but when the purchase really matters, like the kitchen sink I just bought, I go to Lowe's.

After having a sub- par experience @homedepot in Riverdale NJ my husband went to Lowe’s in Butler NJHe was looking for outdoor lighting. He found two string lights on the shelf but needed more. He approached a gentleman in lighting ( unfortunately he didn’t get his name) He not only helped him with the the string lights but garden lighting as well. What a difference from the experience he had @homedepot. Thank you for giving us a reason to shop in store with employees like this and not just online!

The absolute worst service. I needed to get my bathroom vanity replaced back in mid April. I was supposed to get it installed only to see that it arrived broken. I went to get it exchanged for a new one and everything seemed okay. I then waited over three months to actually get it installed. I called almost everyday to see if there was some kind of update and found out that my profile was not updated saying I had exchanged the vanity until mid July. I finally got the vanity installed today (8/10/2023) and the bottom drawer is broken. This has been the absolute worst headache.

Would not go back to buy appliances again. The first time I ordered Adan ordered me a gas dryer assuring me it was electric. After the first delivery being cancelled, my second delivery I was left with just a new washer as the dryer door was completely smashed and I couldn’t take delivery. After multiple attempts to reach the store via phone and email I went in and got all lip service from Adan. Almost a week later after being radio silenced I went in extremely aggravated and I met Jose, he was wonderful and he understood why I was angry he Letisha worked hard to fix the previous issues. I was then going to get a new washer and dryer because they couldn’t get the original dryer I ordered in stock, the delivery date came and they delivered me the original washer I had ordered not the new one I was promised because one of the managers refunded the new washer. Jose and Letisha really tried so hard to make me happy and I do applaud them. I decided to keep this washer I was delivered because I had no more patience to deal with this. If you do go order with Jose or Letisha as it seems they’re the only two that have a clue and care about the customer. I do however highly recommend the LG thinQ washer and dryer.

Great until checkout. Asked if I could give her my number for Military discount. She snapped back with DO YOU HAVE AN I.D.?! I said yes I have an I.D. and a Lowe's hat that says Veteran on it. Then she didn't want my number said it's a hassle and just scanned a bar code on the wall.

Your assistant manager, Scott in your Butler location should be given a raise and a promotion. Scott, kindly, respectively and promptly resolved an issue in 10 minutes that 10+ other contacts and customer service reps couldn't settle in close to a year. How refreshing when we just about threw in the towel on Loews. Thanks Scott! We will get you that box of chocolates as promised : )

It's funny how Lowes responds to each negative review "we pride ourselves on service... Please call us at xxx..." really? How about actually fixing the problem? The service in this store SUCKS. Really really badly! Now my review ...Ordered vinyl flooring and had it delivered (it's very heavy). Some of the boxes contained damaged boards. Had to return to store and have replaced. Asked if shipping fee could be refunded since they sent damaged product, manager refused to come out and talk to me, simply told sales associate "tell the guy no". Very rude. This store used to be good, now went very far downhill.

Ordered a refrigerator, two weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered on the 16th, never came in. They Rescheduled it for today the 26th. Never came in. When called to see where it is, they have no clue.incompetence.They called us yesterday to make sure we were home from 1-5 pm for delivery. Wasted two days waiting for a fridge.Thanks for wasting two weeks of my family’s time!

I ordered a dryer for delivery they called the night before with a robo call had to call the store to delay delivery spoke to someone who delayed it but it showed up anyway.i sent it back to the store because I am under renovation and had no room for it they said they had to write a new ticket and never saved the last LG from last year to match my washer I called every other merchant no one had last year's model. So they lost me as a customer for good. Some Personal is difficult in the Butler location. I placed my order at Home Depot

We purchased a gas dryer here. The cashier was unfriendly. Very little help. The installers were terrible. They refused to bring the dryer to the proper room without my husband removing doors,gates,etc. Even though 2 installers arrived,one sat in his truck while my husband was expected to help with the installation. I'm not quite sure what Lowe's pays the installers to do exactly. Huge disappointment. If we weren't in immediate need of a dryer that day,we would have refused it. That's how terrible the service was. Do not use Lowe's if you need something installed! We will never make that mistake again!
