The guy at the door that checks receipts is disgusting. I didn’t do self check out and all my purchases were rung up by an associate. The nasty guy at the door points for me to move to the side while he continues evaluating my receipt to see if I paid for the two $6 laundry baskets on top of my cart. He calls another guy over, still doesn’t say anything to me, the guy reviews the receipt, points to the items (laundry baskets) on the receipt and walks away. Then the guy feeling stupid, rudely and aggressively gives me my receipt and steps to the side. No apology or anything. I didn’t speak to him one time, other customers called him everything but a child of God for taking his job too serious and holding everyone up. Common sense would tell him I had items on the receipt that were $17, $15, etc adding up to $259. Why would I take a $6 item? This security checker is over 400 pounds, 6’10, rude, black man that wears a face mask and dumb as bricks. Do better Walmart send him to clean that filthy parking lot. It’s possible to do your job and not treat others like trash.

We went to pick up our groceries, the guy who put it in the car wasn't chatty. Didn't say hi, not even a you're welcome when I said thank you. He just walked away. To make matters worse, once we got home. My mom discovered he gave us milk that was already open. My mom had to drop the gallon of milk in the sink, because she didnt feel comforable to drink from it. The grapes he got us, most of them were bad. Never again.

Do not buy these mattresses from Walmart, they constantly fail and they do not take returns. Do not buy from Walmart, they have very bad managers and customer representatives.

Avoid at all costs. It pays to go to one of the other Walmarts in the area, or Sam’s club if you can afford it. Also, the receipt checkers are extremely aggressive for absolutely no reason. I’ve even had two items broken by them and went to cinnaminson to return because I wanted to avoid the hassle. (I’ve also been stopped because I didn’t buy anything so they thought I stole something because - and I quote “who doesn’t buy something and just leaves?”. They were just out of stock of the item I needed. I didn’t even have a purse or bag on me, just a shirt and jeans. Didn’t know I HAVE to purchase something when entering the store… unbelievable.) I’m a Sam’s club member too, and will be sticking to going there instead. Otherwise, This store is a nightmare. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I don't go to Wal-Mart often, but now I move close to this particular one. Ohh they need to revamp this store or emptied and start again. My son has a leg injury, and we try looking for the shopping scooter. I think they had maybe 10 none of them were in working condition. Staff walking around doing nothing and rude, but then again, I think it's a requirement to work there. And the worst part is that I might have to keep going to it because I live 5 min from it

At the Burlington Walmart watch out for the Door Gestapo. Not all of them are rude and think they have been given worldly power. There is one that thinks he is God or something.One bright spot is Bob in the eyeglasses. He is great and will go out of his way for you.

My debit card was not readable I was told to go to 3 different registers and yes the security guard walked passed. I called my bank and was told that it's the stores machine. Walmart needs to update their machines. They are not current for tap just insert. So after going around in circles I finally was able to make my purchase. I should have just left the store

I have been shopping here for years and this place is filled with the BEST employees! The store is always clean, everyone is super friendly, and I never have trouble finding what I need. A few employees that really stand out to me are Marwah, Helen, Mohammad, Rich, and Mr Charles. They’ve grown to be friends!Great place and I recommend shopping here to others!

Returning an item is like brain surgery. It shouldn't be that complicated to return inanimate objects. You scan the barcode von my phone and insisted it was not valid.. Fortunately a manager and another worker had common sense.

Was told about some things in Burlington, NJ store. Very dirty conditions! The person saw for themselves...with food products around. I'm calling corporate! I spoke to corporate office. I did contact corporate just for safety issues. Food safety. They said it would be addressed! I hope so. I'm not one to complain. I just want clean environment where I and others get our food! Sorry if I offended anyone.

It's Walmart, so you know what to expect, Ghetto City. Forget trying to use a handicap scooter. The out of control teenagers are riding through the store on them. Whatever happened to people looking for someone instead of screaming through the store for them??? Forget using the self checkout. All the scammers and thieves use them, so I'll continue to use an actual employee to ring me up. But.... if u want to watch thievery in action, stand in line for self checkout and watch it happen. Nobody does anything about it. I no longer go into the store. I'll place an online order and use curbside pickup. I don't think Walmart can ever fix how bad it is inside a store, but I always have fun people watching. We won't even get started on all the "entitleds" who park in front of the store instead of in one of the hundred of parking spaces.

It's a Walmart. Has everything you need, food, tape, TVs, and weird people scattered throughout. Fast checkout, and fun people to avoid. All-in-all A+, definitely recommend. Sunday nights are the greatest experience! Update: Had plenty of low cost LED light strips and Christmas left over great gifts for a very low price! WooHoo!

This Walmart would normally only get a 4 star rating from me, however I have it a 5 only because of the awesome FREE DC Fast charger out front. I was traveling home to Tampa, FL from Long Island, NY. This station. Is not only free but pretty quick at 43KW. A free charge along the way Is always nice. The Walmart store itself was not adequately stocked on the shelves. It looked as if stockers haven't worked since yesterday morning. There didn't seem to be enough staff members, but it was a clean and a very big super Walmart. They just have an issue with keeping stuff in stock. Self checkout is your best bet when it comes to checkout process. Great stopping point if you have an electric car traveling North or South and you can get your shopping done, or pick up any last minute items you may have forgotten.

This walmart has the most unprofessional "managers" that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I purchased a defective air mattress. When I went to go return the air mattress, I was told I could only exchange the air mattress for the same or greater value, but I could not get a refund. I understood and was willing to exchange the air mattress. However, they did not have this or any better air mattresses in stock. I explained this to the woman at customer service, and she basically told me there were no other options for me. Jessica, who told me she was a manager, entered the conversation and stated I just have to find a walmart that has it in stock. To this, I replied they could at least inform me as to which Walmart would have it in stock so that I am not traveling all across New Jersey trying to find the air mattress. Jessica refused to help and told me that Walmart's system did not have that capability and that I would have to do that on my own. After some pushback, she did look it up and told me the nearest one in stock was about 50 miles from me, which I did not feel was an acceptable solution. The next morning, I called corporate and reported Jessica and requested a better solution. The young lady I spoke to at corporate was very kind and helpful. She stated that I could go back to the store and ask for a specific manager. They would either be able to order me an air mattress to be delivered at that store, or they could do a one-time courtesy refund. Either of those options was satisfactory. Well, the issue is that I am in the military and was recently stationed in New Jersey. I do know the area very well and provided corporate with the wrong store and therefore they gave me the information for the wrong manager. For that, I take full responsibility. When I went back to the store again, Jessica was very unprofessional and unpolite in her approach. She proceeded to talk about me and the situation to another employee right in front of me as those I was not standing there despite the fact that the employee pointed me out to her. Jessica informed me that she could not help me and directed me to go to the store that I had spoken to corporate about. At that point, I called corporate whilr in the store. Again, the young man was very helpful. He told me to ask for Mr Cooper, who is the manager. I stayed on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes while Mr Cooper refused to talk to me but instead sent over another employee 3 different times to tell me they could not help me and I would have to go to a different store. At one point, the young man on the phone even told me to inform the employee that I was on the phone with corporate and that he wanted to speak to Mr Cooper directly. Eventually, Mr Cooper did come to me, but no apologies for the inconvenience and no sense of customer service. They finally gave me a store credit. I understand it is the holiday season, and things get hectic, but that is no excuse for nasty behavior, especially coming from those who are supposed to be running the establishment. I pray that Mr. Cooper and Jessica receive the must need training to equip them to be better managers because the employees of that Walmart desire better, and the community that shops there desire better treatment.

I am so done with Walmart. No matter what city or state, they are equally disappointing. Shelves are completely bare while the aisles are filled with boxes stacked in a continous train of unattainable products. Cashiers look like they hate their job and any staff walking around intentionally avert their gaze. I'd rather go to Target and pay more for items that are readily available and an ounce of customer service.

I literally have asked multiple associates to open a display and no one has been able to accommodate a line of 5 customers to open 1 display. We literally have been waiting for 20mins. We even went to Customer Service and asked for help. Wal-Mart, DO BETTER!

I love Walmart !! But I want to post a little warning I almost got scam with fake survey job opportunity!! In the mail I received big cardboard envelope from Usps and inside was check for around $2000 and two pages letter. Basically this letter says I was chosen to participate in survey and if I’m accepting this job I will get paid around 450$ depending on Few fees amount! So instructions was the check and cash out! Chose one of the Walmart stores and purchase at that location to gift cards each $500 and I can purchase for cash or I can deposit that cash on my account and pay with my debit card!! Contact Supervizor -number was in the letter with instructions! And they were guide me with the next step. the claim a lot of people purchasing gift cards but instead of receiving charge gift card with money they receiving empty gift cards! I supposed to purchase gift cards made for Wal-Mart brand specific! After that I supposed to go to the second location and purchase additional $500 gift card there! Because some of the Walmart locations they might have a limit how many gift cards in that big amount you can purchase in the one location! Then next instructions was taken off the paint what was on the gift card and make pictures of front and back of each and only gift cards what I buy for money assigned for this operation!!! Perfect Scam!! Because if you have money on your account bank not checking checks right away and you purchasing those gift cards with your own money and later making picture of all the important information what is on the gift cards and teeth is able to clean up those prepaid visa gift cards ! You have a phone call from the bank or in the mail then check was fake!! my facing fraud, because the check was on your legal name!! so if you get the letter from Cedric Brooks😂😂😂don’t worry about secret shopper Mission bc all is fake. People not realizing that might be scam because we get paid $450 ! and you depositing check on your account so everything looks so real but if you really think you can make $450 and 15 minutes or maximum 30 minutes of working and you are not broker !you crazy in the first place! !!And people who study a lot of years and becoming doctors sometimes even they don’t make that much money in that short period of time! Please be careful don’t get scam!

Horrible! I ordered groceries and my order was delayed 2.5 hours and then I get home open my trunk to take out my groceries and see this! How do you treat people this way. The employee never greeted me just stood next to my trunk until I opened it. Then loaded my groceries, never asking me if I had bags or needed bags. This is outrageous, I mean seriously. Come on!

Spacious but sometimes crowded in the parking lot and in the store but it is worth the wait and patience to be there. Reasonable prices on everything from food, groceries, appliances, conveniences, clothing for the young, very young, older and oldest persons always on bargain, sales, your family or home, work or business , Pharmacy, health, garden needs and more all in one big place at your convenience and affordable prices. Thank you very much for your Staff hospitality occasionally and personal convenience time after time... Thank you for the cleaning staff and those who listen when we as Customers have a problem or needs. There's room for more improvements though...

It's shameful that we killed all the mom-and-pop stores for a company like this. Yeah it sucks that people are deplorable and steal from your company, but you don't have to take it out on small towns who have no looting by scanning customers' receipts(not talking about this particular store, just walmart in general). This reflects badly upon their leadership. I've had bad experiences with walmart before, because I don't expect much from them, but never reported it because it's that pathetic of a company. This is the last straw, I'm going to Costco from now on.

Last week was the second week in a row,that I went to A CASHEIR WHO REFUSES TO BAG MY FOOD. The first kid just leaned on his register and watched. Last week pissed me off because the kid cashing me out pulled out his cell phone,checking his messeges while I am bagging my order. Just because we have to bring our own bags, these little kids you are hiring at 15 an hour are lazy and how about hiring people willing to work for 15 an hour. TOTALLY INCREDIBLE. THATS WHY WE STARTED SHOPPING AT OTHER PLASES. JUST THE THINGS I NEED AND NOTHING MORE.

My review is biased being employeed there. There are good workers and there.. well.. aren't. I'm one of the ones that cares and will go beyond my job description to help a customer. The shelves may not always have what you need but don't forget about online be shopping and pickup. If we don't have it you can have it shipped to the store for free and depending on the price of your order have it shipped to your home for free.

10/10/23 Rated 2 Stars due to the deplorable condition of the ladies restroom. 1)This has to be the worst bathroom at a Walmart in all my travels. Grown folk's not cleaning up behind themselves in a public place, makes you wonder what their home looks like. 2) For it to be that Messy, Stinky, Toilet's not flushed, leads me to believe that maintenance/cleaning staff aren't checking every half hour or hour. What happened to having pride? On my way out I stopped at customer service to report it but even with that I was not confident that it would be corrected in a timely fashion. 3) Some grown folk's have to do better, specially if you want children to do better. Lead by example and not a Nasty example

Walmart I think is my 2nd house lol! I feel very confident when I go to look for something in a good price especially in the supercenters. They have so many things that you don't even notice the time when you inside the store.
