Today I came into ShopRite and had the typical shopping experience, but as time went by that quickly declined.Once I purchased my two hundred and forty dollars worth of food I noticed I couldn’t find my keys once I got to the car. I went back in and asked customer service did they find any lost keys and he said no nothing was returned , but I’ll go check with LP I believe. He came back and said no, this guy was taller and had dark brown hair. So I continued to look around the store and retrace my steps.At some point I even took my groceries out of my cart that was filled to the top to look to see if maybe my keys were in the bottom . Although , they weren’t as I was doing this, a couple male workers passed me and saw me ; one male even looked like he could be a manager, but no one said anything or asked me if I needed help.I then went and asked the man with the dark brown hair again did anyone find keys and he said no , his response was very short and maybe even a little rude.So I looked around the store again and couldn’t find them so I called triple A , assuming I must have locked them in the car.Once again I went to my car to see if I saw them and I did. So I went back inside the store to see if I could buy something that had a hook to get my car open because the window was down. I bought three items I thought would help me on my way to self check out workers were looking at me suspicious but I thought nothing of it.When I began to ring out I asked one of the girls to help me because something didn’t have a tag on it and I needed a price check. She made up a price, for two items and told me to have a good day and that was my last time leaving the store.I struggled for 10 mins until a nice couple came and helped me. They got my car open with some tongs I brought that I snapped in half, me and my kids were so reluctant that somebody would help since a worker didn’t look twice to see if I needed help.Just as I opened my door after I put my kids in the car, long and behold I thought someone was coming to help me, WRONGO. Here comes Loss Prevention Miles with his two month old straight backs . I thought he was coming over to help me open my door after I bought 240 dollars worth of food from the corporation he worked for , had two children under 3, it was freezing cold, and it was late at night.But no instead I hear a voice say” do you have a receipt or can I see your receipt. “I was shocked the gumption this man had to ask me that. As soon as he asked me that I asked for his name and he paused because I think some common sense may have came into his head, but he proved me wrong.Oh but it gets better. After he told me his name he decided to say something along the lines of “ oh after your rung up the three items the girl said she didn’t see you ring up all your groceries…. “ or something that sounded stupid like that.He asked could he see my receipt where he met me in the parking lot he had to be 10 feet away from me , for a moment he just stood there . When he did that I lifted up my receipt from Burlington and he said oh okay it looks like it adds up, as if for some reason he thought that I was going to bring it to him I said you can come over here and look at it . Mind you it wasn’t even a shop rite receipt. He didn’t even come check the receipt, he failed at his job completely .If you’re going to do your job at least do it right.He should have checked the cameras before approaching me and you’d think employees who saw me come in and out looking for my keys would notify one another. I felt racially profiled, offended, and like a criminal. I will be in contact with my lawyer soon to see if I can do anything about this ordeal. ShopRite do better.

While in New Jersey, I had thoughts of items I needed for my pantry at home. Along my driving, I saw the ShopRite sign. No worries! All of the items I needed were easily found. Plus, some extra goodies, too. I love the experience of shopping at ShopRite.

Their produce is always rotten.Aside from that they have really good cakes in the bakery. I bought a piece of tres leches cake made there. In the bakery. I called to order a whole cake 3 days later, they told me they didn’t have the ingredients or the pan to make it. Which is weird, because this is the exact location I got a piece from just a few days before. I know it was made there because it was in the container/packaging they use to sell the in store baked goods.Liars.

Customer service at this location is really lacking. Employees/the kids that are working in the store need more training in providing service to the customers shopping at the store especially self checkout lanes. Instead of accusing customers of theft, why not let them know that their carts need to be emptied entirely before scanning. Instead of staring customers down with unprofessional looks, be helpful and remind them of how things are done in the store. Even Walmart down the street has better customer service than this location and that should tell you everything.

This is one of the coolest & cleanest supermarkets. When you walk in towards the left, there’s a big selection of grab n go foods and a cafe area. Restrooms are located there too.

When only one entrance is open, they don't put a visual aid up to let people with disabilities know. You walk to the door and have to walk back to your car to move to the other side. No big deal to most, but for someone living with MS, a sign would be great. There is a huge sign letting us know lunch meat is on sale, why not a big sign letting folks know the door is inoperable? By the way, my name is Karen.

Decent prices good sales you always have to think ahead and comparison price items the store brand is just as good as the name brand products if not better conservative shop and everything will be fine you don't always need the items you see on TV a lot of time your paying for those commercials that your seeing doesn't make any sense

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my brother n sister in laws anniversary n when going to pick it up noone had it made they had no flower vase n didn't have the flowers I requested. I went home brought the gift over to be embarrassed by my family laughing n giving it back to me saying y would u put flowers in a fruit jar where's the top it has measurements on the side n all I never saw what it was put in I was told a vase off the shelf these r the pics of the disgrace they gave me then the store mgnr was yelling at me on the phone n we the customers pay his salary. I was hung up on 20 x by customer service. I hope the owner Mr eikoff sees this n responds cause this isn't the first time this happened. A mgnr took my order n never gave it to be made. They are the worst with mgnt customer assistance I've ever seen. Now I know why there's such a big turn over in that store my son told me he quit cause the mgnr tried yelling at him at the top of his voice n he told him ur not my mother lower it he got in trouble as a minor n it wasn't even his fault they put him in an 18 n older receiving area n he didn't have a clue how to operate the machinery they had him using. I should've sued them for that. I tried calling florists but wasn't able to get one done immediately until I later found the one in willingboro on sunset n told her what ShopRite did n she said eventho they were closing shed help me out. As u can see there's a beautiful bouquet as I ordered made from this florist that ShopRite was to do n couldn't even do that right.

Barbara is the rudest person they have in there. I was using self check out and she approached me saying oh I think you forgot something. When I wasn't even finish ringing up yet I would've caught that when I was walking out. Then she accused me for not paying for my chicken when I told her it was paid for more than three times. She was a complete a-hole. I usually don't have no issues at this ShopRite. Never seen that lady in there she must be was new. But that was a horrible way to start of the morning

If you want expired food, Burlington, NJ ShopRite is the place to go. This has been an ongoing problem at this location. Make sure you check the expiration before purchasing from this location. I bought milk that spoiled before it expired which tells me that it stays out too long before it’s put in the counter to get cold. My husband bought a cake mix with worms in the mixture. I no longer shop at Shop Rite. I go to Wegmans, at least the food is fresh there. I sent my husband to go go food shopping and he decided to shop at Shop Rite and he bought a cake mix today, January 27 and of course the cake mix is expired.

I called ahead and was told the deli was open till 8, I drive 20 mins got there at 730 the deli was closed... Out of chicken in the meat case like no raw chicken drumsticks or thighs, no shoprite eggs ... Super disappointed

Customer service here is absolute garbage. I’ll take the extra drive to Delran from now. A bunch of children playing at self check out instead of being an actual help then act as if you are stealing something after needing help. It’s ridiculous and insulting. Do yourself a favor if you are needing anything and go somewhere else.

My order today was a disaster. Delivered to front door in spite of specific back door delivery. The order sat in the sun and all frozen foods were melted and uneatable. A call to them was worthless. Was told they use Uber delivery and they don't speak English nor read English yet they continue to screw the public. Be aware.

Staff is GREAT, pleasant and professional, but what is going on with the Bakery, this is the 3rd cake I've brought from ShopRite and was once again Disappointed. ShopRite used to have the Best cakes and cupcakes, now it's like cornbread with icing. Please change your recipe.

I love the Burlington ShopRite, they always have great deals, and especially during covid-19 they keep their prices low, I'm a single dad 2, and I had an issue with my family first card it would not swipe all the cashiers know how to manually type in the card. Ty shop rite. ( Blair was the nice young woman who helped my 1yr old son, 4yr ol daughter and myself.)Again ty shop rite thank u blair

Plenty of helpful employees, love the bowl and basket shoprites own brand it is a good value and tastes just like if not better than name brand. They also have a great selection of wine , fresh seafood and meats. I make a special trip in order to shop in this big clean and friendly grocery store.

This store is by far the most eye appealing Shop Rites I’ve seen. The layout of items and to navigate where things should be is the downside. I recently moved out here and my grocery bill is always so high shopping at this shop rite. I take the 30 min drive to Hamilton on 33 because the prices are definitely different. For quick last minute needs, I go to this store.

1/16/22 - Update - still no Spatchcocked Chickens. You can't order one, and no one is there to ask if there are any are in the ovens. Only one dried up one under the warming light. Hate to say it, but try another Shoprite if you want freshly grilled chicken.12/31 - Update. Maybe educate the produce employees as to the difference between Parsley and Cilantro.11/8 - Update. Thank you for the reply. I truly appreciate you guy's listening to customers.Although it is a great picture of Spatchcocked Chicken, you used to be able to order them at the kiosk. That kiosk is no longer there. If you can find one under the heat lamps, it is usually dried out. Since you guy's opened, I have purchased MANY of these chickens through that kiosk. They were always fresh of the grill or out off the oven. I miss that. As do many other customers.11/7/2021 UPDATE... Same 2 words as before, EXPRESS LANES. Plus, what happened to ordering Spatchcocked Chickens? This place is going backwards.Shoprite of Burlington, I have 2 words for you... EXPRESS LANES. Why don't you open them anymore?

My husband and I decided to go a little out of our way and shop at your store several days ago. We always go to the Hamilton Marketplace shop rite. We are not a fan of that store, but it's the closest. My husband and I were thrilled with your store! It's enormous, spacious,and stocked . Your store has so much more to offer than the Hamilton Marketplace store. We had a wonderful experience.

The Shoprite in Burlington Township has to be one of the worst grocery stores I’ve ever experienced. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten spoiled food, most recently bought $25 worth of Cod opened the package and I had to air out the house it smelled so bad. And their prepared food is disgusting. Chicken salad is so inconsistent dry one time and then swimming in mayonnaise the next. Produce is below average. And their prices are not that much better than Wegmans etc. I wish we would get some competition so they could either get better or go under.

The quality of this location has deteriorated significantly over the last few months. In addition to the shelves being poorly stocked, the employees, ranging from cashier to manager level, are listless and rude!I went in to purchase a generic birthday cake that was behind the display for a family member. I did not want anything inscribed on the cake. I waited in the bakery area for ten minutes. When I noticed no one was coming to serve me, I approached the manager, namely David Baker. I was told the attendant was on break and the wait would be another 20-30 minutes. When I asked if he could assist me, he responded by saying, "that is not my job". I find such a response to be unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I left without the cake.As a weekly shopper, I once praised ShopRite for quality. I can no longer describe this location as such. I have been shopping at this Burlington store for three years and have noticed the decline.

The curb side pickup for the 3 rd time in a row has taken 30 minutes. My order was ready over an hour before my arrival and the customer service was extremely slow. It use to be good.

It's an okay store, I mean hey, it's a supermarket. What is irritating is self check. So many people crammed into this space. Why are we comfortable with this? I feel so much anxiety participating in self checkout.

Put an onlinec order for deli. Arrived approximately 30 minutes after we ordered. Waited for an hour and no one made our order. Was told it got busy so no one was doing online orders, ok however we continued to wait for an hour ad watched the not work on the order when no other customers were there and take customers as the came up and completely ignored us standing there for an hour ....
