The facility is great. The staff was great. I enjoyed taking my puppy to get a bath here. Their self wash station was clean, well equipped, and in good working condition. I might start passing the one by my house to go here.

I love the store however they're doing$5coupon for your next shopping spree if you spend $50 or more it doesn't say that you have to do it in one transaction, I had two transactions at eagle Dover way over I could not get my coupons. You would think that that the person behind the register would have told me this before hand

AWESOME SELF-SERVICE DOG WASH! The water gets warm enough to soothe your dog & the blow dryer gets warm enough to actually dry them, too (a lot of others just blow cold air). The staff is always super professional & courteous and the store is always spotless & clean. Their prices are pretty competitive with good deals on their specials. They even have a station with homemade decorated dog cookies & birthday cakes. If this wasn't enough, they have kitties in the window up for adoption. This pet store is definitely a quality gem for Burlington! Well done, Pet Valu!

Great staff! Normal pet store prices. But their self service dog wash station was amazing and super convenient. Just bring your own brush and some smell good spay if you use it.

Great place to take your dog for a do it yourself shower. I like the prices and variety of brands especially because you'll often see discounted items. Tons of toys and food choices. The also sell small animal food and accessories at a good price so that's a plus!!

Always the greatest people there. Helpful and informative. My dogs LOVE them and I love the bath area (make a mess and they clean up for you) I am Soooooo sad to see this store go...

I was questioned as soon as I walked through the door to use the doggie bath area. Asked if I needed shampoo, nope have my own.... What kind is it? It's the kind you guys sell. Which one? The natural shampoo that's for fleas and ticks - preventative and soothing. Does the dog have fleas and ticks, etc.? Like what????? NO! I'm holding a very well-groomed toy poodle. Won't be back because I felt interrogated.

Unfriendly staff and did not ask for your pet valu card. Customer service not good. What's in store on April 11th around 10:30 a.m. 3 employees in store no one said a word to you no help at all.when I went to pay the woman didn't even say hi or nothing. Wonder there's no one shopping in the store. Again she did not ask for the pet valu card.

Helpful staff, good prices, wide variety of products for a small store. They also have do-it-yourself doggie baths (all you need to bring is your dog— they provide the bath, soap, dryer).

This is by far the best place for all your pet needs. The staff is amazing & knowledgeable. Also, they have a cat adoption through a local rescue which is wonderful.

I called to get info on dog cones for my yorkie they didn't have the plastic one available in his size but staff offered another type in his size and price.
