Every single time I order, I find extra little toys and shreds for my sweet birdie! (They also have been including a little bag of human candy!) Absolutely love this small business. I live in California so I order online and I receive my order extremely fast and usually get free shipping. They have the best deals. You can earn points and redeem them for money off as well. Everything is package extremely well and they always throw in some extra goodies. Thank you for everything! I love this store!!! I live in TN and order my Harrison’s Bird Food from them and have just been astounded at how they try to keep prices as reasonable as possible and offer extremely reasonable shipping rates as well. Their site is fun, informative, easy to search around in, and loaded with all sorts of safe toys, treats, perches, and anything else one might need to keep their birds happy and healthy. If I lived up there, they would be running me out of the store every day! Super fast shipping! If I had one complaint, it's the shipping is too fast, haha! I ordered on a Friday night and, by the posted hours, I assumed closed on the weekend. An item got dropped from my shopping cart before I paid and sent, was hoping to call at Monday opening to see if I could add it but my order already shipped! Great packing too. Thank you for the free surprise goodies!

I have gotten 3 orders from My Safe Bird Store now and the customer service is ridiculously amazing! First, everything is packed like a gift and fun to open(feels like Christmas every time). Second they send treats for the whole family, kids, dogs and our birds! Now when we get a box the whole family has to "unbox" the package! I will attach a photo of our baby macaw only seconds after hanging his new toy. He eats a lot and we have to get many lbs of food for him so this is perfect for him. This place has everything! It's safe and clean, and the best prices too!!! I will be purchasing all our bird supplies from them from now on! Also, I love the hand written thank you's, so much thought and care into every order. I highly recommend My Safe Bird Store to ALL bird people!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Katie and Lorie are amazing! They ship your order quick with a personalize note thanking you for your business! They go out of their way to include goodies for you, your bird, dog and cat! I can't say enough good things about this company! The shipping speed is super fast and the way the items are packaged is top notch. I love the fact that they thank you personally in writing on the packing slip and include extra freebies that you wouldn't expect including treats for other animals you have in your household and also candy for yourself. I have shopped with these lovely people for a little while now and am always extremely pleased with everything from the products to the shipping, to the prices, and all the way to the beautiful and thoughtful packaging. The prices for all of their items are incredibly fair and I know that I can rest easy knowing that the products I buy are safe for my birds. Great store. Good prices and selection, excellent loyalty program. I'm always happy to receive my order and see the extra enrichment pieces included for free. I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so! This has always been the best place for purchase supplies for my birds.My one suggestion would be resealable bags for all bulk food & treats. It might raise prices a bit, but it would be very convenient! :)

Any time there’s been an issue it’s always been taken care of expediently. This is the first store I recommend to literally everyone who has a bird. I’m sure people think I’m a one trick pony suggesting My Safe Bird Store all the time by now! I swear by them, my partner was super impressed and he was just as excited when we opened the box for our budgie children (Lime, Apricot, Blueberry, and Plum)! Even cooler to get human treats, too! The sales are on point, the customer service has always been stellar, and it’s a pleasant site plus it’s a great idea to support independent retailers. They’ll always be the first place we go when looking for bird toys, food, and any extras we can get for them!

I love My Safe Bird Store. I’ve placed online orders with them. They ship everything really fast and package everything so well with colored tissue paper and gift bags it’s like getting a gift 🎁. They even include little bags of treats for my dog and my birds, and a bag of candy for me! Their store made food blends are the best quality I’ve ever seen, nothing like what I can get in stores around me. All human grade ingredients. And they have the biggest selection of products I’ve ever seen! Highly recommended.
