Went in to check out some pricing and see what the best options were for what we were looking for, and the associate gave us a lot of good ideas. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable, the location is very clean and all the birds were very well taken care of. Headed back today to buy our new pet.

I stumbled across this store on a road trip a long time ago and recently started ordering from their online store. I don't have enough words of kindness toward their customer service. Not only is there rarely errors in their orders but the one time I had an issue it was resolved immediately. They have super fast shipping as well as amazing prices on items you can't easily get elsewhere. We are happy customers and order all our toys and snacks here.

Hands down the best bird store I have ever been too. Clean healthy birds and the best toy supplies you can get for the best prices. We also buy a variety of treats from here. Staff is always nice and helpful. We are from Ohio and go to bird store all over the US and this is the one we will continue to go too.

I ordered a bird cage that arrived in two large boxes. Upon building it, the cage had some issues that were clearly defects from the manufacturer. I called the store to explain. The manager was extremely accommodating and resolved the issue right away. This is 5 star customer service. Everything was done over the phone and it was like being there in person because the entire process was expedited right away! This is what will keep customers going back. Knowing they are there to help no matter what. Thank you!!!!

The store has everything for aviary species.. Certainly the largest and best supplied store on the East Coast. Well worth stopping at when you are in the Burlington NJ area.. Very Customer oriented. You'll have a great source of supplies. And a valuable source for information.

Beautiful birds, clean cages, awesome selection of toys and toy parts at a decent price. I live down in Delaware but I'll be visiting again as soon as possible. The pictures don't do this place justice. Its gorgeous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a reason they do not do returns. Be very careful. I ordered a flight suit for my cockatiel, which was listed as a Lanyard. I also ordered a leash as a Lanyard. Only one side of the order was correct. which was the leash only. The website has issues if it does not label the correct sizes for birds.
