Lunchtime during the week is not a good time to go if you are pressed for time. I was there yesterday and today to buy and the line was so long that I left both days without buying anything. This is always the case. They only have about 3 registers open.

The selection was not my taste in clothing. Even when I manage to scrounge for a pair of pants. When I got to the register, the cashier was very uninviting. She basically balled up my pants and placed them in the bag... she frowned the entire time. Barely spoke to be heard.I am not one for negative reviews, but.... the level of service was less than ideal. I can deal if you are having a bad day. But, she did this to everyone in front of me, and we were all nice and polite.

Marshall's/Home Goods is the kind of store you want to visit frequently because the inventory changes quickly and because of this they offer really good discounts. I also like the variety of unique gift ideas I can find here. The staff is often on the floor if you need help unlike other stores. Where else can you buy a Channukah Llama Snow Globe and Hemp Oil for your hair under one roof?...lol.

The store is bare with hardly anything on the shelves. It's a shame it was such a great place during the time when online shopping wasn't a priority

HORRIBLE MANAGERS! I came in to buy a couple stuff and I see the short white lady with the messy blonde hair, I believe her name is Susie, she starts yelling at two of the young cashiers in front of everybody. Susie should be ashamed of herself and her attitude. If thats how management treats their young workers, I will not be coming here again.

Not much different or unique from last year as far as seasonal summer outdoor things, but I found a cute metal watering can. The cashiers were pleasant & friendly & knew what they were doing at the register so my return & purchase went quickly.

Some nice deals to be found, overall polite staff. Store could be bit cleaner and organized. I feel alot of this comes from customers just tossing things around making it hard for staff to keep up with it

Now that the store is a home goods/ Marshall’s there is a ton of variety and stock/inventory. Prices are impressive for the high end brand. Gave 4 stars because they didn’t expand the store (although they probably could have with vacancies on both sides) so everything is extremely crammed and is what I consider an organized mess. Hoping it gets better with time.

The associate that checked me out at 9:00 last night on October 1st was unbelievably rude. It’s 9pm and the store doesn’t close until 9:30. As she’s ringing me up, she’s talking to another associate about “it’s not that serious” and “why do people think they need to come in this late”. I understand that that is irritating as I work in customer service as well but, 1. she said that right in front of a customer and 2. she has to stay until closing anyway. I’m just shocked she couldn’t wait until after I left to say what she did.

HomeGoods usually carries great deco for the home, but this store has employees that don't know there job, and don't stock well. Someone from Corporate needs to pay a visit. The cashier was very pleasant and accommodating. She is a keeper.

I wanted to recognize Abby who waited on me at Layaway last night. For a young woman her customer service skills were top notch. She was beyond professional and very friendly. Well done Abby!

Lots of cool stuff to choose from but so many made in China so I find it easy to walk on by. Hard to find anything not made in China. My shopping cart was not full

At times this store looks like they barely have enough merchandise to fill the store the other problem is they don't have enough of any particular item so that if you find something you like finding it in your size or in the colors that you may like is almost impossible to find so it's a pretty much Hit or Miss type of store it's great if you're just looking for odds and ends and knick-knacks but for any type of real clothing shopping if you have something in mind in advance this is definitely not the place to go you just have to take your chances and hope you get lucky
