This location is truly the definition of GHETTO. The workers seem very unmotivated, rude and they don’t seem to be doing their job because the place is very very nasty I’m talking DIRTY FLOORS LIKE ITS NEVER BEEN MOPPED, dirt all on the items, things just laying everywhere, etc… YALL GOTTA DO BETTER! You will usually only see one person at the register and when there is no one checking out they’ll walk away to do whatever and you’ll be waiting. I remember I went to checkout and a female employee sighed and said “Ugh”. SMH

Horrible management!!! Don’t shop here unless you enjoy rude service or have no choice. I went here with my mother and 3 year old sister to buy diapers at around 8pm on Easter Sunday. The diapers were on sale according to a bright yellow price tag on the shelf. We went to the cash register expecting to pay the price listed. The cashier rang up the diapers and read off a price that was significantly more expensive than the price on the shelf. He had no clue why the price was more expensive so he called the manger on duty to assist him. It took about 10 minutes for the manager to appear out of the back room after the cashier looked for him all around the store and called for him on the walkie-talkie. Turns out the sale on the diapers ended but the same price tag was still up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the delay in coming to help, the manager shrugged us off. His mannerisms were extremely rude and very unexpected from a manager. Ultimately he ended up walking away without assisting us. Customer service is very bad here, consider better screening for employees or more training on customer service. I rarely write reviews so this says a lot.

I stopped at this store as soon as it opened today. I thought the store had been ransacked!! Incredibly dirty, disorganized, and mismanaged. I really thought it had been ransacked overnight. I walked out without buying a thing.

This store is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It should be closed down completely so a store that actually does business can serve the community. The store is closed more than it is open. Management and the majority of the staff are ignorant and ghetto. Don't shop here if you have the chance to go elsewhere.

Nice size store . Recently redone to expand and rearrange. Nice change. Added more items (fridge/freezer section). lines usually too long. Store Usually unorganized. Good prices though like you'd expect from a dollar General.

This store not only is barely stocked of essentials (which really was like that before the Covid 19 crisis)The employees here are ghetto,rude,unprofessional and has nasty attitudes. Today,I encountered poor customer service from two extremely rude young black female employees who work here. I only come here because it’s near my home,Corporate offices for a Dollar General need to retrain these employees at this store in proper customer etiquette and greeting their customers in a respectful manner.

Horrible! This store is a dump, and I will NEVER set foot inside of it anymore. Merchandise is everywhere, and there's only one associate in the store ringing everyone, and she's very slow. The line is around the store, and no one came to help. Both the manager and the district manager should be fired. Somebody has dropped the ball big time. There is more merchandise on the floor than there's on the shelves. If this store cannot be revamped, it should be closed down. It's a disgrace to our community.

Great place and great costomer service the deals are amazing some of the same things you can find at Walmart or here there a cheaper depending on what you're trying to find. I always find my detergent about 3 to $4 cheaper the same type of detergent that I like to buy from other stores here at Dollar General for a lot cheaper it is hard times out here and you can find a lot of things that fit your needs at Dollar General if you go through and browse around and just walk the store really slowly you'll find what you need.

This is my new store. I really was favoring family Dollar. . but I've found some great deals at Dollar general. This store was so organized and clean. Friendly staff Price is Right. Five thumbs up.

Messy store, food freezer section smelled of horrible, rotten food. Items are always in the wrong place and stuff is always more expensive than labeled. When you tell them about the discrepancies they either don't care or get mad.

Brought an item at the Willingboro store, tried to return the item in Burlington store because it’s closer to me.. I had the receipt and the cashier said I had to return the item at the Willingboro store. Don’t understand why it matters what store I return a dollar general item. Horrible management

Katrina was the cashier she was so nice i thought i put something back on the shelf because i didnt want the item and she told me not to take it back that she would do it for me also the stire was nice a clean and it was easy to find everything that i needed. Dollar Genral the life saver!!!

The iles were jam pack with overnight delivery.. wasn't able to locate what i went there for..only one cashier n noStore help.. very disappointed had to go to Walmart to purchase laundry products 😒 🙄

Not the worst Dollar General I've been to, but not the best. The store is crowded with a ton of stuff, some of which made it to the floor or at least out of the designated area. I still found what I needed though.

Got over charge, remember what the price tag say or it can happen to you. Did get my money back. But was still short change for .25 cent. True fully the store isn't that bad, just know your prices.

Smh...dirty, unorganized, boxes lying in the middle of the aisles, never stocked, tripping hazards. Don't waste your time...unless ur going in to buy a quick snack from the front section of the store. If you go in the back you may not find your way out. You have been warned...

Dollar general is my go to place. All cashier's are great. Alot of times I find great hard to find stuff in Dollar general. It's located on Sunset Rd willimgboro. Pleasant staff.
