Bought a floor stand for my macaw. Paid $467.00 for a large stand, came with a wheel not attached, and it's so top heavy it isn't stable by any means.the base is cheaply made.. I'm older and getting this sent back isn't the easiest for me. Will keep it and have a friend make a more heavy duty base but will not buy from A&E again and will let all my parrot lovers know.. very very disappointed!!

Update: received a call from the company last Thursday. Just waiting to receive the touch up paint and I will update.Had to wait 3 months for my cages. Received them and one is absolutely perfect (thus earning the 3 stars) but the second is missing a huge spot of the powder coat and also has a weird weld where the sodder material is piled up instead of flat and smooth. I emailed the company a week ago and still have received no response at all.

I just want everyone to know that the A&E cage company no longer sells a product that is worth what is charged for it. About a decade ago, I ordered an A&E triple stack cage. The quality was great. It lasted for 10 years before parts started to needed to be replaced. So when my flock grew, and I needed another triple stack, I decided again to order from the A&E cage company. I purchased a triple stack cage, the 22x24. I have had that cage for no more than a year and a half, maybe less. I recently had two different parts break on that brand new A&E triple stack cage. The first time they ordered the wrong part and made me purchase it, even though the first piece should have been covered by warranty. So I paid and they shipped me the wrong piece. After long discussions with a representative of the company, they decided to go ahead and send me the right piece because the wrong piece was ordered. Then, within 2 months another piece broke on the brand new cage. Both pieces broke at the weld and you could tell they were not welded properly or they would not have let go in less than a year. The A&E cage company representative is putting words in my mouth and trying to state that I admitted my birds are at fault for damaging the cage and during the last call! I'm sorry but there's no way that a 65 gram bird can damage a weld on a metal cage.The A&E cage company representative is telling me that I agreed that my birds had damaged the cage. She said she had a recording. The woman was putting words in my mouth and wanting to charge me for a second piece to a brand new cage within less than a year and a half. I told her that I am sorry, I will not be purchasing any more cages from the A&E cage company because the quality is just not there anymore. It makes no sense to me that I had a cage from them for a decade, and nothing went wrong and then I buy a new one and everything goes wrong with it within a year and a half. I'm sorry, if the cage had been welded properly in both spots it would not have broken. The A&E cage company no longer stands behind their products and the quality is no longer there. That is why I have to warn my friends. Please do not purchase from the A&E cage company. They do not stand behind their products and all you will be ordering and replacing pieces for around $100, two or three times a year.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Anna over at A&E. I recently purchased one of their cages through PetSmart and had some issues with the powder coating. I contacted A&E and was referred to Anna. She went out of her way to contact PetSmart and we got the issue resolved. She is so friendly and attentive and always willing to help. Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had.

I bought one of these cages from Pet Supermart. The sides and top do not line up properly (broken welded pieces on the top) and I had to zip tie the sides. This was the last cage they had in stock, we got our Conure this day also. I called a&e, to see if they would send me replacement parts. Was told "we don't deal with the public", take it back to the pet store. Which is incredibly inconvenient, when you already have your bird. I don't see any harm in helping a customer with replacement parts, guess that's to much to ask- just place your new bird someplace else instead. While you lug a whole cage back to the store. Never heard a company refuse to help a customer directly with some parts.

Have been dealing with A&E for probably 15 years. It is a totally reliable, professional organization. The staff is above par...i.e., attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. My rep is Brent, who makes every contact an enjoyable experience. You can't go wrong with A&E Cage in Burlington, NJ.

I can not say enough good things about A&E Cage Co. They were always so helpful and Anna who helped us was amazing with her customer service was exceptional. I would not think of a better company to support then A&E Cage for our Bird Cage as there quality and customer service is the best!!
