I truly wish I could give it zero stars but that’s not an option, this, PHARMACY is the worst ever. The drive-through is usually closed with a sign in the window saying come inside because we are “short staffed “. Currently sitting in the pharmacy drive-through, and it is six cars deep and hasn’t moved in five minutes, and it’s not even like this is prime time. It’s literally 3 PM Friday afternoon, it just doesn’t make sense!. I have never seen anything like this in my life. It’s appalling……..and CVS you should be ashamed.!!!!’

Like most of the major Pharmacy's, CVS has most things you would expect to find and generally at reasonable prices. I find this particular location to be less crowded and always well stocked.

Horrbile rx never have meds in stock and do not tell you when orders are delayed also give out wrong rx and had to come back twice do not use this cvs for rx I have been using them for over a year tried to give it benefit of the doubt but mistakes kept on being made

Have had my scrips filled here for many years now, 1st when located at the Village Green center and now at their current location. Have always found both pharmacists, John and Mina friendly and professional. The techs are also friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the pharmacy itself is no longer open 24 hours, something I used to take advantage of. Besides that, I'm very satisfied with this CVS and their staff.

You definitely need to make sure you hand them your prescription and tell them you need it filled. I dropped off a prescription via the drop off chute and gave them way more than ample time to check it and fill it. When I went back up there to get the prescription it was still in the chute and not filled. They’re lazy and don’t really care about the customer at all.

They filled prescription with allergic ingredient after discussing beforehand exactly what can’t be taken. They did it anyway but I was told it was safe and not in script. Got severely sick like death and called back to find out that allergen is in prescription. Was on hold for 25 min waiting to talk to pharmacist but she wasn’t available. I won’t be going back there EVER or else we might Die!

I have been a customer for the last two years and truly rethinking another place to have my prescriptions filled.With regard to the pharmacy, I have yet to encounter a friendly person and any questions that you may have is a complete burden to the staff. If I was the employer, they would all be replaced in order to have a friendly staff that enjoys their career and/or enjoys customer service.

I’ve been a pharmacy customer at this store for several years. Never had a bad experience with any of the employees, except for one female associate, not sure if she’s a pharmacy tech or what her actual title is. If you frequent this store, you probably know who I mean. She is always annoyed, always rude and acts like she’s doing you some sort of a favor just by doing her job. Normally one person wouldn’t cause me to leave a bad review or switch pharmacies. But I swear she’s always there, and always the one to answer the phone. This past weekend she basically accused me of lying. That was it, I’m done. Will be using a smaller, independent pharmacy in the area now.

I kinda wish some of the staff there would reconsider their attitude or find a different profession. As a nurse I can totally relate working a long busy day, dealing with sometimes not so happy people. But, it doesn’t excuse the rudeness, short answers, and getting the phone slammed down in your ear when your calling to verify medication availability that’s needed for your child with a serious medical condition, on multiple occasions.

Awhile back I gave this place a bad review. I since decided to give them a second chance. I’m happy I did. The pharmacy fixed a problem for us that we have been having with our health insurance. They even did something so we could get our medication before it was fixed. As far as the store part, that’s gotten better as well. I’m very happy with what ever changed!

I needed a covid test in order to fly. I went here, waited about 40 minutes past my appointment time before testing. I was told that I would receive my test in 2-3 days. It has been 6 days at this point and I still haven't received my results, which caused me to reschedule my flight while I look elsewhere for testing. How can you consider this a pandemic and be so inefficient at providing "life saving" test results?

This CVS is one of the best. Pharmacys around all the people in the pharmacy department are so helpful they are willing to go out of their way to help the customer . the workers up front are the same . I have bin going to this CVS for over 20 years. Thank you to all the workers in store .

I've been going to this CVS for years. Donna, Pat and Rita are the best! They make me feel like family. The store is always clean. It's a great place to do small shopping, if you don't want to go to a supermarket.

Convenient, but definitely an odd place. The main draw here is this location is open 24 hours and easy to enter and exit from Route 46. If you know what your looking for, it's very helpful to have this in town. Batteries, make-up, over-the-counter medicine, a quick snack, that's what this place is good for. But staff is usually sparse, and the does have a quiet almost vacant feel at times. I've not used the pharmacy.

Been a customer here for years but lately they allowed Covid testing in the drive thru in the same line with people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. Is it that hard to make a separate line for Covid testing so your customers don't end up standing in line for an hour to get their prescription?

I scheduled a covid rapid antigen test within the CVS portal at this location. I called, confirmed, and received an email about my appointment. I arrived at my time slot to be told they do not offer that test at that location. Very upset that no call was ever made to me about not having the test beforehand and no remorse or advice was offered after. Not at fault of the employees but the system, Do better CVS

Drug area has unsatisfactory explanation on poll sales. Employee eating in area where pills are being handled openly. Advised she was "on break" had she coughed could contaminate exposed pills, etc. Very bad practice.

I have only been in three times, and each time it an awful experience. Overall, the customer service was horrible, the professionalism lacking, and I could easily gauge that no one wanted to be working due to lack of assistance when asked for help. I dislike giving negative reviews, but I really think it is important that higher management/corporate should recognize the behavior and demeanor that exists at this specific location. Just to give two specific examples: Last visit I asked the pharmacist for a suggestion on an otc medicine - (before I asked the two there were talking a making jokes and trying to not recognize me as I patiently waited at the counter) The male pharmacist straight out told me nothing they have that will work and that my husband had to just "deal with whatever he has". This was my tipping point which made me want to write a public review. The second time I was in was around the holidays to print photo cards. It was not busy and the 3 female associates in the front were gossiping loud about some very personal matters. After having to interrupt their conversation to ask for help, they said the photo person wasn't there to help me. When I went to gather my things out of frustration, they continued to gossip loudly as I walked out - no apologies or goodbyes. I will not be returning and hope the staff at this location gets proper training and supervision going forward! Coming from a retail background and education, this would not fly and management should feel ashamed.

They need to hire more pharmacy techs. The line to pick up medicine always takes a half hour and it's even worse now that they close for an hour in the middle of the day.

Where do i start...okay the store is clean and stocked. However the service was odd i was trying to decide on what meter was best for me. When i walked over to pharmacy, it felt cold in that dept. took them a while before anyone noticed me or maybe they just was ignoring me Idk, but the feeling was not welcoming/ friendly. Next time i will try another location hope that one is better for service

Staff needs to be much nicer. Store is nice but especially the pharmacy is rude in person & on the phone. Was told i had to call them thru their app and i spent 10:47 on hold before a person picked up and was rudw to start off with! Hey buddy 8 spent over 10 minutes on hold i should be the pissed off one! Maybe they need more staff back there. But I'm not happy with them!

Same as my review of Ledgewood CVS... Open 24 hours although their pharmacy department computers have to do some sort of hours long "update" after midnight, effectively making this NOT a 24 hour pharmacy. Wide selection and good prices. CVS Card Cash is a nice 2% cash back bonus every quarter.

The customer service in this CVS is seriously lacking. I had a $15 in Extracare bucks from being on the advisor panel. The first time I tried to use it, the cashier told me it was already redeemed. So I called CVS extracare bucks and they sent me a different extracare bucks printout. I head over to use it, and there's a problem. Manager comes up and right in front of me said, "looks like it's been copied." Referring to the printout I've been using. My printer was running out of two colors of ink, however the barcode was perfect because it was bright black. Why would you sit there and infer I am trying to do something illegitimate? I responded by telling her I have all the correspondence from CVS extracare bucks to prove it wasn't a copy. I asked the manager for her name and told her I was writing a complaint. She got very tight lipped and refused to respond, only telling me to contact CVS extracare bucks. I walked out with only one thing I planned on buying.

This is THE WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever worked with.They constantly mess up my prescriptions, most of the people who work there are rude.I will be switching all of my prescriptions over to Wal-Mart.I am done with the corporate attitude of this company.

The pharmacy employees are usually always super rude Everyone is never on the same page and gives different information leaving you confused . They call saying medicine is ready and when you go to pick up it’s not available. Ridiculous

I spend so much money here..but the bucks back are a reward for sure..love CVS..however both the pharmacy and the front registers are very slow and the Pharmacy isn't open 24 hrs., which should be so at 4 am when I am going to work no one will be in line.. I'd be in and out..it's what I like! Waaa!

A woman that works at the pharmacy who has an accent was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I was being very polite and did not deserve that simply because I asked a question.

Love this location. Great staff, well stocked and organized. I would have given it 5 stars but there pharmacy is no longer 24 hours and that was a tremendous perk.
