I frequent this establishment probably more than any other retailer in town and am on a first name basis with most of the employees and management. I share (what I have recently discovered to be) a fairly common trait with those who were once married or at least partnered up with someone else for a stretch... When becoming single, we find we actually have money in our pockets, every day. It's an unfamiliar yet naughty new realm we must discover, thus the start of an insanely ridiculous spending habit on random gadgets, stationary, cleaners, toiletries, junk food, and everything in between begins. The staff has no problem adding that tally. BUT, one star less for not providing emotional support up to and including a hug when the total is reckoned bc , MAN THAT S#!™ adds up fast!

The young girl who has been there for a while is so friendly her customer service is excellent even though we know how hard she works she always helps anyone who needs help

Great place to shop especially if you're looking for good buys at a cheap and affordable price. This store is always well stocked and ready to serve the public. I really like the customer service here. The employees are always polite, courteous and willing to lend a hand if you need assistance.

It's a dollar store! Ya get what ya expect, I always come across something I like, AND IT COST $1!!!!I've never had a bad experience here, but if employees seem not "happy to serve", I blame on wage they receive!I love takin kiddos here, they ALWAYS leave happy!!!!Maybe we should lower our expectations, and be happy with what some of us can afford '!!!Thanks dollar tree!!

I love the dollar store, don't get me wrong. The staff are completely disrespectful. Super negative for absolutely no reason. I've never experienced the staff that rude until they started getting new workers. The way they talk to people is tremendously disrespectful and I will not be going there ever again!

Went in for a few items with my N95 on and a woman walks up next to me breathing heavily like a smoker. I turn around and she has NO MASK! No one said a word to her, she paid for her items and left laughing and talking to the guy she was with... not one employee enforced the mask requirement! I have been careful for a year. If I get COVID, I will own Dollar Tree!!!

The employees are very very disrespectful...almost every time I visit, there seems to always be a long line.When you finally get up to the counter after 50 years the employees don't even greet you and if they do its fake and dry....I feel like I'm not valued as a customer.The managers have completely no interest in resolving any issues in the store. On another note the store is ALWAYS kept untidy!!!!!. Every visit I find myself stepping over supplies in the store. On my recent visit a female employee had slammed my change on counter. I will most definitely not be shopping at this dollar tree anymore and I will be telling everyone I know....this is simply ridiculous.

The staff is hit or miss on kindness. But one thing that has dwindled over time is their selection and quantity. Monday - Sunday, the shelves are almost always bare. Sad. Considering it's a big need in this town.

I agree with the other reviewers as far as customer service. They used to have a couple of great employees there. I can only guess they don't treat employees any better than the customers, so can't blame them for leaving. I'll stick to the one in Lumberton. At least there they understand customer service.

Everything is a dollar, how can you not love that? This store is one of the biggest ones I've seen. If you need basic stuff like cleaning supplies, stationary, soap, food, etc. this is the place to go if you are hurting for cash or just want to save some. Why spend alot on trash bags or paper towels? You are just going to throw them away anyway. The staff seem friendly to me. Great place to load up on cheap supplies!

This dollar store has everything, me and my family love this store. The people are great too, friendly and helpful. It can get crowded sometimes, but that's because of what a great selection they have.

Was just in your store Dec 14 2016. If the way your workers are with their f this and f that. While customers are at the register checking out. Which also included two younger girls not even over the age of 10 then I'd suggest others to do what I plan on doing and take my business elsewhere..There is more then one dollar store in this town Thank God..

Picked up some shelf stable milk and pretzels and tea bags.Try the window cleaner you get 1/2 gal. for $1.00 plus it works great.

The place was filty, most merchandise was out of stock. Even more merchandise was scattered over the flooring. Terrible. Unsafe.
