I have tried many grooming salons in the shore area. I have a very docile, sweet and compliant Golden Retriever, so we have no special needs. Most experiences were ok. She looked ok and the groomers all loved her. There was one location that did an outstanding job and the groomer was awesome, but the price was so ridiculous that I nearly collapsed. Then I find Kristy's Grooming Salon.... they were accommodating (last minute notice), kind, professional, AND did a FANTASTIC job on my girl all within a budget I could live with! Love this place!!! :D

Been using them for my Goldens for about 3 years. Never had any issues. Dogs seem to like everyone even though they are not thrilled with baths, nail cutting etc.I would highly recommend. No hesitation.

Highly recommended, I have a senior Newfoundland and he felt right at home, they have large pens they did a perfect job, and he is a lot of work, very satisfied and we are picky cuz my wife used to be a groomer. By far the best groomer I have been to.

Appointments made in a timely manner. Always professional and kind. Spacious kennels to hold your dog while waiting for grooming or to be picked up. Grooming stations are visible from the front desk area.

Very bad experience , does not honor appointments and holds dog for hours . Very discourteous and unprofessional will never use again last full groom was $51.00 for yorkie and maintenance was 48.00 whats the difference. Never again !!!!!
