I have mimic everyone's praises about Paul. He walked me through the proper amount of food for my dog and how to measure and calculate. He even sent to me via email after i got home and couldn't remember the calculation. Super helpful staff and clean store. Heading there now!

Just a quick FYI I've never written a review before but I HAD to make an exception for the excellent customer service I received here!I am getting my first puppy in a few weeks and didn't know the first thing about dogs. A close friend suggested I email Paul at Pupcakes and Pawstries all my questions. Within an hour he responded to my email and he walked me through EVERYTHING! He suggested different products from cleaning, hygienic supplies as well as age appropriate food and treats. He took time and had patience with me in answering all of my questions an assured me I would be okay. If you are a first time pet owner or just looking for one stop shop to get all your pet supplies visit Pupcakes and Pawstries. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!

Warning! You will want to buy EVERYTHING! This place is beyond perfect, customer service was incredible. Wide array of everything. Paul was so kind to us and our pup and shared some of his dogs toys with Koda while we were looking around. We left with lots of toys, treats, snacks, and a holiday scarf for our husky. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!!

I love this place. The store is cute and the customer service is great. There's a great number of treats for dogs, many made on site. I got my 3 Chihuahuas each a peanut butter treat and a treat that looked like a muffin and had bits of bacon and liver in it. My dogs loved both, especially the bacon one. Neither had any negative impact on my dogs' digestive system, which can sometimes happen with new, fancy treats. I'd buy the "homemade" goods on a regular basis, but my dogs wouldn't be able to get through the door because they'd eat so many. In any event, I'll definitely be back for special occasions and to buy lighter snacks (which they do have) on a more frequent basis.

I stopped in last week on a business trip to get a treat for my dog back home. She loved it so much I had to stop in again this week on my business trip. I found out this time that I can order her new favorite snacks online! Paul was very friendly and helpful telling me about the online ordering and setting me up with an account so I can easily get Mia her new favorite snacks. We've been relying on this shop for over two years, and they've taken great care of us. The selection and service is terrific, but most importantly - the advice. My puppy, a yorkie poo is one picky eater. Bought many bags that now sit in the pantry. I came to this place and the nice gentleman gave me great advice and recommendations. Not only that but he gave me bags if free samples to try out first without buying. There are so many good quality food and treats available there. Very clean and friendly place for happy puppies. Great selection! Had low fat dog treats for my Basset Hound. They have a laundry wash that makes dog bedding smell clean and fresh!! Its great!

I bought one of their cakes for my dog's birthday. He had diarrhea from eating 1/16 portion of the cake for 3 days straight, so I threw the cake away. I'd be wary of the ingredients!
