Time for my boy Sammy's holiday grooming. The grooming portion of this review is 5 stars. Scheduled appointment online for November 15, 2023. Sarah did a great job grooming, trimming & filing nails, along with other services. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed my boy was a little indifferent as to whether he should return home or stay with Sarah. Could have been embarrassing, if allowed him to decide.The rating reduction is based on the payment process and almost certain this area of the business had zero input. As with most corporations, the team utilizing the service being developed by HQ are never involved. I was 99.9% positive that I paid online when the services were scheduled, but was informed they had not been paid and was not charged at that time. Returned to wait in the check out lane, which I just departed from making Sammy snack purchases. Seems as though the payment process should be cleaned up a little, only my opinion, which means absolutely nothing.I plan to bring Sammy again and request Sarah.

I took my big German shepherd to get groom by some kid Alberto. First of all my dog has cancer and they should know this since it’s on file . As he was putting on the leash I saw him man handling him and my dog is a nine year old male. As they washed him there was no issue but once it was time to dry my dog bite the groomer. My dog does not bite unless if he feels threaten or mistreated. I had to pickup my dog and all the groomer looked at him like a monster. The manager was even worse saying stuff like you guys are Not welcome here and had a bad attitude. Overall would not recommend this location they don’t care about you or your pet
