The grooming was fine but lot of confusion at the till. Was rudely spoken to by another gentleman who thought I cut the line but I did not think so. I let him go ahead right away and he still kept passing rude comments, it was absolutely unbearable. The person of the devil said I don't get paid enough to get into this. Going back to Petco

Very clean, very friendly staff, and fully stocked shelves which is highly Appreciated. I feel like I can never find my pets food anywhere or it’s always low in stock. Did not have to worry about that here ! Overall great experience

My 7 month old Bernedoodle Ziggy did the Beginner Basic Obedience Dog Class at PetSmart and we absolutely loved it! Derrick and the rest of his Team really helped out with Ziggy’s unwanted behavior and we couldn’t be happier with the progression Ziggy made during the 6 week course. I would definitely recommend this course.

Great, gigantic store for pet supplies and pets. My only criticism is that they seem to run out of some types of wild bird food although they always have plenty of dog and cat foods. Their selection of fish seems to be pretty good. They also have the Banfield Pet Hospital on premises and a grooming section.

Absolutely love this Petsmart, everyone is always so friendly (staff wise).The training with Derrick is absolutely amazing, he is so helpful with all my questions and really knows how to work with so many dogs! Meet Pearl who used to pull me out of the store, now she will sit and walk nicer. She is currently in the beginner course and already learned so much! I am looking forward to more training with Derrick!Thanks Derrick!Most of the staff here are so friendly and even know Pearl from class and even will ask, how did she do today? Just overall a great experience and highly recommend the training and store!

Took my fur baby there today for a grooming and I am in LOVE with the results! She looks great! I could tell she handled her with care because she kept jumping up on her (not a norm for my baby lol). I would definitely take her back to Vioanelys again!

The grooming services here are horrible. Got my dog back after paying 90$. The price was not a problem. My dog got a furmanator - which include shedding treatments and cutting the dog’s nails. He came back still shedding horribly and his nails were bleeding. We called to be rescheduled but the manager’s attitude was so rude. I even tipped 20$.

We decided to use Banfield at PetSmart so we could manage vet costs. I didn't expect it to be a great experience (because it was a cost saving decision) but I should have. The staff from counter help to vet techs to veterinarians are excellent. They are fast too- very little waiting usually. The Vets are knowledgeable and go through everything with us. Dr Springstead included my son in our discussions which frankly improved his confidence as a pet owner.

Pets mart has your general variety pet items. My issue is they do not have many specialty items. But they are definitely good when you need something in a pinch. They have an OK selection of dog/cat food but I prefer to purchase very high quality food for my pets and they do not carry the brand I buy (Orijen).

The store is always clean and organized. Staff members will always ask if you need help. I buy quite a few dog apparel and dog food. A nice place to shop with my dog.

Hit or miss if what you need is in stock. The reward system never works. I feel like I can spend $1000 just to get a $5 coupon that expires in a week. Cheaper and easier just to order on chewy or amazon and have it delivered right to my door.

I have an Australian Shepherd who needs regular washing, which they do a great job at. BUT every time I ask them trim ONLY his feet and legs his whole body gets a trim. If they actually knew something about the different breads of dogs they handled, they would know that Australian Shepards are double coated and that their top coat DOES NOT GROW BACK if you trim it, and it will take 2 years for the trimmed topcoat to completely shed off and for new hear to grow in.So unfortunately I can no longer support this business.

Get your dog groomed elsewhere!! They did a good job styling him but he has kennel cough for the second time in a row from 2 different Petsmarts including this one. It’s clear this company does not take the health of the dogs serious enough.We board our dog all the time at the local camp bow wow and we’ve never had a problem. And I’m sure this will get a response like “we can only screen dogs so well” and that’s fair. But if you can’t ensure every dog is healthy then keep them further apart and make sure everything stays clean. No excuses

Always a long line at the register because they have only one register open most of the time while other workers go in and out of the offices appearing to do nothing. Figure out when your busiest times are and use your human resources to get customers out fast. I've turned to an online pet supplies service to avoid going to this store.

My dog smelled so strongly of perfume/chemicals that we had to bath the dog 2X after grooming. They were told “no smells” like always. I called to ask what happened and got no answers. I will spend my 80.00 elsewhere.

Ridiculous. I had a scrip from my vet but I still couldn't buy "prescription" pet food unless I got a "vet card" from their vet. Why??? I waited in three different lines for a total of 40 minutes for a simple bag of food. Way to overcomplicate things, Petsmart. I won't be back unless I have zero other options.
