Don’t go there if you have an emergency later at night. The hours say they close at nine but I’ve been there at 8:45 to grab medicine for my kids when we ran out. A female staff member had locked the doors early and stared at me while I walked up then just shook her head while she kept talking to another employee. It didn’t even look like they were closing the register just hanging out. Between that and all the pharmacy issues, my husband and I have decided to make a switch. Not worth it. When I worked in retail, we got told of we closed the doors early we might as well wait there to be fired.

Update, 2022 Sept 22: The newbies are getting their groove in the pharmacy. Operating hours are still very bad, and always changing. So, check the pharmacy hours before you go! I am upping my rating to 3 stars from 2, because I do love this particular location. But, I really hope to see better, more consistent hours in the future. It is no fun rushing to get a script by 6pm on a weekday!! Or, wanting to stop by in the late morning only to learn they aren't there that day until 1pm! Who does that?!Update: July 2022 regulars, what regulars? They are gone. Pharmacy staffing, and hours now?! What a joke. All that work there do the best they can, so kudos to them still. BUT, after decades of filling scripts and shopping while waiting, I'm about to leave. They need to add/bring back/promote more friendly staff and try to keep them and/or get some back. Especially, in the pharmacy. Two thumbs down for now.I love coming here and all the regulars working at this location. Sometimes checkout is a pain.. especially after COVID.. but likely walgreens just needs more people working! I love all the people that work here though! Especially pharmacy staff! You're all the best!!

Made an online application for vaccine. Showed up and they did not have the vaccine. The pharmacist was clueless. Asked the to call around to see if another site had the vaccine. Not sure if they ever did. 45 minutes later I called the Rite Aid across the street and they took us right in. While we we waiting every other patient who walked in has an issue with their script. Will be transferring all rx out of this screwed up place

We have tried to contact the pharmacist on a number of occasions to ask questions about drug interactions and the like. They never answer the phone. And when an employee went to ask for their help on my behalf they refused to speak with him and said they were too busy. It’s a shame they either care so little or are so understaffed that they cannot help their customers.

This location is always having "technical issues". Either their system is down or like today - they could not take credit cards. Came in on Sunday to get my son's script. Pharmacy closes at 3:00. It was literally 3:01. Gates closed. Dumb. Understandable they have hours but what happened to customer service? This place is a joke.

Don't go often anymore. Was much more convenient when it was open 24 hours. At 1am, paying a premium for diapers or feminine products is fine. When you're open for less hours than the Walmart selling for half your price, you might be in trouble.

Friendly service. Staff is always willing to assist me. The pharmacy hours are decent. I wish they were Open 24 hours, but hey. Photo shop staff is very helpful as well. A little on the expensive end. Overall a great store.

I pulled up to the window and the sign said closing time 9:00, it was 9:02 and the window was dark and the employees were standing at the counter you could see thru the screen and the girl comes on the intercom we are closed . I said it's 9:02 and she said yes I know we are closed . What the time should be is we close at 8:45 because they sure were not open until 9:00.

Apparently you haven't used rite aid in town. These guys here are on it therefor on your next time you need a script filled try them, rite aid n then you will get it how great the service here is grrrreat
